Vijay Deverakonda Bringing Popular TV Actress
Actress Vani Bhojan, who earned massive fame with her Tamil-based family daily soap called Deivamagal is now being introduced to the Telugu audiences as well. After becoming a popular face in Tamil Nadu, the actress is now all set to make a grand entry into Tollywood.
Vani has bagged a Tamil film already and its release has been scheduled soon. Now, her Telugu debut movie will be directed by Sameer, who is a debutant as well. This untitled film is being produced by the most desirable Tollywood hero Vijay Deverakonda. He is producing the film under his banner King of the Hill production house and this marks as his first production.
Another surprise is that director Tharun Bhascker will be featured in the lead role. Tharun is known for making Pelli Choopulu and Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi movies in his remarkable direction. On the other hand, director Sameer is a short film director in Chennai and is now stepping forward as a filmmaker with this anticipated flick. The film is said to have many youngsters and is a fun-filled movie.
Vaitla Wants Ileana Than Rakul?
Director Sreenu Vaitla is yet to revive his career as a streak of flops has hit him heard. Despite going to his troubleshooter Raviteja, they have delivered only Amar Akbar Antony, a film that became flop of epic proportions. And then, Vaitla is now teaming up with Manchu Vishnu for Dhee sequel.
Earlier there were reports that heroine Rakul Preet Singh has given nod to Vishnu and Vaitla. And then, some rumours have come out that the director doesn’t want the Bruce Lee beauty but he wants to rope in Ileana again. Recently he worked with her for Amar Akbar Antony.
Frankly speaking, Ileana has delivered miserable flops with Vishnu and Vaitla through Saleem and Amar Akbar Antony, like how Rakul delivered the same with Vaitla. But then, Rakul is a happening starlet at the moment, while Ileana’s market and charms are long gone.
Let’s hope Vaitla makes a wise decision because Vishnu is also delivering flops at the moment and he needs a hit badly.
Nani’s Heroine Says ‘Jai Nani Anna’
Starting off on a controversial note in Telugu, it looks like Kannada beauty Shraddha Srinath wants to grab all the attention. After taking a jibe at Samantha’s U-Turn saying that she didn’t watch it as she can’t imagine anyone other than her in the lead role of that flick, the original Kannada U-Turn actress surprised Telugu cinema lovers.
Other day at the pre-release event of “Jersey”, Shraddha’s enthusiasm has become the talk of the town again. While she impressed everyone with her Telugu speech saying that she is eternally thankful to her hero Gautham (director) and to movie’s hero Nani, her words in between have stunned many.
When Nani’s fans are shouting his name, the actress said, “Ok, Jai Nani Anna”. Generally one doesn’t expect such kind of ‘cheppanu brother’ slogans from heroines, but it looks like this Bangalore girl wants to prove her effervescent nature. But then, she added in the end, “After you watch Jersey, I want you guys to remember me, I’m Shraddha Srinath”. And she repeated that couple of times, saying that people remembering her name matters to her a lot as this is her debut.
Well, being a theatre artist, it looks like Shraddha used all her histrionics on the stage itself. Hope her performance inside the movie is as exciting as her talk on the stage.

Actor V K Naresh who took office as president of Movie Artistes’ Association recently is not responding to rumors that came spread about him.It has widely been reported that he is now seeing a character actress who is known for playing mother roles.

Trivikram Pitches An Interesting Title For #AA19
Trivikram loves to give interesting titles to his films. Of late, he has been obsessed with titles starting with first letter of Telugu Alphabet.
Attarintiki Daredi, A Aa, Agnyathavasi and Aravindha Sametha are the titles of his recent films. Despite mixed results, Trivikram is reportedly considering another interesting title that starts with A.
If the buzz from film circles is to be believed, Alakananda is one of the titles that is in consideration for Allu Arjun’s nineteenth film.
Earlier there were speculations that Nanna Nenu is being considered, but Alakananda seems legit going by Trivikram’s recent list of movies.

Rakul Gaining Weight for Nagarjuna
Rakul has lost oodles of weight. Her lean looks have not gone well with the Telugu audiences.
Her recent avatar was slammed by Telugu film lovers on social media. They felt that she is looking more like a patient.
Rakul says there is a reason for her excessive weight loss. It was Bollywood filmmaker Luv Ranjan who put a condition to her to lose 10 kgs for her role “De De Pyaar de”.
She took it as a challenge and lost 10 kgs within no time and this has quick weight loss have affected her face adversely.
She is now gaining weight a bit for her role in “Manmadhudu 2” as Telugu audiences would not like such lean looks. She will acquire some flab.
In this film, she has paired up with 59-year-old Nagarjuna.
When Nick Jonas ran out beer at his wedding
Los Angeles: Singer Joe Jonas needs “a lot of beer” for his wedding to “Game Of Thrones” star Sophie Turner, after his younger brother Nick Jonas found himself poorly prepared with alcoholic beverages at his wedding to Indian actress Priyanka Chopra.
Joe said: “I mean, we are getting married in France, so a lot of Coors Light is necessary. Not hard, really, to get that, but we needed to make sure that was going to happen.”
Joe’s beer requirements follow his younger brother Nick’ marriage to Priyanka late last year, where the singers say they “ran out” of the alcoholic beverage because they underestimated how much their guests would drink, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Nick added: “We learned a lesson from my wedding. Our friends drink a lot of beer, specifically, and we ran out of beer at the wedding, at my wedding, which was a big issue.”Their third brother Kevin quipped that things went downhill the minute the beer was gone.
In a joint interview for “The Zach Sang Show”, he added: “It starts to get very dark very fast with hard alcohol instead. It’s just like ‘Oh, we’re doing this now? Okay.'”
Joe and Turner have not publicly confirmed the date for their wedding, but have said they’re planning on tying the knot this summer.
Huge Betting on Mangalagiri
Now that the elections are over, the people of Telugu states are waiting for May 23rd. With 40 days left for the results, the bookies are indulging in huge betting. Which party will win? How many seats? What would be the majority of these candidates? These are primary things, bookies are weighing on. But a lot of focus is on Mangalagiri constituency from AP Chandrababu’s son, Nara Lokesh is contesting. With main opposition YSRCP being very strong in the constituency and Lokesh taking a daring step to contest, the betting is at peaks touching crore of Rupees.
There is about two lakh, seventy-five thousand voters in Mangalagiri and the polling percentage is 85 which is a record. Moreover, YS Jagan has announced that if their party candidate RK wins, he would be made a minister, worked well and people seem to expect that if this really happens, then there could be some developmental works. This announcement has completely changed the equations.
But Lokesh can’t be underestimated here. He campaigned every nook and corner of the constituency and received a phenomenal response. Though many leaders campaigned, for a long time Lokesh handled the campaign single-handedly.

Mayawati & Yogi barred from election campaign
The Election Commission of India (ECI) has barred Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath and Bhahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati for violating the election Model Code of Conduct (MCC).
Yogi is barred from campaigning for the next 72 hours while Mayawati will not be allowed to campaign for the next 48 hours. It was first BSP chief Mayawait who appealed the Muslim voters to vote for Samajwadi Party and BSP alliance in UP and also said not to split the vote bank. Then it was UP CM Yogi who reacted on Mayawati’s comments. At a rally in Meerut, Yogi said, SP and BSP have faith in ‘Ali’, we have faith in ‘Bajrang Bali.’
These statements of Yogi and Mayawati were taken into cognizance by the EC and under Article 324 of the Constitution of India, they took the above action.
The Supreme Court has wrapped up EC earlier in the day for not taking swiftly on hate speeches by politicians during the election campaign. Just after Supreme Court’s critical comments on EC, the poll panel had acted.
High Stakes bets over who will win in AP!

A lot of money is riding on Chandrababu returning to power as punters believe it will be a pro-incumbency election looking at the voting percentage and voters’ dedication to cast their votes despite EC’s bad way of conducting elections in AP. Looks like May 23rd is going to change the future of many in Andhra Pradesh!
