Pawan Opens New Twitter Account
Actor-turned-politician Pawan Kalyan has started a new account on Twitter in order to share details about Cinema. It is called PK Creative Works. While Pawan wants to talk on socio, political issues through his personal account, he would like to share about cinema via PK Creative Works. In his first tweet, Pawan has saluted to the doyen of Indian Cinema Dada Saheb Phalke and Raghupathi Venkaiah Naidu. Pawan has shown his love for cinema once again.
Announcing the same, Pawan tweeted from his personal account, “I would like to pay my respects & love to cinema which gave me your immense love & the strength to serve our society through this platform – @pkcreativeworks which is my new twitter account dedicated to cinema.”
The first tweet of PK Creative Works reads, “My humble salute to the Pioneers of our Indian Cinema – “Sri Dada Saheb Phalke & Sri Raghupathi Venkaiah Naidu…”
With Pawan announcing his new Twitter account, his fans are going gaga over it. The number of followers are growing at a breakneck speed.
Meanwhile, speculations are rife that the title of PSPK and Pawan’s first look from his landmark 25th film will be unveiled through this Twitter account.
Dawood Ibrahim Shocked By His Son’s Decision!
Dawood Ibrahim, 1993 Mumbai blasts mastermind and one of the most wanted terrorists in the world, is reported to be depressed as his only son had decided to shun his underworld empire and become a cleric (an Islamic preacher) instead.
Dawood has three children, of them only one is male. Moin Nawaz, 31, is the only son of Dawood, who has become a devout Muslim, against his father’s wish of taking over the reins of underworld empire. This decision of his son has deeply affected Dawood, and he is reportedly worried over who would look after the ‘family business’ in future. It is heard that the only living brother of Dawood is not in good health, and that no reliable close relative is ready to take over the empire.
Reports further said that Dawood’s son, a business management graduate, had shunned all the comforts and opted to live a monk’s life in a mosque adjacent to their home. His daily routine comprise teaching Holy Quran to young children and other social-religious responsibilities associated with men of God.
Nag Deliberately Losing his Forte?
Since the times of Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Akkineni family heroes, generation after generation, have acquired the image of romantic heroes. ‘Romantic’ genre has been their forte. If we analyse the career of Nagarjuna, he has done more romantic films than movies belonging to any other genre. However, it seems that Nag is now slowly drifting away from his forte.
In movies such as ‘Oopiri’ and ‘Raju Gari Gadhi 2’, Nag didn’t any have romantic angle; no heroine, no songs. If the latest reports are anything to go by, Nag will not have any heroine, thus no romantic songs, in his new film being directed by Ram Gopal Varma as well. It is heard that Nag has opted to play a complete duty-minded police officer in the film. There will be a key female character in the film but there won’t be any romantic angle between her and Nag.
We also hear that Nag is now looking for more matured roles, meaty characters, not the films where he will have to run around trees along with a heroine much younger to him. He has taken this decision keeping his age as well as changing tastes of Telugu audiences in mind.
It needs to be seen how fans receive the ‘unromantic’ Nagarjuna in RGV’s film.
Akhil’s Special Love On Overseas
The new age heroes of Tollywood are giving utmost importance to Overseas market, and for obtaining it, they are planning special promotions in the US. The name of Akhil Akkineni stands atop among the heroes belonging to this category.
If one recalls, Akhil had extensively promoted his debut film, ‘Akhil’ in the US. He managed to create hype for the film but the ludicrous film brought him down. ‘Akhil’ hardly earned $170K in its run, and became one of the biggest disasters there.
As the Akkineni hero is now all set to enthrall audiences with his second film, ‘Hello’, he has once again planned an ambitious US tour, making another attempt to win audience there. During this 3-day tour starting from December 15 to 17, Akhil will perform live in New Jersey, Dallas and San Jose respectively. He will interact with the guests and media as well.
Despite the failure of ‘Akhil’, ‘Hello’ has very high expectations and has done very good business in overseas, thanks to the brand director Vikram Kumar is.
Samantha Deeply Upset with Rumours!
For the past few days, there had been rumours that Samantha has funded Nara Rohit’s Balakrishnudu. Since Samantha’s manager Mahendra is one of the producers for the film and Sam herself attended the film’s audio launch and promoted it, there were some rumours that Sam had financed the film.
But it is learnt that there is no truth in such rumours and Sam is also said to be very upset with those rumours. Mahendra is a very close friend to Samantha and he has been her manager ever since she made debut into films. So, Sam openly stated publicly that Mahendra is like his family member in the industry and when he is producing his first film and when he had invited her, she just came to the event and supported him. It is heard that there is nothing more or nothing less to it.
The film is actually produced by Vamsi, Mahendra and Vinod and hence, Balakrishnudu said to have nothing to do with Samantha.
Roja To Start Padayatra
YSR Congress Party senior leader and MLA RK Roja will embark on Padayatra demanding the Andhra Pradesh government to complete the long pending Galeru-Nagari project.
The party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been fighting on the issue against Chandrababu government since three years. The project was taken up by former Chief Minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy to address water problem in Chittoor and other Rayalaseema districts.
Roja will start her Padayatra from Nagari in her Assembly Constituency on November 28. Her Padayatra will cover 88 km up to Tirumala temple, the abode of Lord Venkateswara. It was known to all that Jagan already launched Padayatra in Andhra Pradesh recently.
Anasuya Serious on Calling Her Aunty
‘Hi Anu Aunty’
Anasuya is back to limelight. The other day, she was seen in a Facebook live. Taking time off from the shooting of her upcoming film Sachindi Ra Gorre, Anasuya took to FB during when one of the netizens referred Anasuya as Aunty. He apparently commented on her live page, “Hi Anu Aunty”.
Taking a serious note of this Anasuya has taken a class to him. “Aunty has been interpreted as a Boothu these days. This is wrong. Even I use Aunty to many of my elders in a good tone. I don’t respond on these comments again. Behave like educated ones. If my kids friends call me Aunty, I’ll respond. But people like you who grow mustaches, beards and look like Uncle to me, call me Aunty, I’ll not respond.”

While another guy during the live asked Anasuya whether she would marry him for her second-marriage? Anasuya took it in stride and said, “No. I’ll marry my husband only in all my lives (Janmalu).”
Hyper Aadhi’s Anadha Comments
Responding to Hyper Aadhi’s comments on Anadha (Orphans) that got severe backlash from socialites, people, Anasuya defended Aadhi stating that it was meant in a lighter note and one has to take it in a lighter vein only.
During a skit on orphans, Aadhi had said, “Anadha Ante Evaro Telusa? Athiga Avesha Pade Aada Daniki, Athiga Aasha Pade Magavadiki Putte Vare Anadha.” This ugly definition of Anadha (Orphan) has created severe stir. While this is becoming a debate, Anasuya said that it was just meant to be fun and shouldn’t be taken seriously.
Jabardasth is Baahubali to TV
“Jabardasth is like Baahubali to TV. The show has catapulted Telugu Television to a top level. This is meant for entertainment,” Anasuya said.
PS : However, many are now questioning Anasuya taking sides. Anasuya has recently found fault with the dialogues in Arjun Reddy which is also a film. However, then she found fault with them and expressed her angst. Whereas Hyper Aadhi’s Anadha comments are certainly made in bad taste and are meant to hurt many orphans who might even have lost parents in various accidents, but Anasuya asking people to see Jabardasth in artistic way and Arjun Reddy in a different way is clearly mirrors her double standards.
Who Will Read ‘Temper’ Novel?
The main allegation between Bandla Ganesh and Vakkantham Vamsi seems to be our writer selling the ‘novel’ rights of “Temper” movie and also getting the novel printed by a popular publishing house.
It is known that Bandla Ganesh was imprisoned in Cheque Bounce case lodged by Vamsi and the producer is out on bail also. However, he revealed with proofs that though Vamsi sold total rights of Temper to Ganesh for 1 crore 4 lakhs, he later sold the novel version script to a publishing house.
The very basic question that comes to anyone’s mind is, who will read Temper movie as a novel? While the film is felt great by some people, it has nothing great to talk about other than a cop going to jail and facing capital punishment just for the sake of pushing other accused to death. The whole track of a corrupt cop, an animal-lover heroine, and that creepy villain will sound absurd on a novel. On the screen, it impressed because it has Jr NTR there.
After people read some breathtaking and spine-chilling crime thrillers and cop stories from the likes of Stephen King and Agatha Christie, what would Temper really stand for alongside them? Anyway, anything can be published, as long as it is felt worthy by the publishers.
