Here is an interesting buzz about Trivikram’s next with Allu Arjun. The star director who has bounced back with Aravindha Sametha after a forgettable Agnyathavasi is planning to do a remake with Allu Arjun.
The actor asked for a youthful light hearted entertainer and Trivikram has reportedly come up with the idea of remaking recent Bollywood hit Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety.
The original is a triangle bromance-romance tale where the female lead has a dominating role. However, Trivikram wants to make subtle changes to the script to tone down other two characters to balance the star image of Allu Arjun.
The Stylish Star has liked the idea, but T-Series is not willing to sell the remake rights of STS.
T-Series has been looking to foray into South cinema soon. They see this as an opportunity to enter Telugu film industry. They will take fifty percent share as the producers and Allu Arjun-Trivikram should decide about the Telugu production partner.
Will Trivikram do it for his regular production company Haarika Hassine or do it for the producer that Allu Arjun is committed to?
At a recent press meet, actor Rajinikanth was asked to express his opinion about #MeToo movement that is shaking the film industries pan India. The actor said that it was a really good initiative and that safety of woman is an utmost priority. He also said that the movement shouldn’t be misused by any woman just to take revenge or defame someone.
When asked about the allegations made on Varaimuthu, the lyricist, the superstar said that the lyricist has denied those allegations and as he had proofs against those accusations.On Sabarimala controversy, the actor said that ancient customs have to be followed but at the same time, no one can go against the judgment of Supreme Court.
Many other biggies from the industry are yet to respond about the issue and raise their voice against it by taking minimum rules of safety. Production houses are also setting up a committee within to take action against those people who are predators in the office.

When asked whether she would still be associated with the company, Radhika said: “I am completely and closely in contact with them. The people who are associated with Kwan have helped me and I have a great relationship with them. They are taking all required action as we all support the (#MeToo) movement.”
“All I can say is that, as an industry, we are trying to come together and find a way of constructively making a system where we all have a safe environment and it’s going on. Senior character artiste Vizag Prasad is no more. He breathed his last due to a heart attack while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Hyderabad in the wee hours of Sunday. Prasad (75) had been suffering from age-related illness for the last few days.
Vizag Prasad’s real name is Korlam Parvathi Varaprasada Rao. He hailed from Gopalapatnam in Vizag, and that’s how he got his screen name as Vizag Prasad. He made his acting debut with the 1983 film ‘Babai Abbai’.
In his career spanning nearly 3 and a half decades, Vizag Prasad acted in over 175 movies. He was popular for his roles in Teja’s Nuvvu Nenu, Jai Chiranjeeva, Bhadra, Sundarakanda and Gemini etc. The film fraternity and Movie Artiste’s Association (MAA) expressed grief over Vizag Prasad’s passing away.
YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy alleged several times in the past that Telugu Desam Party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu had bought his party MLAs at the rate of Rs 20 crore each, besides promising many other benefits.
As many as 23 MLAs had defected from YSRC to the TDP in the last four years and one could have imagined how much money Naidu could have spent in “buying” the YSRC MLAs, if one were to go by the allegations of Jagan. The amount could be anywhere nearer to Rs 500 crore.But, the amount paid to the YSRC MLAs by the TDP leadership for defection into the TDP was much more than what Jagan had suspected, if the revelations made by YSRC MLA from Aluru in Kurnool district G Jayaram.
On Saturday, Jayaram dropped a virtual bomb shell on the TDP president saying Naidu had offered him a cash of Rs 50 crore, besides a ministerial berth in the state cabinet, if he shifted his loyalties from the YSRC to the TDP.
“But I told him that I am a committed leader of YSRC and so, there is no question of joining the TDP,” the MLA claimed.He alleged that his party colleagues late Bhuma Nagi Reddy and S V Mohan Reddy had taken the bait of the TDP president and defected to the TDP.
“But I did not. Following my rejection for defecting into the TDP, the Naidu government has started witch-hunting. The chief minister stopped releasing funds to my constituency for not defecting to the TDP,” he alleged.If Rs 50 crore was the amount offered to the YSRC MLAs for defecting into the TDP, then Naidu might have spent more than Rs 1000 crore on these defections!

Dil Raju has lost his midas touch this year. He hasn’t scored a hit in 2018 in spite of releasing three films already.He couldn’t continue the success streak from last year as Lover and Srinivasa Kalyanam bombed at the box office.
His latest film Hello Guru Prema Kosame is doing okay but not up to Dil Raju’s standards.He would hope to bounce back next year with F2 (Fun and Frustration starring Venkatesh and Varun Tej) and Maharshi (Mahesh starrer co produced by Aswini Dutt and PVP) films.
Dil Raju thought of making a movie titled Thank You with director Vegesna Satish prior to the release of Srinivasa Kalyanam. He even made it official during the promotions of the film.Srinivasa Kalyanam’s failure left Dil Raju in shock as he believed that it could bring Shatmanam Bhavati kind of success for him.
Dil Raju hasn’t mentioned about Thank You anywhere after Srinivasa Kalyanam turned out to be a disaster.
Looks like the ace producer has dropped that project and looking for better scripts that suits the tastes of contemporary audience.
