After having been denied 5 times before, Malayalam actor Dileep was finally given bail on Tuesday in his sixth plea. He had been in police remand for 85 days in the case of abduction and molestation of an actress.

The actor was earlier denied bail five times – twice by a magistrate court and thrice by the Kerala High Court. The High Court had last week denied his bail for the 5th time saying that he might influence the case if he is given bail. On Tuesday, Dileep breathed a sigh of relief as he was given bail after having been in police remand for nearly three months.

Dileep is accused of hiring a gang to abduct and assault the actress to settle a personal score in February this year.

Nandamuri Balakrishna has once again made it to the headlines by allegedly manhandling a TDP activist this time.

The incident happened on Tuesday when Balayya took part in the party’s ‘Intintiki TDP’ campaign in his Hindupur constituency in Ananthapur district. As part of the programme, Balayya was visiting houses in Boyapati village. A horde of people – the actor’s fans as well as TDP activists were accompanying him.

In such crowded situations, people pushing one another is very common. When the actor found a person hurriedly going past him, seemingly pushing him aside, Balayya allegedly slapped him and was seen saying something to him. The situation however was under control.

NTR’s ‘Jai Lava Kusa’ has joined the elite club of Rs 125+ Cr grossers and emerged as the 8th All Time highest grosser of Telugu film industry.

On its 2nd Monday, which was a holiday because of Gandhi Jayanthi, Jai Lava Kusa performed very good and collected a share of Rs 2 Cr in the Telugu states. The total share in the Telugu states stands at 54.5 Cr and 72 Cr worldwide.

Jai Lava Kusa is the third film of 2017 after Khaidi No.150 and Baahubali 2 to collect more than 125 Cr gross at worldwide box office. In All Time grossers list, the film stands at 8th place behind Baahubali 2, Baahubali, Khaidi No.150, Srimanthudu, Janatha Garage, Atharintiki Daredi and Sarrainodu (in that order).

NTR is the only hero other than Prabhas to have 2 films (Janatha Garage & JLK) in Top 8.

Hailed as the most eligible bachelor in the country after Salman Khan, Baahubalian hero Prabhas has earlier maintained that he will get married post Baahubali second part release. But he has now rushed into Saaho shooting and there is no talk about his nuptials. When quizzed about it, he gave some interesting replies.

“Actually I don’t want to talk about stuff related to marriage quite publicly. When I get married, surely I will let everyone know about it” he said, trying to stop the thirsty media from posing that questions time and again. At the same time, he gave a clarity about some other stuff.

When questioned about how his fantasy bride, Prabhas made interesting remarks. “During childhood, I used to think Godavari village girls will be better. Later I felt that a girl should be beautiful. And then I started thinking that a girl should be intelligent. My opinions change every year with time so I don’t have any fantasy bride like requirements on my mind”, stated Prabhas.

As this hunk hero is not getting married from a long time, there are rumours mushrooming that he’s actually dating Anushka Shetty, his Baahubali co-star. Reacting on this, he said, “When a hero and heroine work together in a couple of films, people usually link them up. I and Anushka are good family friends from a long time, and we want that to be it. We usually laugh off these rumours, but sometimes I too get a doubt if there is something between us. But in reality, there is nothing such”.

To sum up, there is neither a fantasy bride nor Anushka in Prabhas’ mind for now.

Apparently, a rumour has come out that mega hero Ram Charan agreed to do a cameo for Allu Arjun. Earlier when Charan has taken up Yevadu, his cousin Bunny starred in the popular cameo though the two are not seen together in the film. And now it looks like Charan is doing the payback. What’s the truth in this rumour anyway?

At the moment Allu Arjun and his team are busy canning some important scenes in Ooty regarding their latest movie “Na Peru Surya”. As per rumours, this Vakkantam Vamsi directorial might feature Ram Charan in a cameo as a military officer who will be a colleague of Allu Arjun. When checked with sources close to Charan, it is revealed that there is no such possibility.

“We don’t know whether Bunny asked Charan to star in such guest appearance or not. But for now, Charan can’t take part in the cameo shoot as a military officer because he has to cut his hair for that role. Already he has grown long hair and thick beard for Rangasthalam 1985 and the shooting is yet to complete. So without wrapping Sukumar’s movie, he can’t now risk changing his look to take part in any other shoot” a source informed, revealing that ‘haircut’ might spin a trouble.

For now, we could say that Allu Arjun and Ram Charan starring together might be a figment of imagination but anyway if the same idea reaches Na Peru Surya creative team, it’s not a tough task to achieve.
