From the last couple of days, the team of iSmart Shankar are busy celebrating birthdays of one another. After Ram Pothineni, now producer of the film Charmme Kaur celebrates her birthday. But the gift she received from Ram became the talk of the town now.

“This came in like a massive surprise. A day before my birthday Ram gifts me sumthing that I have been wanting from quite some time. The best part is he thought about what would I like and carried it all the way to Our outdoor shoot” said Charmme, sharing a picture, where she is holding the gift Ram got for her. And then Ram also wrote her quote saying that ‘Boss Lady need not count age but only experience’.

So what is inside her box anyway? Some say that Ram has got her a whiskey bottle, which happens to be quite aged and rare single malt whiskey many alcohol lovers die for. While none knows what is inside that box, it looks like the shape of it is actually leading to many speculations. Meanwhile, iSmart Shankar team is in Goa now, filming songs.

Why This Actress Doesn’t Google Herself Anymore

Actress Aditi Rao Hydari says she stopped doing a Google search for herself anymore after she stumbled across some indecent images of her on the web.

Aditi expressed this in an episode of Voot’s “Feet Up with the Stars Season 2”, read a statement.

While narrating her experience of shooting for “Yeh Saali Zindagi”, Aditi said she was taken aback when she found her backless pictures on the Internet.

“Once I googled myself and came across some not so pleasant images with bareback from my first movie. After that, I consciously decided to never Google myself again,” she said.

Having made her debut in 2009 with the film “Yeh Saali Zindagi”, Aditi has appeared in movies like “Bhoomi”, “Rockstar”, “Murder 3”, “Delhi-6” and “Daas Dev”.

Aditi also revealed her ‘to be guest list’ if she were to host a party at her place.

“I would invite Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar,” she said.

Retired IAS Officers To Train YSRC Agents!

The state-level training camp for the counting agents of YSR Congress party workers began at the party headquarters in Amaravati on Thursday.The training camp was also attended by the party candidates who contested the recent assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Andhra Pradesh, apart from election agents.The party will be giving the training to the counting agents in two sessions.

In the first session held from 10 am to 1 pm, the training was conducted regarding the duties of the counting agent.

In the second session (from 2 pm to 4 pm), the participants would be given training over the precautionary measures which have to be followed during the votes counting process.

The interesting aspect of this training camp is that it is being held under the auspices of former chief secretary of Andhra Pradesh Ajeya Kallam and another senior retired IAS officer P Samuel.

Both these officers had played a key role in the administration of Telugu Desam Party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu and were aware of in-and-outs of the Naidu government.

This is for the first time that the retired IAS officers are directly participating in the activities of a political party.

Ever since he retired as chief secretary on attaining superannuation, Ajeya Kallam had been attacking the Chandrababu Naidu government at every occasion.

He was upset with the way Naidu dealt with his retirement. Naidu had appointed Dinesh Kumar as chief secretary even before Kallam retired, after the latter failed to get extension from the Centre.

Now, it is very clear that Kallam is getting closer to the YSRC. Similarly, Samuel was also sidelined by Naidu government after he was made a co-accused in YSRC president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy’s quid pro quo case. So, he, too, has joined the YSRC bandwagon.

It remains to be seen how these retired IAS officers would get any posts if Jagan comes to power and becomes the chief minister.

Cyber Crime cops bust RP-Sivaji racket!

The Cyber Crime police of Hyderabad busted the fake share transfer racket indulged in by sacked chief executive officer of popular Telugu television channel TV9 V Ravi Prakash and Telugu actor Sivaji to mislead the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and prevent the new management from taking over of the channel.

The Cyber Crime police discovered that the share transfer agreement between Ravi Prakash and Sivaji was not the old one, but was a fake deal signed in April this year with ante-dated documents. An e-mail correspondence in this regard was retrieved by the police from the hard disks.

According to the leaks given by the police to various media houses, the correspondence was done among a person by name Sakthi and TV9 director M K V N Murthy, another person Hari who is said to be closer to Ravi Prakash.

Though Ravi Prakash team deleted these emails from the server, the police retrieved the discussions in the emails with the help of forensic experts.

According to the correspondence, Sivaji had signed an agreement with Ravi Prakash on February 20, 2018, for purchase of 40,000 shares.

However, it was revealed from the e-mail correspondence that the draft agreement was prepared by a Vijayawada-based advocate on April 13, 2019.

The draft was mailed by Sakthi to chief finance officer Murthy on the same day at 5.46 pm and the copies were marked to Ravi Prakash and Hari.

The e-mail correspondence clearly mentioned that the draft was prepared with ante-date – February 20, 2018. The cybercrime police have procured these details by retrieving emails with the help of forensic experts.

The police during search operations that were conducted in the houses of Sivaji and Ravi Prakash, got key information with regard to email discussions, draft copies of the fake share purchase agreement and also the petition to be filed by Sivaji with NCLT with the help of the Vijayawada advocate on April 14, 2019.

The Cyber Crime police served a notice on Ravi Prakash and others under Section 41 of the CrPC only based on these seized documents.

While the high court refused to grant anticipatory bail to Ravi Prakash, the police are now exploring the options of arresting him. In the meantime, NCLT, too, deferred its further hearing to next week.

What will Pawan Kalyan do after May 23?

Hardly a week left for the declaration of results of the assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh.While majority of the surveys predicted that YSR Congress party led by Y S Jaganmohan Reddy will come to power in the state, leaders of Telugu Desam Party headed by N Chandrababu Naidy are also hoping that the party would scrape through to come to power for a second term.

But what about Jana Sena Party headed by power star Pawan Kalyan? What is going to be its fate after May 23?

Though he has a huge fan following, especially among the youth of the Kapu community to which he belongs, Jana Sena may do well only in a few pockets of East Godavari, West Godavari and Krishna districts, which have a sizeable chunk of voters from that community.

While a section of political observers say the party might not be able to win two or three assembly seats and a couple of MP seats, another section is of the view that Jana Sena might even spring a surprise by winning at least a dozen MLA seats and play a decisive factor in deciding the government in the state.

That the Jana Sena Party has dropped the gun well in advance was evident from the way many leaders are not even willing to talk about the elections.

In fact, Pawan Kalyan himself told the party functionarites the other day that he was not scared of defeat and called upon the party workers to strengthen the organization from grassroots level and fight the local body elections.

There is a talk that Pawan Kalyan is contemplating merging his party with other political party (read: TDP) soon after polls and returning to film industry again, as was done by his elder brother Chiranjeevi.

However, his party leaders are confident that the power star will not wind up the party, but will continue it like a pressure group and play a dominant role in the coming days.The actor told party leaders that he did not form the party for the sake of power but wanted to see a change in the society. He hinted that he would be in politics for a long innings.

He told the party leaders that he did not focus on the number of seats the party will win.“More than the number of seats, what is important is the change we bring,” he said.

All these days there is no clarity over the release date of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s upcoming vintage action drama that deals with the life and times of Telugu freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy. Looks like the makers have got one now.

Earlier there were reports that Sye Raa will be hitting cinemas on August 15th on the eve of Independence Day. But the film’s pending works are not allowing it to release the film on time, say some rumours. However, Ram Charan, the producer of the film, is said to be looking for a right solo date for the movie.

The latest buzz has that Sye Raa is being set in the race for October 2nd release on the eve of Gandhi Jayanthi, another patriotic date Indians do celebrate every year. That means the film will be releasing as Dasara treat too and as the holidays are in place, it might help this Chiranjeevi starrer big time at the box office.

Directed by Surender Reddy, Sye Raa features Chiranjeevi, Amitabh Bachhan, Sudeep, Nayantara, Tamanna and Vijay Sethupathi in crucial roles.

Hero Vishal Is The Real ‘Maharshi’

At a time when Mahesh Babu is celebrating the super success of “Maharshi” movie where he has addressed the plight of farmers, his fans are busy posing for pictures from the farms where they are jumping into the cultivated land and holding ploughs. But who is really helping farmers here?

In fact, hero Vishal is the one who has once again declared like earlier that a ‘rupee’ from each ticket sold of his latest movie Ayogya, Temper remake, will be sent to Tamilnadu Farmers Welfare. Ever since this news broke out, social media is abuzz with comments like star heroes may not make movies on farmers through which they make more money at the box office, but actually, they should support farmers.

Some have even gone on saying that Vishal is the Maharshi in real, as he’s always standing tall when it comes to helping others in one way or the other. Maybe Dil Raju and his hero Mahesh should also donate a part of their revenue from ‘Maharshi’ to farmers, is what few felt.

Re 56,000 Cr burden to AP, if YCP comes to Power

In its preliminary assessment before the election, the AP finance department estimated that it would need an additional budget of Rs 56,000 Crore to fulfill the poll promises made by YSRCP President Jagan Mohan Reddy. Which means, if YCP comes to power after results on May 23rd, state budget will require excess money to implement the poll promises. It won’t be a major change to current budget if TDP retains power, as per initial estimations.

Almost all of the schemes promised in YSRCP manifesto are in existence and they may get rename with an increase in beneficiary money. One of the major promises of Jagan Mohan Reddy – Rs 15,000 for mothers who send their kids to schools – is expected to burn a bigger hole to govt pockets. Both TDP and YSRCP manifestos promised an increase of pension amount to Rs 3000, which could cause a burden of 6400 cr to state budget.

Nine hours of free power for agriculture, Free hospitalization if the cost exceeds 1000 Rs, A price stabilization fund with Rs 3000 cr to extend helping hand to farmers and Rs 50,000 farm loan to a family depending on agriculture are some of the schemes declared in YSRCP’s manifesto. All of the aforementioned schemes are currently in existence but they may get rehashed and renamed in Jagan’s government, if he is voted to power. However, the analysts are of the opinion that there won’t be a major buden to the budget if TDP is voted back to power.

It remains to be seen how Jagan, with no prior experience in running a government, will handle this situation and from where he will get the funds from.

Dil Raju Stepped On Fox Tail For The First Time

By producing nearly half a dozen films everywhere either directly or indirectly, Dil Raju is the only producer in Tollywood who operates like a university that runs various courses in an academic year. And then, he has stepped on fox tail for the first time in his carer.

Raju has seen tremendous blockbusters and irrecoverable disasters in his epic career of nearly 15 years in the Telugu film industry as a producer. All these acts truly promote the film in a big way as a positive word of mouth will go due to a star hero visiting theatres.

Hope all this luck will help Dil Raju and his distributors mint profits rather just getting stopped at the borderline.

Grand Meeting Before Mahesh Takes UK Flight

Like we said already, producer PVP is making sure that he will bring Superstar Mahesh Babu to Vijayawada for a big event to celebrate the success of Maharshi movie. As the film got somewhat mixed talk initially, there is no confirmation over this, however.

But it looks like the team of Maharshi is actually making arrangements in Vijayawada, the place where PVP contested as MP, to hold a big ‘thank you’ event of Maharshi. And before taking his flight to the United Kingdom for a pleasure trip with the family, Mahesh will be attending this meet along with the whole of cast and crew. So what is the confirmation for this?

Other day after visiting a theatre in Hyderabad, Mahesh himself confirmed that he is going to meet all the fans once again at the grand success meet. And surely that won’t be in Hyderabad as already pre-release and other things happened in Hyderabad only.

Meanwhile, arrangements are also being made to take the directors of all of Mahesh Babu’s movies to Vijayawada for this event where they will all get felicitated.
