Balayogi’s son gets Amalapuram ticket
The Telugu Desam leadership has declined ticket to three sitting MLAs in East Godavari district. Amalapuram MLA Anand Rao, P Gannavaram MLA Pulaparthi Narayana Murthy and Prathipadu MLA Varupula Subba Rao have performed under par as per TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu’s survey and there is also negative vibe against them among party workers and in respective constituencies.
As a replacement, TDP has offered Amalapuram ticket to former Lok Sabha speaker Balayogi’s son Harish while MLA Subba Rao’s grandson Raja gets Prathipadu ticket. TDP sources says that P Gannavaram assembly seat might be allotted to a reputed advocate’s daughter and her identity is yet to be disclosed.
The Godavari districts are vital for any political parties and East Godavari as 19 assembly segments. In the last elections, TDP whitewashed this district. This time, out of the 19, 16 sitting MLAs have managed to get their berth while three are new faces.
Mohan Babu, YSR Congress And Janasena!
Senior actor, producer, and former Rajyasabha member Mohan Babu is said to be contemplating to re-enter state politics from a long time. Even he has given all the hints in recent times that he doesn’t know about his tomorrow in politics though he is not a supporter of any party on the present day.
A buzz is being heard in film circles that Mohan Babu is ready to join YSR Congress party in case YS Jagan offers him a ticket. As many of his close aides are asking him to contest from Tirupathi, where he is running his educational institutions as well, even Mohan Babu is said to be keen on that particular seat only.
And then, as Jagan is not interested to give the Tirupathi seat to anyone than his close aide Bhumana Karunakar Reddy, we hear that Mohan Babu has withdrawn the idea of joining YSR Congress. And now, if Janasena is willing to give Tirupathi ticket to Mohan Babu, he might join hands with Pawan Kalyan, say some rumours.
However, those close to Mohan Babu have called off all these speculations as baseless stuff being weaved around the Manchu star.
Payakaraopeta To Kovvur, Babu Transfers Anitha
Payakaraopeta sitting MLA Vangalapudi Anitha has finally managed to get TDP ticket despite severe anti against her in her own constituency. But here is the twist. Chandrababu hasn’t given her Payakaraopeta seat. She has been asked to contest from Kovvur Assembly seat in West Godavari district.
Bangarayya has been offered Payakaraopeta Assembly seat. Since both are SC reserved seats, Naidu fielded Anitha from Kovvur. It can be noted that two groups had been divided in Payakaraopeta – one demanding ticket for Anitha and another group opposing her ticket. Amidst this, Naidu has changed Anitha’s candidature from Payakaraopeta to Kovvur.
Interestingly, Prohibition and Excise Minister KS Jawahar, who is the sitting MLA of Kovvur, has been changed after local leadership opposed his candidature.
Guntur district’s Sattenapalli constituency has been re-allotted to Speaker and sitting MLA Kodela Siva Prasada Rao. Narasaraopet sitting MP Rayapati Sambasiva Rao is going to be fielded from Narasaraopet parliament constituency once again.
Meanwhile, Tirupati sitting MLA Sugunamma has been given another chance to contest from Tirupati.
Kaushal Gives Clarity On Vizag MP Ticket
From a time it is being heard that Kaushal Manda, the famed winner of #BigBoss2, is looking forward to contesting in the 2019 election. At the same time reports are out that he is seeking ticket in Janasena, but later he met Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao and then AP CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu, giving rise to speculation that he is joining Telugu Desam party.
While some reports indicated that he will be trying to get an MP ticket, some said that he is going to canvas for the party. But Kaushal has today officially denied that he is involving into politics. He confirmed that there is no such idea on his mind and he wants to stay neutral.
Kaushal’s Official Statement:
I’m not at all interested in politics. If I was really into politics, I would have joined the day I got out of Big Boss. I love Pawan Kalyan Garu as an actor. I like his acting and and his attitude. In the same way, I like Chandra Babu Naidu Garu for being a real and an intelligent leader and I support him from bottom of my heart. Every person has their own personal interests and favourites and, I just let my interests known. I’m not into any party, I stay neutral regarding political issues.
Well, that clears off all the air around the rumors that Kaushal is looking forward to joining politics. And we have to see what is going to do in the near future.
‘Kapu’ Failed To Influence Pawan Kalyan
In a surprising move, Janasena President Pawan Kalyan has given the ticket of Eluru MLA constituency to Reddy Appalanaidu, a BC Community Kapu leader from the town, who is known for confronting Denduluru MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar. But what are the thoughts of Eluru folks over this?
Actually, Eluru town has a majority of Kapu population, followed by Vysa and other communities, while BCs form the rest. That’s the reason many parties actually field Kapu candidates here. While TDP is fielding Badeti Bujji and YSRC giving a ticket to Alla Nani, two experienced Kapu leaders in the town, many folks demanded that Pawan Kalyan should contest here.
No doubt the Kapu factor would have helped Pawan bigtime to make a clean sweep in this constituency, but the Janasena president is not convinced with the logic that he should depend on Kapu vote banks. At the same time, there is nothing he could do to this constituency as it has no big problems related to water, health or any other developmental issues.
A man of good heart, Pawan feels that if he contests from somewhere in Srikakulam, he could help the region develop, at least in his constituency, even if his party fails to form a crucial role in forming the government. Well, it’s emotion that wins over logic and Pawan did the same it looks like.
It Will Be My Last Film – Rajamouli
Rajamouli has talked about his retirement. Well, not literally, but he did indicate that he would retire from direction someday and what’s interesting is that he has announced what would be his last film. Rajamouli said his last film could be on Mahabharat.
It is known that a film on Mahabharata is Rajamouli’s dream. In fact, Rajamoili himself has admitted that it is dream to make a film on Mahabharata on large canvas. He has been dreaming to make a film on the epic.
And every time, when Rajamouli is done with a film and its release, speculations would rife that he would be making Mahabharata as his next film. Talking about his dream project Mahabharata, Rajamouli said that he would make a film on Mahabharata as his last film at the end of his career. He said probably a film on Mahabharata would be his last film. Rajamouli said he may not start working on it immediately but he said he will work on it at towards end of his filmy career. He said until then, thoughts on Mahabharata are alive in him.
Rajamouli also said he has clarified many times that a film on Mahabharata is only a dream project and he pointed out that media continues to speculate every time before his next film.
#RRR: 30th July 2020 Is The Mega Date
The one question that comes to anyone’s mind is, if Rajamouli goes on doing his RRR for years when will these two heroes Jr NTR and Ram Charan will do other films. But without troubling anyone much, like he carved Baahubali for years, our numero uno director has clarity now.
On 30th July 2020, Rajamouli’s RRR featuring Ram Charan and Jr NTR in the inspired roles of Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem will be hitting cinemas. That is exactly 100 years after the story has happened, as the film is set in 1920s backdrop. With Rajamouli announcing the release date in advance, definitely, it is a stunner.
Also, the film will be dubbed into all the possible Indian languages and will be released in almost 10 languages on the same day. With Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgan going to play key roles in the movie, definitely, the film will have a grand release up North, while the charisma of Charan and NTR will make huge business down South.
Talking about the film’s business, Rajamouli stated that they are first expecting to recover whatever they spend while the rest of the business figures are mere speculations.
As Nagababu Asked Me To Call, I Called Him
Way back in 2009, comedian Prithvi used to work in Prajarajyam Party along with Mega brother Nagababu. But now, he is into YSR Congress party and recently faced flak from the mega brother for the comedian’s comments about inflows of funds to Janasena Party.
Recently in an interview when a host asked Nagababu about the comments of Prithvi, the mega brother challenged the comedian to call him. “Orey Prithvi, call me today, we will talk about this,” said Nagababu. Talking about this, now Prithvi stated that he has called up Nagababu for real. And he revealed that never he spoke ill of Janasena.
“I’ve called Nagababu garu that night itself at 11’o clock and spoke to him. I told him that never I made any such blunt comments on Janasena. And asked Nagababu if he thinks that I’ll anytime make such baseless comments?. That’s it the issue got sorted out” said Prithvi.
Though Prithvi is into YSR Congress now, he is said to be refusing to go against Mega family or Janasena party for his previous ties with them. But what we have to see here, will YS Jagan tolerate him for not going hard against Pawan and his brother?
Hope no evil eye will fall on our friendship: Jr NTR
As it happened, the much awaited press meet of ‘RRR’ has revealed many details and the media will keep buzzing about it for the next couple of days.
Apart from the film details, Jr NTR has talked about his close association with Megapowerstar Ram Charan. “Whenever I come to a press meet, I come confidently but this time I’m a bit nervous and it’s an overwhelming feeling as well. More than anything else ‘RRR’ will remain as a special film in my career,” said NTR. He further added working with director Rajamouli for the fourth time and sharing the screen space with his good friend Ram Charan is even more special.
Talking about his friendship with the mega hero, NTR said, “Our bond did not start with this film but it took the next level. I always share my ups and downs with him. I just pray God that we remain friends like this forever because my mom used to say whenever you get new relations or bonds, evil eyes fall. I hope that never happens.”
“Once again I would like to thank Charan for immediately accepting to do the film without giving any second thought,” quipped and concluded NTR.

The reports reveal that the actor has even narrated a script to Nandamuri hero Kalyan Ram. As per the buzz, ‘118’ actor also got impressed with the storyline and not only accepted to play the lead but also expressed his interest to bankroll the project under his home banner.
But why Ravi Teja wants to become a director has now become a hot topic. Some are commenting that as he has been facing disasters, he wants to test to luck as a director whereas others are saying that Ravi Teja just wanted a change. Let’s wait and see if Ravi Teja will wield a megaphone or not.
Udyama Simham Trailer: KCR’s Path To Success!
‘Udyama Simham’ is the biopic of TRS Supremo K Chandrasekhar Rao. It covers the period from the launch of second phase of Telangana Movement till the bifurcation of United AP under the leadership of KCR.
KCR’s Fast-Unto-Death in 2009 and the hardships he has to face for a period of 13 years are going to be the highlights of ‘Udyama Simham’. Instead of just glorifying the TRS Chief, Realistic approach has been preferred by the Makers and that makes it quite interesting.
Alluri Krishnam Raju penned the screenplay and also directed ‘Udyama Simham’. Kalvakuntla Nageswara Rao bankrolled this project under Padmanayaka Productions.
‘Udyama Simham’ can be watched to know how major political parties tried to suppress the Telangana Movement at every juncture and the manner in which KCR fought for it relentlessly. This biopic will remain special for all those who admire KCR for what he has done for Telangana.
