Already there is a 24-feet-statue called ‘Telangana Martyrs Memorial’ at Gun Park but that belongs to the 1971 movement of the separate statehood. Now to honour the 2014 movement which has also seen many people turning martyrs by sacrificing their lives for achieving “Telangana”, the State Government has come up with an idea to construct a new monument.
On the banks of Hussain Sagar, in an area of 2.5 acres adjacent to Lumbini Park, now a “Telangana Martyrs Memorial” is coming up. To eternalise the sacrifices of hundreds of martyrs in Telangana statehood movement, finally, Chief Minister KCR has approved the design of the project. In what looks like a traditional Diya, a four-floor multi-level hall is being constructed where there will be a museum, conference hall, restaurants and other amenities. And other side, there will be a permanent fire lit up, a timeless lamp, we have to say.
While the idea of this 80 crore worth monument is to sanctify the sacrifices, this design of the monument will make it another epic landmark in the Hyderabad skyline.
Star Heroine Caught Red Handed In Fake Raid
She’a star heroine. That’s a popular lavish and costly hotel in Hyderabad. And there happened a raid by a group of persons who claimed themselves as officials. Guess what, this star heroine ran away from her room upon hearing that info from her assistants sitting in the lobby of the hotel. She left 20 lakhs, all cash, in her room and left partly-dressed as she rushed into her car.
This looks like a mere cinematic scene, but our exclusive sources confirmed that it’s indeed true. She is such a big heroine that lakhs will be paid for her ribbon cutting acts. After acting with almost all the star heroes and still some career left for her, there is no need to indulge herself in these pleasure-giving activities. But she’s said to be entertaining few big shot businessmen from the city at a bare minimum price of 20 lakhs for few hours.
Some reports are indicating that people close to that businessman, who have got jealous of him flipping between the sheets with that star heroine, have actually arranged this fake raid. While the businessman’s pleasure seeking activity ended by then, it is the heroine who lost all of her money, as she left it there. Even the hotel authorities and owners are also shocked to find that this shiny glowing heroine is of that type.
“For an item number, she charges anywhere near 40 lakhs. But she has to take part in shooting for 3 days and practice the dance moves for another 3 days in advance. But here just a three hours job is filling her pocket with half the budget.” a film industry onlooker who witnessed the raid commented.
Nobody Replacing Raj Tarun
After delivering the super hit ‘Kumari 21F’ in 2015, young hero Raj Tarun and director Palnati Surya Pratap will be joining hands for the second time for a coming of age romantic drama film that will be bankrolled by Ram Talluri who is presently producing a film Nela Ticket with Ravi Teja.
Raj Tarun and Surya Pratap’s new film was actually announced in December last year. However, few reported that, Raj Tarun is replaced with Varun Tej in the film. Director Surya Pratap feels the in-form hero Varun Tej would be better option for the film is what they cited as reason for the replacement.
The fact is that, Surya Pratap is very much happy to make this movie with Raj Tarun with whom he developed good rapport while making Kumari 21F. Moreover, he opines Raj Tarun will apt to the story than any other hero, informs inside sources.
Currently, the production unit is finalizing other cast and crew. They have plans to launch the film by March end.Besides this untitled flick, Raj Tarun has Sanjana Reddy directorial ‘Rajugadu’ and Anish Krishna directorial ‘Lover’ in his kitty.
In Talk: Foreign Trainer Carving Jr NTR
Every star hero is carving new physique for their upcoming film in the recent times. The likes of Ram Charan, Allu Arjun and Mahesh are hiring Hollywood trainers to get their new physiques. We need not tell about the kind of hard work Prabhas and Rana have undertaken for their Baahubali looks. Here comes Jr NTR, joining this club again.
Though Tarak has come out with interesting looks for films like Temper and Nannaku Prematho, at that time he has carved only limited muscle for his roles. But now, for the upcoming film that will be directed by Trivikram, this talented actor is reinventing his looks under the guidance of Hollywood based trainer Lloyd Stevens.
While the shooting of the film will take a couple of months to take off, NTR has now started hitting the gym and carving his new look. Right now his trainer shared a video saying that the workout routine is initiated. Here we could notice Tarak hitting the treadmill somewhere in the far corner of the gym. We hear that Lloyd will be training NTR rigorously for six hours a day and no excuses will be allowed to take a break.
This trainer from London already impressed film folks by the way he crafted that manly and bulky muscled figure of Ranveer Singh for the film Padmaavat. Earlier he trained Ranveer in Paris during his Befikre shoot as well. Now expect something unexpected in Jr NTR physique as well.
‘Didn’t Do Film For Nani, But Gave Discount’
Nitya Menon has been one of the torchbearers of the changing trend in cinemas. She marked her name as the first ever South Actress to play a lesbian. She played the role of such girl named Krishnaveni in the latest released movie ‘Awe!’.
We know that Nitya marked her debut with Ala Modalaindi movie starring Nani and the duo share a great bond. Nani made his production debut with this movie. In a recent interview, when asked Nitya whether her friendship with Nani made her accept this project, she instantly said NO. She stated that it is the narration of director Prashanth Varma and the story which compelled her to say Yes to this project but not her friendship with the producer. However, she also made some interesting remarks about the remuneration.
When asked about the paycheck she took for the film, Nitya admitted that as Nani is her friend she gave a big discount for him and agreed to do the film for a very paltry paycheck. Well, she gave a huge discount for her Ala Modalaindi co-star but didn’t accept the project for him, which sounds quite surprising, isn’t it?
Nitya has played so many experimental roles in her career even though she was not playing the lead. But the actress claimed that she loves to do challenging roles that tap the actor in her and remarked that no character really explored her full-fledged. She’s currently writing a script and wants it to direct next year. So hope she will tap her full potential herself.
Nothing is falling in place for Saaho makers?
Although Prabhas’ ‘Baahubali’ started off as a regional film, it later went on to become a national and international film in all prospects. But, the makers of his upcoming film ‘Saaho’ began the film on a bigger note expecting much better offers from North and overseas buyers.
With a view to bring in bigger salability for the film in North belt, the makers have not just relied on the extensive popularity of Prabhas, but also on-boarded Bollywood actors like Shraddha Kapoor, Neil Nithin Mukesh and others. But it looks like the recruitment of these Bollywood actors is not serving the actual purpose.
The makers have doubled the budget of Saaho, keeping the Hindi market in view, and they spent a massive Rs 30 Crore for a single action episode in the film. But, unexpectedly, there is very meager response from the North buyers which is a worrying factor for producers. A speculation is rife that the tinkered relation between Karan Johar and Prabhas is stopping the Bollywood producers to look at Saaho.
So far, nothing is falling in place for the makers of Saaho when it comes to finding Hindi buyers for the film. But then, the makers are hopeful that things would go from bad to good when the first teaser will be out.
On other hand, it is heard that the growing budget is gradually building pressure on young filmmaker Sujith Sign, who is said to be consuming more than planned time to finish the shooting schedules.
Will Act As Per People’s Wish: Chandrababu
AP CM Chandrababu Naidu has made critical comments against ally BJP today at the Coordination Meeting of the TDP leaders. Speaking to the party leaders, Chandrababu Naidu has compared the BJP to the Congress and said that he had hoped that the BJP would do justice to the AP but the BJP too doing “injustice” to AP like Congress.
Talking to TDP leaders about the No Confidence Vote to be introduced by the YSRCP and to be supported by Pawan Kalyan, the JFC, Naidu opined that the No Confidence Vote would not serve the purpose as the BJP has its complete majority and it could survive the No Confidence Motion. He said that the State can’t ask the Centre anything after supporting the No Confidence Motion. Chandrababu Naidu said that the TDP has its own strategy to get the benefits to AP. Naidu opined that he would rather muster the support of all the political parties in the country to mount pressure on the Centre.
Lashing out at Jagan for changing his “words”, Naidu recalled how the YSRCP welcomed the Budget 2018 and later went back on its words. Chandrababu asked the TDP leaders to join the news debates and explain the special situation to the people of the state. Chandrababu gave a clear indication that the TDP would only consider the people and there’s no role for politics. Chandrababu made it clear that the TDP would act as per people’s wish indicating that the TDP would quit NDA at right time. He said that the TDP knows better how to increase pressure on the BJP.
Charan’s Hangover upsetting Boyapati?

Quickly after wrapping Rangasthalam shoot, Mega Powerstar was supposed to work with mass director but the unexpected reshoot plan of Rangasthalam is not allowing the actor to shift his focus and in a way, pushed Boyapati into trouble. So much so that the Mega actor is said to have missed the first schedule of this untitled film.
As per plan, the ‘Sarrainodu’ director was expecting Charan to concentrate on his film after finishing Rangasthalam shooting, but Ram Charan is still struck in the hangover of Sukumar’s film. Apart from reshoot, the actor is highly gravitated towards business and other promotional activities of Rangasthalam. Considering the audio event and theatrical release in coming days, it would easily take a month time for Charan to come out of it. And that’s heard to be seriously upsetting Boyapati who planned to wrap the complete shoot of his film by August.
Finally, Ram Charan dedicating dates to a new film without finishing his previous one has put Boyapati on tenterhooks.
