Ram Gopal Varma has unveiled the first look of Lakshmi’s NTR, a film on legendary NTR and his life especially towards his end.

Expounding and elaborating on what the film is going to showcase, RGV revealed, “It’s a love story full of hatred,jealousy,power mongering, backstabbings and above all unbelievable inter relationship conflicts.”

“The film “LAKSHMI’s NTR” will make naked and expose all the real truths behind the true lies of those who punched in his stomach and stabbed his back ..

“LAKSHMI’s NTR” will be the true story of the real actual total truth behind what actually really happened in NTR’s life especially towards the end,” added RGV.

Ram Gopal Varma is planning to release the film by the end of 2018. However, Ramu has kept crucial details – such as who is enacting as NTR and other principal characters – under the wraps. Also, he has rubbished the rumours that JD Chakravarthy would produce the film. RGV didn’t reveal that who is bankrolling this sensational film.

Superstar Mahesh Babu has been spending most of his time for the promotions of Spyder which is hitting the screens tomorrow. AR Murugadoss is the director of the film and Rakul Preet Singh is the female lead. Mahesh has been completely blown away with the dedication and professionalism of Rakul Preet Singh and he mentioned this specially during the film’s promotions.

“Spyder shoot would have taken 15 days more if any other actress played the female lead other than Rakul. I was blown away with her dedication and she essayed her role with perfection. Shooting for the same scene in Telugu and Tamil is something challenging. I heard about Rakul’s commitment and now I have seen it. She even allotted her dates whenever we needed despite of her tight schedules” said Mahesh.

AR Murugadoss directed Spyder and the movie has been bankrolled by NV Prasad and Tagore Madhu.

Jr NTR’s comments on reviews, critics at Jai Lava Kusa Jayotsavam is the topic of the industry right now. As the heat caused due to NTR’s comments are not going to die anytime soon, media has posed the question to Mahesh Babu.

Responding to how he would receive reviews of his films, Mahesh stated, “Reviews are courting several controversies off late. I’m also reading reviews. I think they’re writing good for good films and bad for bad films. It’s a good sign.” Mahesh’s gentle statement despite that his last film Brahmotsavam garnered poor reviews is laudable. This is indirectly seen as a satire to NTR who compared films to patients in emergency and audience as doctors.

On other hand, Mahesh was totally in his elements throughout his interaction with the media. He was witty best. Mahesh also said that Spyder is the best film in his life.

Claiming the first season of Bigg Boss reality show as a huge success, the show organizers have promised to return with Season 2 next year. Now, the big question is, will NTR return as the host? If not, who will replace him?

There had been mixed reports on the impact and penetration of Bigg Boss among TV viewers but the one thing about the show that received unequivocal applause is, NTR’s hosting. The actor has been praised for his spontaneity, humor and ease with which he brought craze to the show which seemed like a dead duck at the beginning.

The show organizers want NTR to return as the host for season 2 but he is reportedly in two minds over whether to continue or take a break. One thing is for sure, no star hero would want to replace NTR because of the inevitable comparisons. Hence, if NTR decides not to host season 2, the organizers are reportedly planning to rope in Natural Star Nani as the Host.

Excluding star heroes, there is arguably any better entertainer and crowd-puller than Nani. He is someone who can fit into NTR’s shoes since he is also known for his natural flair, mature talk and spontaneity. Like NTR said, Bigg Boss show takes the Host closer to TV viewers so hosting the show can prove advantageous for Nani too. The buzz on social media is not so negative for the speculation of Nani replacing Tarak.

The ball is still in Tarak’s court, it may come in Nani’s if NTR decides to pass on the baton.

There is nothing permanent in film industry as success decides the life of an actor. However for actresses, it is quite tough to stand strong after crossing thirties as filmmakers prefer young actresses. Hence most of the actresses fade out after a period.

Punjabi beauty Charmee is managing the production responsibilities of Puri Jagannadh’s films. The latest news we hear is that Tamannaah is all set to turn producer with her next.

Bollywood filmmaker Kunal Kohli impressed Tamannah with an interesting plot, with which she decided to put some money in it as one of the producers. As the director wants Sandeep Kishan also in the film, Tamannah is investing on the this Telugu hero in a way. At the moment, Sandeep Kishan is going through a rough phase and it is to be seen how her investment on him helps her.

Apart from film production, Tamannah already started her maiden gold jewellery brand Wite n Gold.

Meanwhile, Allu Arjun is busy wrapping his latest film “Na Peru Surya” which marks the debut of writer Vakkantam Vamsi as a director. The shooting of the flick is currently going on in Ooty, and the unit is expected to cane some crucial sequences related to Bunny’s soldier getup here.

Mahesh Babu has opened up about his peers such as NTR hosting TV shows like Bigg Boss. While Nagarjuna and Chiru have hosted Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu, Tarak has taken it to level by hosting Bigg Boss reality show.

When asked Mahesh about whether we see him on small screen in future, pat comes reply from him. “No, Never. I will never be part of anything on TV. I’ll continue to do my work in films.” Talking about NTR, Nag & Chiru, Mahesh said “Hats-off” to them. He expounded, “TV is never my cup of tea.”

Mahesh also reiterated that he has no political ambitions whatsoever. Even as his stint in Dookudu has political connection and his ongoing Bharath Ane Nenu has direct link to politics, Mahesh reiterated that he doesn’t understand politics.

Mahesh stated that he would continue to be an actor and do various roles, films in days to come. Mahesh cited that he would take inspiration from actors such as Amitabh Bachchan and maintain his acting career.
