Curiously, Rashmika who apparently didn’t like the idea looks seriously at Vijay.Parasuram is directing Geetha Govindam under GA 2 Pictures Banner. Young talented producer Bunny Vass is producing the film while ace producer Allu Aravind is presenting it.

Gopi Sunder is scoring music. The film is in post-production stages and it is slated for release on August 15th.

Mahesh Babu’s 25th film kick-started in Dehradun recently. The film also has comedy hero Allari Naresh playing a pivotal role.The first to reveal that Mahesh and Naresh will be playing friends in this keenly awaited film.

Buzz is that Sri Bharath’s grandfather and Gitam founder MVVS Murthy is expecting to contest assembly elections from Vizag this time. Since Murthy is a former MP from Vizag Lok Sabha constituency and has good track record, he wants to contest Assembly polls.

If he is not given the ticket by any instance, he is agreeing to it on the condition that his grandson and Nandamuri Tejeswini’s husband Sri Bharath would be given the chance in compensation. This is a tricky situation for the TDP as it can’t deny ticket to Tejeswini’s husband who happens to Balayya’s muddula Alludu.

Apparently, Murthy wants to get hold on politics in Vizag. He wants his grandson Bharath to foray into politics and fulfill his wish. Bharath is currently into business. It is still not known what Bharath has in his mind. Already Balayya’s first son-in-law and Nara Brahmini’s husband Nara Lokesh is into politics. He is currently IT and Panchayat Raj minister. Lokesh is expected to contest the assembly polls in 2019 as well. If Bharat too join, then total four members of the family would be in Assembly including Chandrababu Naidu.

Meanwhile, rurmours are abuzz that Bheemili MLA and Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao would be sent to parliament instead of Assembly. While it is yet to be finalized, talk has it that Ganta would be asked to contest for Lok Sabha.

Telugu audiences are merciless. They are shutting doors on the aspirations of comedians to play lead roles.After accepting Sunil as lead hero in many films, they have started rejecting his over-the-top masala movies. They gave clear cut verdict: we want only comedy, not heroic feats from him.

After futile attempt to salvage his career with some mindless comedies, he has realized that is better to move on to comedian roles. He is now busy as comedian with several films under his belt.Sapathagiri also got the similar judgment from the audiences. His attempts to play lead roles were rejected out rightly. This poor chap has also lost comedy characters.

Prudhvi’s efforts were nipped in the bud. Srinivasa Reddy’s heroic feat in comedy-less movie ‘Jamba Lakidi Pamba’ saw similar fate.Shakalaka Shankar has now joined the long list of comedians who failed as “lead heroes”.

Shakalaka Shankar didn’t even reach to the level of a Saptagiri or a Prudhvi as comedian but he carried away with the thought he could taste the success as he’s replicating Pawan Kalyan’s style.

He is die-hard fan of Jana Sena leader. But even Pawan’s fans too didn’t care to check out Shakalaka’s movie “Shambo Shankara”.

It is high time that comedians stick to what they are good at: comedy. Or play lead roles in stories that are completely out and comedy entertainers, not regular masala movies.

Amid the ongoing debates and confusion on more H1B visas getting rejected in last few months, looks like there is another trouble coming in the employers’ way, from USCIS regarding the STEM OPT placements.

USCIS (US Citizenship and Immigration services) made changes in its website and those changes highlight the objection and probable prohibition of STEM OPTs working at third-party locations. There are many questions and doubts raised on this, as if the students in STEM OPT status working at third party sites are putting their visa status at jeopardy and does USCIS really can make this change?

USCIS’s website description is now updated with qualms and rules that prohibit employers from hiring STEM OPT students if the latter will work at a third-party site. Employers were confused about the fresh changes in USCIS website as to approve the students for STEM OPT or to stay away from them to avoid unwanted obligations in near future.

According to law firm experts in the USA, only ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), an agency within the Department of Homeland security issues these rules and policy guidance interpreting the STEM OPT rule. But ICE did not issue any new guidance officially and no college or university received any notification from ICE, saying that its rule has changed about STEM OPTs in third party sites.

If ICE wanted to bring a new rule or such restriction on third-party placement, it would need to issue the new rule with notice and a chance for the public to comment. So for now, students may face this short term confusion for some more time, need to confirm with their employers if offered opportunities to work primarily at third party sites and the assignments will be in a way that fulfills the regulation that training and evaluation is provided by the STEM OPT Sponsor.

Experts opine that Federal government should focus on integrating talented international students with STEM OPT rather than to find fault with their worksite locations.

* International students with F1 Visa status and pursing degree programs in the USA are granted one year of OPT (Optional Practical Training) to gain work experience in their major field of study. Students with degree qualifying STEM (students in Science, technology, engineering and mathematics) can apply for additional 24 months for OPT work authorization, known as STEM OPT.

* ‘Third-party’ placement is defined in regulations in the H- and L visa context that means a worksite controlled by a legal entity not related to the sponsoring employer.

However, compromises were made when NTR walked out of the second season of Bigg Boss Telugu citing dates issues. So Nani has replaced him at the last minute and eyebrows were raised at their choice.

There’s no denying that Nani is a good actor and has a very good following among the family audience (Television audience). However, he lacks the charm and superstardom possessed by NTR or any other actor that hosts Bigg Boss in various languages.

Nani took up the challenge of filling in the big shoes of NTR and has been trying his best to shut the wagging tongues.

Somehow, Nani couldn’t take command over the show as yet. A few housemates don’t even fear talking to him. In fact a few like Tejaswi are addressing him without respect and also cracking jokes at him.

The contestants used to be very respectful while interacting with Tarak, but we see the second season contestants sitting cross legged and addressing him as Nani and not Nanigaru.

Nani also behaves as if he is inferior to activist Babu Gogineni. He always talks to him with due respect and doesn’t disagree with him on any point.

Nani never pointed out the faults of Tejaswi who is surely the ‘bad girl’ in the house. While he uses stern voice while addressing not so known people like Ganesh, Kireeti and Deepthi Sunaina, his interaction with Tejaswi and Tanish clearly gives away his soft corner towards them.

Nani’s soft approach in dealing with Tejaswi has been the topic of the weekend. He is being abused by many on his social media accounts for the same.

He should start mixing aggressive and passive approach so that housemates respect him as well as feel friendly enough to share their problems with him. One thing that is appreciable about Nani is adapting to the conditions according to public opinion.

Can he correct his mistakes in the next weekend and show Tejaswi who the boss is?
