Universal hero Kamal Haasan, who is very well versed with national politics, said that he is a big fan of AP CM Chandrababu Naidu, and his administration. He has showered Naidu with praises during a live Television interview given to a leading national channel.

“I am truly a big fan of Chandrababu Naidu. My eyes go round when I think of what he has done once (for the united AP as its CM), and he is trying to do it all over again (for truncated AP as its new CM). He is trying his best (despite limited resources), and its very commendable,” Kamal said.

If one knows Kamal, he is someone who speaks his mind, he doesn’t try to butter anyone. If Kamal spoke such highly of Naidu when the host didn’t even bring up the topic of Naidu, it tells that he really revers Naidu, and considers him an inspiration. Since Kamal always speaks the language of developmental politics, no wonder he is a fan of Naidu.

Kamal further said that he will soon meet Naidu, predictably to discuss politics.

Aishwarya, the great-granddaughter of the legendary Carnatic singer MS Subbulakshmi, is all set to make her playback singing debut with the Tamil film “Kural 146”.

Film’s music director Guru Kalyan revealed that he wasn’t aware that Aishwarya was related to MS Subbalakshmi when he first heard her voice on Facebook and decided to sign her for singing a crucial song in the film.

Aishwarya has already established herself as a well-known name in the Carnatic music circuit, but this is her debut in film industry. For now, she doesn’t have any ambitions of making a career in films as she is very much content following her great-grandmother’s footsteps.

The dialogue of Aadhi goes, “Athiga aasepadey Aadadaaniki, aavesapade magallaku puttina vaare anadhalu“, and that invited severe criticism from social workers and hurt orphans even more.

As some orphans lodged a case on Aadhi in a police station and also with Human Rights Commission, and also sought an apology from Nagababu, Roja and Anasuya, many thought this sizzling anchor will apologise. However, she felt that Aadhi’s joke was taken seriously and then went on backing Jabardasth program.

Also, she has thrown satires saying that when she speaks about ethics, people talk about her short dresses and when she spoke about Aadhi they say Arjun Reddy. Well, that’s where Anasuya’s hypocritical mentality came out, tall and high.

When a cuss word involving mothers could actually hurt her, will that dialogue on orphans about their birth and parents will not hurt them? If this feat of Jabardasth is just great and fun, then Anasuya’s previous Oscar show is just acting and something that is done to grab attention.

Time for the ‘hot’ anchor to stop being a hypocrite. Isn’t it?

Bike borne miscreants assaulted Telangana TV anchor Bittiri Satti near the TV news Channel office in which he was working in Hyderabad. He received severe injuries on his face and shifted to him a corporate hospital immediately.

Alerted TV channel staff caught the assailants and handed over them to Panjutta police station. Cops plunged into action and launched a probe into the incident. Bittiri Satti create his own brand image on small screen by his innovative and satirical TV programmes in Telangana dialect. He was also receiving offers in Telugu film industry recently.

Doctors said Satti is out of danger. However, he will be kept in observation for two days and provide treatment to the injuries.

He happens to be one of the handsome heroes of Telugu cinema but his talents never got noticed big time. While his circle of friends is big, he isn’t yet a big hero. But he has this unique desire that should be fulfilled all the time.

No matter what, this suave chap always orders his producers to hire a lady-stylist for his films. He then asks the young women to come up with clothing ideas, and then buy him outfits and then calls them for a tryout session.

Noticeably, he never propositions them neither involves in awkward and inappropriate behavior, but he asks the stylist to undress him and dress in the new outfits. Recently when a young lady stylist questioned him as to why he asks that favor, he came up with an interesting answer.

“Actually I always used to feel like a king of medieval times. And then dreamt about young women undressing me and dressing me up. I just want that fetish to be fulfilled but nothing else” he’s said to have told the stylist. However, this fetish is not being liked by many stylists. Careful hero!!

Other day Tollywood’s numero uno hero Pawan Kalyan has announced that he will be talking at cinema from his new Twitter handle “PKCreativeWorks”. Well, this is the handle of a production house our hero has started years back. But what would he do through this handle is the question now.

Gone are the days where Mega heroes will promote other mega heroes and Nandamuri heroes will speak big about Nandamuri films. These are the days where any Superstar is responding to other good films, heroes, and directors. But their tweets are facing both praises and backlash as well.

Director Rajamouli is always active when it comes to tweeting about other movies. He praises story, showers appreciation on actors and applauds directors. But still, sometimes he faced blame for not tweeting about certain movies. People even smeared a caste bias color on him.

At the same time, the likes of Mahesh Babu tweeted about Arjun Reddy movie but he’s also criticised for not speaking about some other movies. Only hero quite active about all other movies on twitter is Sai Dharam Tej as he talks about all and everything. The likes of Nani and Samantha also join this gang, but often they face criticism for not encouraging other films that are made by people outside their friend’s circle.

In this scenario, Pawan Kalyan, who believes (as per his Gabbar Singh dialogue) in the line ‘evadi dappu vaade kottukovali’, should actually beat the ‘dappu’ of other films, heroes, and directors, as well. Will he do that without facing any criticism? Let’s see!!!

Realizing that ‘Hello’ is a very important film for Akkineni Akhil’s career, director Vikram Kumar seems to be putting together all attractions in the film so as to impress fans as well as general movie goers.

The recently released teaser of the film received thumping response. Vikram Kumar’s name ensures strong content as well as technical finesse, and Akhil’s athletic stunts is another asset that raise expectations on this film. Besides these, Vikram Kumar is heard to have added the ‘Akkineni’ factor as well to make a starry connect to Hello.

Reports are emerging that Hello will have special appearances of Akhil’s mother Amala, sister-in-law Samantha and father Nagarjuna. It would be a visual feast to watch these Akkineni celebs together on big screen, if this news turns out to be true.

‘Hello’ is scheduled to hit screens on 22nd December.

After superstar Rajinikanth, Surya is the next Tamil star hero to have created a market for himself in Telugu. The Telugu dubbing rights of his films used to fetch around Rs 20 Cr, non-Rajinikanth & non-Shankar record deals. There were times when he took his films’ Telugu rights as his remuneration. However, with back to back flops in the last couple of years, his market has come down to almost half of what it used to be.

Surya hasn’t scored a hit in a very long time. His last couple of films – S3, Rakshasudu, 24 and Sikandar have tanked at Telugu box office, incurring huge losses to buyers. As a result, the Telugu dubbing rights of his new film ‘Gang’ (Thaana Serndha Kootam in Tamil) have reportedly been acquired for just Rs 10 Cr, a very nominal deal for a Surya-starrer. Geetah Arts, UV Creations and their Associates have bought the rights.

Surya’s flop saga, a relatively lesser popular director and the release time (Sankranthi – clash with Pawan’s Agnathavasi and Balakrishna’s Jai Simha) are the reasons for producers selling the Telugu rights to almost half of the expected sum.

If this film also tanks, Surya’s market is likely to go down further.
