Having started out his career with mass films, NTR has a good following of fans who like to see him in that mould. Now, the songs of Aravinda Sametha have come as a disappointment to many of them.The audio of Aravinda Sametha has been released recently. Looks like almost all the songs are targetted at so-called class audience.

As the four songs feel situational, his mass fans are somewhat unhappy. In fact, there are people who watch his films for the mass dance numbers. But now, there is only one song that is mass in the album.However, director Trivikram has his own problem following the debacle of Agnyathavaasi.After being trolled badly for making a bad film, Trivikram is playing safe this time. He has kept the comedy aspect aside and is focusing on making an blue-blooded action film. But the fans would have been happy if another mass number was included in the album.

While two songs appear to be situational, two songs appear to be background songs, much to their disappointment.Of the recent releases, both Rangasthalam and Bharat Ane Nenu did well at the box-office as they had both commercial and class elements. This time around, there is talk that Trivikram is concentrating more on the story at the cost of commercial elements.

Now one wonders how that will go with Telugu audiences in different pockets!

These days, more and more Telugu films are getting remade into other languages while Telugu makers are finding only Hollywood and world-movies to be free-made here. And here comes an interesting snippet.

Reports are being heard that Konidela Niharika, fondly called as the mega daughter, will be starring in the remake of a hit Hindi film. It’s not a 100 crore budgeted movie but it collected more than 100 crores nett from Bollywood box office already. And the film is none other than Shraddha Kapoor and Raj Kumar Rao’s “Stree”, that released a couple of weeks ago.

Touted to be a horror comedy, the film is directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Telugu filmmakers duo Raj and DK. Made under a budget of 15 crores, it saw a phenomenal response at box office. And once again the film has reinstated the film that horror comedy will do well all the times.

Keeping herself busy with Saaho shooting, Shraddha picked up this horror film only to make the third 100 crores grosser of her career after Ek Villain and Baaghi. Cut to Stree remake, Raj and DK confirmed the remake but remained tight-lipped about the leading lady. We hear that both Niharika and Samantha are approached for the now, while Niharika showed interest in the project.

The makers of NTR, a keenly awaited biopic on the legendary actor-politician NT Rama Rao, are raising expectations on the film with some spectacular casting choices and the first look posters. After Chandrababu Naidu and ANR, all eyes were on the actress who will play NTR’s daughter Purandheswari’s role in the movie.

And the suspense has been revealed finally. A young classical dancer and aspiring actress from Vijayawada named Himansee Chowdary has been chosen to reprise Purandheswari’s role. Himansee has already begun shooting for the movie.

NTR and Purandheswari had shared a very close bond, and Balayya and Himansee are sure to recreate the same father-daughter bond on the big screen.

Vijay Devarakonda got a taste of NTR fans’ anger courtesy of a poll he put up on his Twitter page.“Urgent and Important. There are good days to release a film and bad days. But there is lots of drama around #NOTA release date. So you tell me when you want me to release my next film. Let’s Vote. Date formal announcement tomorrow,” said Konda and offered four options: October 5, 10, 18 and NOTA.

Now, NTR’s Aravinda Sametha is releasing on October 12 and fans were shocked that Devarakonda was actually pitting his film against their hero’s film.Immediately, fans of NTR ot into action and Devarakonda was at the receiving end of their ire.“If you really have the guts, release it on October 10,” said one fan.

“Tanq bro for ur support in ntr bad phase (i mean his father death),” commented another fan.“Raa raa nota ni notlo ped…ham,” said yet another while another compared Devarakonda to a deer taking on the tiger NTR.

One fan commented that the final collections of NOTA will be the opening day share of Aravinda Sametha.However, what has raised eyebrows is Vijay Devarakonda saying when the fans would like to see him release his film as if he is the producer.Of course, audiences come to the theatre because of the hero but he is adequately compensated for this.

Now, with a couple of hits under his belt, this actor is giving the impression that he is a Salman Khan or Chiranjeevi and calls all the shots. This is highly disrespectful to the producers.But when time is good, everything is excused and currently, it’s his good time.

But that was it.

For now trade circles are not sure if the film will break even at least. Chaitanya delayed Savyasachi pinning high hopes on Sailaja Reddy Alludu.Now his fans fear that the film might turn stale like Sahasam Svasaga Saagipo. And for those who took their chances for Maruthi, ‘Alludu’ ended up squashing their hopes.

Actor Venkatesh is all set to take on a new role — this time in real life. If sources are to be believed, he’s about to become a father-in-law.Reports suggest that his daughter Aashritha is soon to marry the grandson of R. Surender Reddy, the chairman of the Hyderabad Race Club.

‘Recently we flew down from Thailand post shooting and Rashmika was my bodyguard in the flight as few were sort of disturbing fellow passengers. About Aakanksha, she is a beautiful co-star I have worked with after very long time,’ added Nagarjuna.

Further, the Akkineni hero said, ‘September is going to be the month of Akkinenis. I have never seen a husband and wife’s films releasing on same day and both turning hits at the box office. September 27th is going to be a festival too.’
