With less than 50 days for the release of Pawan Kalyan’s landmark 25th film (Agnathavasi), director Trivikram Srinivas is all set to unveil the first look of Pawan from PSPK 25. Although glimpse of Pawan has already been released and several working stills are already out, however, Trivikram said to have prepared a stunning look of Pawan as the first look.

It is reliably learnt that the date and time have been fixed for the launch of the first look. November 25th 6 PM is one that is being considered by the team Agnathavasi. Since it is Saturday evening, there will be more traction and media could carry stories around it on Saturday and Sunday which will reaches to masses.

If it is not readied by then and if Trivikram asks for any last-minute changes, the look may be released on November 26th i.e Sunday.

Pawan Kalyan will be seen as a software engineer in this action entertainer laced with family elements. Keerthy Suresh and Anu Emanuel play the female leads. Anirudh’s music and Trivikram’s witty one-liners are the things to watch out for in the film.

Showing extra care on those heroines a director likes is something that happens on many film sets. And if the director likes the heroine more than a hero, then there are some quarrels as well happening.

Recently a big production house traveled abroad to film scenes on a star hero. This film has two heroines as well, one popular for her glamorous side and other known for her chubby looks. During the shooting of the film in those picturesque locales, we hear that one heroine became quite disappointed.

Actually, the dusky beauty among those too, who has switched on her hottest avatar all of a sudden, has impressed our director a lot, says a source. Due to that, he focused more on her and ignored the chubby girl. While most scenes have the chubby girl playing a crucial role, we hear that the director concentrated on this new-hot siren only.

Such things are quite common, but surprising thing is that our director is said to have changed some part of the script for his new girl of interest. Oops!!

Going into details, Allu Arjun said to have heard great things about Sirish’s Okka Kshanam during its filming. He has heard the story of Okka Kshanam and saw a few rushes from the film which said to have impressed him

If all goes well, director VI Anand may direct none other than Stylish Star Allu Arjun. Needless to say that this would push Anand into the big league of directors.

There is no doubt that Film Industry follows Success. We hear reports of producers flocking a director as soon as he scores a hit, and its true in every sense of the word. However, here are some strange cases where hit directors are failing to get the dates of heroes they desire to work with.

Kalyan Krishna, who delivered two hits in as many attempts – Soggade Chinni Nayana and RRVC, has yet to materialize his next film. He has stories for both Nagarjuna and Ravi Teja, but couldn’t get their nods. Vamsi Krishna of Kittu Unnadu Jagratha fame and Siva Nirvana who made a commendable debut with ‘Ninnu Kori’ are also waiting for calls from the heroes they want to work with. Director Sagar Chandra, who made critically appreciated films ‘Ayyare’ and ‘Appatlo Okadundevadu’ is also off the radar of noted heroes and producers.

Young directors Trinadha Rao Nakkina of ‘Cinema Choopistha Maava’ and ‘Nenu Local’ fame, and Virinchi Varma of ‘Uyyala Jampala’ and ‘Majnu’ fame are also facing similar situation. There are reports of the latter doing his next film with Chaitu but there is no clarity when this film would go on floors as the Akkineni hero has already committed with other, relatively bigger directors. And, some reports suggest that Nakkina was penning a script for Charan, but considering the Mega hero has the likes of Boyapati, Rajamouli, Koratala etc. in line, the project seems very unlikely.

This indicates how competitive the film industry has become. The prime reason for these successful directors failing to get noted heroes’ dates is that almost every actor is now looking at the merits and demerits of script over a director’s track record.

From directors’ view, every successful director wishes to do a bigger film, with a bigger actor than the previous one in order to increase their brand value. In this quest, they are being forced by heroes to wait for long time.

Nara Rohith usually stays clear of controversies and speculations. He is a passionate actor and keeps himself immersed in films all the time. However, there is one rumor related to him that keeps on surfacing every now and then, its about his love affair with actress Regina Cassandra.

The young hero has trashed the news as a mere rumor. During the promotions of his upcoming film ‘Balakrishnudu’, where Regina paired with him for the third time, Rohith confessed that he had heard the rumors about Regina and him.

‘Since we have acted in multiple films in very short span, some enthusiastic people might have put two and two together, and deduced that we are in a relationship. Our relation is only professional, nothing beyond that,’ clarified Rohith.

When you read the latest news of many caste-based groups giving warnings to Deepika Padukone and Bhansali, there are such cases to be understood. Recently All India Kshatriya Mahasabha, the nationwide union of people belonging to Kshatriya caste, actually wanted to bring Baahubali Prabhas to debate on Padmavathi issue. They tried their best for the hunk hero to be kept in the picture, but Krishnam Raju is said to have used political power to stop it. Wonder why?

Needless to say, Prabhas’ hails from the same Kshatriya caste and his uncle Krishnam Raju is also part of some of these associations. For that reason, they wanted Prabhas to voice out his opinions. But the true sense of this aspect is, TRPs will increase if Baahubali speaks about Padmavathi controversy.

Young Tollywood hero Nikhil, who is currently shooting for the remake of hit Kannada film, ‘Kirik Party’, has signed yet another remake.

Following the success of 2016 Tamil film ‘Kanithan’, plans were started to remake it in Telugu. Allu Arjun was the fist hero to show interest in doing the remake. When he opted out, discussions were held with Ravi Teja, and he was almost on board. The project however didn’t materialize for some reasons.

After the two star heroes opted out, Nikhil has signed Kanithan remake, and the project is all set to roll from January 2018. TN Santosh, who directed the Tamil film, will helm the remake as well. Tagore Madhu will bankroll it. The pre-production work is currently in progress.

Kanithan traces the story of an investigative journalist who uncovers a crime syndicate selling forged diplomas. Catherine Tresa played the female lead in the Tamil film.

Despite positive reviews, Siddharth has failed to pull crowds. Released on Nov 17, Gruham has opened to lukewarm response in cinemas. Touted as Sid’s comeback and a pure horror genre, the film’s BO numbers were said to be very nominal.

Even the Hindi version, The House Next Door didn’t get due success that Sid had predicted. However, the Tamil version Aval has got good reviews. But even there the film’s collections were not up to the mark.

On the whole, the 5-years of hard work of Siddharth who has written, produced, acted and released the film in three languages seem to have got a not-so-happy result in terms of financial aspect. On the contrary, the film has helped Sid to connect with audiences once again after a long hiatus. And Sid’s role got noticed so this may get him more author-backed roles. Let’s wait and see, what is in store for Sid.
