Young hero Naga Chaitanya is coming up with an experimental film Savyasachi which talks about vanishing twin syndrome. The subject is first of its kind in Indian cinema.
The film’s teaser released recently to excellent response and it was trended in YouTube with 50 lakh views.
Promotions of the film have begun and first single “Why Not!!!” will be released on 9th October at 11 AM. To announce the same, they have released a poster where Naga Chaitanya and actress Nidhi Agarwal can be seen in romantic mood.
Seems like, Chay and newbie Nidhi shared wonderful chemistry in the film directed by Chandoo Mondeti whose first two films Karthikeya and Premam were commercial hits.
Most successful production banner Mythri Movie Makers is bankrolling Savyasachi. Ageless hero R Madhavan is playing baddie, whereas Bhumika Chawla will be seen in a vital role.
Senior composer MM Keeravani has scored music and we can expect a melodious album. The film is slated for release on 2nd November.
Mukesh is 20 times richer than brother Anil
India’s wealthiest person Mukesh Ambani earned Rs 187.9 crore per day on an average while his younger brother Anil Ambani lost Rs 14 crore everyday in last one year.
Forbes Magazine recently revealed the India Rich List 2018 which featured India’s 100 richest people and Mukesh Ambani topped the list for the 11th time with a total net worth of $47.3 billion which is equal to Rs 3,48,934.47 crore.
Mukesh Ambani added $9.3 billion last year to retain his number 1 spot, his brother Anil Ambani’s wealth, on the other hand, shrunk from $3.15 billion last year to $2.44 billion this year. Last year he was at 45th position on the list but, this year he slipped to the 68th spot.
It may be noted that Anil Ambani runs a separate empire from Mukesh Ambani with interest in infrastructure, media, defence as well as financial services and telecom.
His company Reliance defence has several joint ventures with Israel’s Rafael Advanced Defence Systems and France’s Dassault Aviation.
A 2017 Economic Times report stated that Personal fortunes of Anil Ambani have shrunk ever since the split of the Ambani family business in 2006.
As per Forbes’ The World’s Billionaires List 2007, Anil Ambani had a net worth of $18.2 billion while Mukesh Ambani’s net worth at that time was $20.1 billion. Since then, Mukesh Ambani’s wealth has grown to $47.3 billion while Anil Ambani’s net worth has shrunk from $18.2 billion to $2.44 billion.
A lie is a lie: Nana Patekar on Tanushree’s #MeToo
Mumbai: Actor Nana Patekar on Saturday said a “lie is a lie” in response to questions about Tanushree Dutta’s allegation that he sexually harassed her on the set of a film a decade ago.
The media surrounded Nana’s car as he arrived at the airport here from Jodhpur, and posed questions to him about Tanushree’s accusation and statement that her voice was suppressed by those in power when the incident happened.
“10 saal pehle jawaab de chuka hun… Jo jhooth hai woh jhooth hi hai (I have answered this 10 years ago. What is a lie is a lie),” Nana said before he sat in the car and left.
Earlier on Saturday, the paparazzi in Jodhpur tried to get Nana to answer, but he pushed aside the mics and avoided questions. He made his way straight into the airport without saying a word, even as a media personnel asked him thrice as to why he was silent, according to videos across social media platforms.
The actor, who was in Rajasthan to shoot a film, is likely to hold a press conference in Mumbai in a day or two to address the issue.
Last month, Tanushree came in front of the media and accused the “Welcome” actor of harassing her on the sets of their 2008 film “Horn Ok Pleassss”. She had raised her voice a decade ago too, but has said her voice was suppressed by those in powerful positions.
In 2008, at a press conference to address the “indecent behaviour” allegation by Tanushree, Nana had said he was highly surprised at the charges by the actress, who he said was “my daughter’s age.”
The naming and shaming has led several women to come forward and point fingers at sexual harassment incidents they have faced, and several celebrities in showbiz, who have condemned the practice, have spoken out in support of the #MeToo movement.
Congress leaks KCR’s Medical Reports
In a bid to counter KCR’s onslaught against Mahakutami, TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy leaked the TRS chief’s medical and health reports during his fast unto death agitation. Uttam got the reports from NIMS where he continued agitations for more than two weeks in 2009 demanding for statehood for Telangana.
The Congress leader read out an extract of the medial report. It was clearly evident that KCR was being administered supportive IV Fluids with alimentation and multivitamins and other medicines through injection.
There was no risk to life as he was getting required fluids and nutrients through fluids . The civil rights activists Irom Chanu Sharmila had survived for 16 years without food as she was given the same fluids and nutrients through injection.
After three days of his fasting in Khammam hospital, KCR drank a glass of juice and called off his fast. The TRS leader resumed fasting agitation soon after the students of the Osmania university took out protest rally against him.
The Congress chief also claimed KCR was arrested in Delhi in a fake visa racket. However, the then Congress leader and MP M Satyanarayana Rao got KCR released on personal guarantee.
Kavitha Has No Money To Celebrate Batukamma
Telangana Jagruthi President and Nizamabad MP K Kavitha has announced her organization will stay away from organizing the state’s official Festival -Batukamma this year.
Ever since the TRS came to power in Telangana in 2014, Kavitha’s Telangana Jagruthi has been entrusted to conduct batukamma celebrations by allocating funds to the organization. CM KCR allocated Rs 10 crore to Kavitha’s organization for the conduct of batukamma festival on a grand scale.
After the dissolution of the state assembly, caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has lost powers to earmark funds to the organization as it will attract violation of the code of conduct.
With no other option, Kavitha has made an official statement that her Jagruthi will not organize the celebrations officially this year. She appealed people to celebrate batukamma in a traditional way and expressed regret for not participating in the celebrations this year.
