I Have Watched Jersey For 20 Times: Nani
Natural Star Nani is now all busy with his next long-awaited flick, Jersey. Directed by Gautham Thinnanuri, the film is said to be an intriguing sports drama. Though many movies on sports theme have largely entertained the Telugu audience before, Jersey has mined the arena of sports for inspiring storytelling.
The producer of the film, Suryadevara Nagavamsi, said that the film’s trailer will be unveiled on April 12 and the team is also planning for a lavish pre-release event on April 15, especially for fans. Rumours have arisen that the film’s release has been postponed. However, Nagavamsi confirmed that Jersey will release as per scheduled i.e., on April 19.
The film has Shraddha Srinath as the female lead, who is eminently known for her Kannada and Tamil films. The director said that the film offers a unique and much-anticipated story for the viewers.
Nani also interacted with the media saying that the whole crew will meet people for ten days continuously as the promotions have rigorously begun. He confirmed that he would spend every second now in promoting the film. “Jersey is the most beautiful, emotional, heart-touching, and magical film of my career. People speculated that I have lost weight for the role. But, the intense training as a cricketer in the film, I lost some without even realizing. I have also watched the film 20 times and it is mesmerizing,” he said.
He also added that people will forget Nani and only remember his character, Arjun, after coming out of the theatres. Looks like Nani is pretty confident about the outcome and his words are absolutely strengthening our expectations.
Nivetha Turns Rajinikanth’s Daughter?
Bubbly actress Nivetha Thomas is now one of the prominent heroines in Tollywood with amazing movies like Ninnu Kori, Gentleman, and Jai Lava Kusa in her career. Her acting skills made the Telugu audience connect well with her.
The actress is just 23 years old and earlier, Nivetha was seen playing Kamal Haasan’s daughter in Papanasam, released in 2015. Now, another similar offer has been reportedly grabbed by her where she will be seen playing Rajinikanth’s daughter in his next film. The film is tentatively titled Thalaivar 167.
This film will be helmed by director AR Murugadoss and the role of Nivetha is, however, needs to get an official confirmation. Superstar Rajini will be seen as a cop in the film.
When some of the pictures from the sets have been leaked and gone viral, Rajinikanth’s spokesperson Riaz Ahmed said out of vexation, ” I request all the Thalaivar fans not to share the leaked stills and try to preserve it until releases officially .. kindly help us to do in better way to all the fans, he said in a statement.” Lady superstar Nayanthara is rumoured to be roped as the lead actress beside Rajinikanth and the shooting is expected to commence on April 10 in Chennai.

One wonders what make Keeravani choose all these films, as he constantly disappointed music lovers with his non-Rajamouli films.

Young Hero Losing Offers After Continuous Flops?
Young actor Naga Shaurya, who was last seen in Ammammagarillu and Nartanasala, did not reach up to people’s expectations and this disappointed the actor to a certain extent. Before Narthanasala itself, Shaurya has said to have signed three movies, two of them under Sukumar and Bhavy Creations productions.
It is now reported that the production houses have now called off the plans to invest in the actor after Nartanasala’s debacle. However, the actor will soon be seen in Nandini Reddy’s direction called O baby Yenta Sakkagunnave. Samantha will be the lead actress and Shaurya will play a pivotal role.

In Two Weeks, Bunny Will Become Busy Hero
Like we said already, he has announced three films back to back, but fans are still confused because none knows which film’s shoot starts when. And finally, the clouds over Allu Arjun’s next moves are all cleared.
On his birthday eve, once again it got confirmed that Bunny has signed three movies. One of them is his philosophical comedy with Trivikram, for which Geetha Arts is also a co-producer, and the other two are Sukumar and Venu Sriram’s films. Guess what, Trivikram is all set to go for the shoot and heroine is also locked for this film.
From April 24th, two weeks from now, Bunny’s next with Trivikram is going for a regular shoot. Dusky siren Pooja Hegde who has earlier worked with this mega hero in DJ Duvvada Jagannadham and with Trivikram in Aravinda Sametha is finalized as the leading lady. She will also join the shooting right away as the makers are going to wrap this film at jet speed.
Once Trivikram’s film gets wrapped, Bunny will go for Sukumar movie shooting and then he will be taking up Venu Sriram’s movie. In fact, he will become a busy hero for a year or so with three projects in his plate.

‘Was worried about Mahesh’s reaction on teaser’
The teaser of ‘Maharshi’ garnered a very good response with millions of views and director Vamshi Paidipally is super delighted with it.
Sharing his excitement with a English daily, director Vamshi said, when he first saw the raw version of the teaser, he was pumped up but had his inhibitions whether Mahesh and producer ‘Dil’ Raju would like it or not.
To his surprise, both Mahesh and producer appreciated him.
In the teaser, Mahesh is seen three different looks and speaking about it, Vamshi said, “Mahesh will be seen as a millionaire, common man and students which means ‘Maharshi’ will have three different time frames. That’s it I can’t reveal more.”
From the beginning director Vamshi is very keen in keeping the plot very much under the wrap and maintaining the suspense.
The birthday teaser, followed by first single and then the proper teaser have given ‘Maharshi’ the much needed hype and we have to wait another month for the release.
Election News: How can KCR become PM with 16 seats?
For the last few days, Telangana Rashtra Samithi leaders and Majlis-e-Ittahadul Muslimeen president Asaduddin Owaisi have been making a big propaganda that chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao could as well become the Prime Minister of the country, if the TRS gets 16 MP seats in the Lok Sabha elections.
Their argument is that regional parties would get bigger number of seats than the BJP and the Congress party and therefore, they could form the government.
Since KCR with 16 seats would become a big force and he has been pushing forward the national agenda for development, all the regional parties will elect him as the Prime Minister.
This was ridiculed by BJP national president Amit Shah. Addressing a meeting at Shamshabad, Shah sought to know how winning sixteen seats in Telangana would make KCR the prime minister of the country.
“There is a Modi wave sweeping across the country. People of the nation want Modi as their prime minister one more time, only Modi can give a strong leadership to the country,” Shah said.
He said as long as KCR rubbed shoulders with the descendants of Razakars, he would not be able to make it to the national politics.
“KCR has no guts to celebrate the Telangana Liberation day, as he is afraid of antagonizing MIM. KCR could not even expand his cabinet for three months even after winning the early elections with comfortable majority,” Shah criticized.
Trouble With The Ladies For Team #RRR!
Current schedule of #RRR has gone haywire as Charan suffered a leg injury. He was advised to take rest for a couple of weeks and Rajamouli had to make changes to the current schedule accordingly.
Alia Bhatt was supposed to join the shoot in this schedule, but she had to cancel her dates due to Charan’s injury.
Alia is so busy in May with her Bollywood assignments that Rajamouli and team #RRR would have to wait until June or July.
It was Alia’s dream to be a part of Rajamouli’s film which is why she accepted to play one of the female leads in RRR despite her busy schedules in Bollywood.
However, team RRR will have to be patient to make sure that Alia remains to be a part of the film.

Gang Leader for August Release
Nani who is releasing his sports drama “Jersey’ this April 19th is also planning to bring another movie within four months. He is back to his policy of releasing movies in shortest gap.
Nani is shooting for director Vikram Kumar’s thriller titled “Gang Leader” which is fast progressing. He is confident that this film would be wrapped up by August.
Depending on the completion of the shoot, the film would either be released in August or September. If everything goes as per plan, he will also have another release in December.
Nani has already signed to act in director Indraganti’s multi-starrer and this will be launched in June. Nani has quite confident that “Jersey” would put him back on the pedestal of success.
