Buzz: Allu Camp Rolling Into Confusion!
One flop should not slow down an actor and if we look at how the likes of Chiranjeevi and Amitabh Bachchan succeeded in their careers, they are never slowed down or upset with failures but raced ahead by delivering a hit even after dozen flops.
You may wonder why this philosophy and theology is being preached now, but its the need of the hour for Allu camp, as they unable to find a story for their happening star. Allu Arjun seems to have got upset with the result of Naa Peru Surya and he’s struggling since then to pick a story and his next film.
As a result of this confusion, already projects that got Vikram Kumar and VI Anand are getting delayed as the directors are working on the story part from a time. And then, Bunny liked few new stories but isn’t showing enough gut to go with them. That resulted in a huge confusion in Allu camp and now they are inviting every possible writer, director and newcomer to narrate a story to the Allu hero.
Rather worrying about the story that way, it’s better to choose a film and work out the regular commercial elements such that fans will not worry with the gap. Is that not a worthy advice?

The whole of housemates might portray him in a negative way but ‘Kaushal Manda’ is getting most of the attention when it comes to ongoing Big Boss 2 reality show. With the show set for an end in next two weeks, now filmmakers are looking forward to cash on the craze of these guys.
Already fans of ‘Kaushal’, who are fondly known as #KaushalArmy, are expecting their heartthrob to rock on the silver screen with the kind of image he developed in the last couple of months. Reports are coming that leading director Boyapati Sreenu is likely to introduce (we have to say re-introduce) him as an antagonist.
After introducing Jagapathi Babu to Telugu world as a villain, it looks like Boyapati wants to bring a new villain for forthcoming Balayya’s film. In all likelihood, Kaushal will be playing the role of that negative lead in this film, says a source. Though discussions haven’t happened with Kaushal, Boyapati’s team is said to have approached the actor’s wife.
Thought the likes of Siva Balaji, Navdeep, Mumaith and Archana got huge craze with Big Boss 1, they haven’t cashed on that craze last year. Let’s see if Kaushal and other contestants can do it easily.

How Much Samantha Pocketed From U-Turn?
Though the initial numbers posted for U-Turn at the box office are little low, slowly the film is picking up. While it may be a gigantic task for the movie to get close to 16 crores ‘share’ as the theatricals are sold at that price, here is an interesting snippet on film’s leading lady.
Samantha proved once again that she could deliver stunning performances in a leading role even without a dash of glamorous touch. U-Turn is completely her film and she carried it quite well though the climax turned out to be a little jerky. However, she’s said to have pocketed her career-best number from this movie.
Produced by newcomers, Samantha is said to have charged only a token advance for the film and decided to take a cut from the pre-release business. On that note, she’s said to have received close to 3.8+ crores as her remuneration. Earlier, she’s charging around 1.25+ crores for her garam masala laced performance oriented roles.
Though there is no authentic over this figure, the film industry is buzzing that Samantha pocketed something close to Nayantara with this movie, as it happens to be a bilingual and she will be easily taking home 4 cores from now if the film performs quite well at box office. Let’s see what happens.

Vangaeeti Group To Join Jana Sena?
As the elections to Andhra Pradesh state assembly are fast approaching, caste equations have once again come to the fore in the state.The latest news is that prominent Kapu leader of Vijayawada Vangaveeti Radhakrishna, son of popular leader late Vangaveeti Mohana Ranga, along with his family members and followers, is most likely to take a plunge into the Jana Sena Party floated by power star Pawan Kalyan, who also belongs to Kapu community.
Radhakrishna is presently with the YSR Congress party but in the last couple of days, he has been staying away from the party activities after YSRC president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy announced former MLA Malladi Vishnu as the party in-charge of Vijayawada (central) assembly constituency.Radhakrishna, who has been nurturing Vijayawada central constituency for quite some after he was promised of the ticket from there.
Now with Vishnu entering the fray, Jagan is learnt to have asked Radhakrishna to contest from Machilipatnam Lok Sabha constituency in 2019, but the latter did not appreciate it.While his cousin Vangaveetin Srinivas Prasad resigned from the YSRC and other posts in protest, Radhakrishna is learnt to have gone into hiding and might take a decision in a day or two on coming out of the YSRC.
“He is in touch with Pawan Kalyan and if everything works out, he and his followers might join the Jana Sena,” sources said.In fact, there was a talk a few months ago that Radhakrishna might join the Telugu Desam Party next week.The TDP leaders also openly claimed it. But later, he dropped the idea after Jagan spoke to him in Hyderabad. Radha told media later that he would continue in the YSRC till the end and there was no plan to join the TDP.
He, however, did not hide his displeasure either. Nobody has consulted me from the TDP.“There is a time for everything. I cannot say anything right now. I am doing my own work,” he said then.
The Blockbuster Machine Is Coming
Aamir Khan, the hit machine is all set to storm the theaters this Diwali with his Thugs of Hindostan.November 8 has been fixed as the release date for this most awaited epic-action adventure film directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya.
The film’s plot is based on Philip Meadows Taylor’s 1839 novel Confessions of a Thug.The film tells a fictional story set between 1790 and 1805. Amitabh Bachan and Aamir Khan are sharing the screen for the first time ever.
Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Sheik are playing other lead roles. Vijay Krishna Acharya who directed blockbuster Dhoom 3 with Aamir Khan has teamed up with the superstar and Yash Raj Films again for this mega budget adventure film.
The estimated budget of this film is Rs. 210 crore. The film will be dubbed into Telugu and Tamil too.
Photo: Sye Raa Shoot Begins in Georgia
The team of “Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy” is in Georgia for lengthy action schedule. Director Surender Reddy updated the on-location stills and informed that the schedule has begun in this rough terrain with hills.Megastar Chiranjeevi will be doing some risky stunts involving horse riding, sword-fighting. Old-style war sequences are being filmed here under the guidance of Hollywood action stunt choreographers.
Some of scenes were filmed here for Balakrishna’s “Gautamiputra Satakarni’ and Surender Reddy wanted the same location as it would be cheaper to shoot here and also this location doesn’t need further special effects.
‘Sye Raa’ is a period patriotic drama about a king who rebelled against British Raj. Set in 1840’s in Kurnool, the period drama has Chiranjeevi playing the role of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy. He has Nayanatara and Tamannah as his love interests.
The film is being directed by Surender Reddy and is produced by Ram Charan on Konidela Productions banner.

Akanksha Singh is being introduced to Telugu cinema as Jahnavi, love interest of Deva played by Nagarjuna.Rashmika Mandanna who is riding high on the blockbuster success of Geetha Govindam dons the role of Pooja, girlfriend of Das played by Nani.

Fire destroys 2 cinema theatres in Vizag
Visakhapatnam: Two cinema theatres were gutted in a huge fire here on Monday, police said. There were no casualties.
A short circuit is suspected to have caused the fire in the Kanya and Sree Kanya theatres located in the same building at Gajuwaka area.According to the police, a sweeper noticed smoke coming out of the building and alerted the staff but by the time fire engines rushed to the spot, both the theatres were completely gutted.
Fire fighting personnel with eight fire engines battled to douse the blaze. The loss is estimated to be Rs 3 crore.
