We come across many inspiring videos on social media platforms everyday, but a 2-minute video shared by business tycoon Anand Mahindra, Executive Chairman of Mahindra Group, is absolutely uplifting and it’s going viral after he tweeted it with a comment, ‘At first I couldn’t bear to look & then I was left feeling uplifted. I don’t think I will ever complain again about any job being too hard..’
In just 21 hours after CEO Anand Mahindra posted it on Twitter, the post fetched 20,000 retweets and 33,000 likes.
The heart warming video is all about a little handicapped boy who is out on a limb attempting all ways to stride up the steps to play ‘step 2 up and down roller coaster’. The confidence provided by his mother in the video is also being praised in comment section. The small boy’s efforts to climb up the steps definitely instills a strong motivation among us.
That’s how the boss of Mahindra inspired his young followers on Twitter. Also, the media channels and web channels began to telecast it as a viral video.

Pay Issue: Hero Missed Chance To Romance Aish
Ageless beauty Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been signing interesting projects and her next project Fanney Khan kick started recently. The lead actor to romance Aish was not yet finalized despite of several attempts by the makers.
Tamil actor R Madhavan has been approached for the role and he demanded a remuneration of Rs 1.5 crores for just ten days which did not go well with the makers. The makers decided to search for an alternative for Madhavan for the role.
Madhavan was not in a mood to cut down his remuneration despite of Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s request who is producing the movie. The duo worked together for Rang De Basanti in the past. With nothing much to do the makers locked young actor Rajkumar Rao for the role.
Fanney Khan is said to be a musical comedy which is directed by Atul Manjrekar. Anil Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Mehwish Hayat, Rajkumar Rao and Divya Dutta will play the lead roles.
The Man Behind Chiru, Sachin, Nag, And Sindhu
Other day, Hyderabad based CallHealth Services, has raised 40 crores in a funding that saw cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar and Telugu badminton sensation PV Sindhu investing 12 crores and 4 crores respectively. This same company raised 57 crores through funding last year with the likes of Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna and Allu Arjun making a huge investment. Interesting thing is that all these celebs are turning investor with advice from one-man.
From a time, the likes of Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna and Allu Arvind are investing together in various projects like TV channels, entertainment companies and also sports clubs. The man who made them invest in all these ventures is none other than Nimmagadda Prasad.
And later, another key role is played by Chamundeswarinath who is a well-known person in Hyderabad elite circles for his association with Hyderabad cricket. He introduced sports people like Sachin to Nimmagadda, and they are in turn now investing in many ventures along with this businessman.

No More Waiting Period To Take Divorce
After a landmark verdict a fortnight ago on Triple Talak that bans the controversial Islamic divorce practice of ‘instant’ divorce, the Supreme Court of India in its fresh judgement stated that six-month ‘cooling period’ for granting mutual consent divorce (as per 1995 Hindu Marriage Act) can be waived off.
Going into details, the 1995 Hindu Marriage Act provides for a statutory cooling period of six months between the first motion and the last motion for seeking divorce by mutual consent to explore the possibility of settlement and cohabitation.
The Apex Court on Tuesday (Sep 12,2017) held that the minimum cooling period of 6 months for granting the decree of divorce under the Hindu law can be waived by a trial court if there was no possibility of cohabitation between an estranged couple.
“We are of the view that the period mentioned in section 13B (2) is not mandatory but directory; it will be open to the court to exercise its discretion in the facts and circumstances of each case where there is no possibility of parties resuming cohabitation and there are chances of alternative rehabilitation,” a bench comprising Justices A K Goel and U U Lalit said.
The court noted in its verdict that the object of the cooling off period was to safeguard against a “hurried decision” if there was otherwise a possibility of differences being reconciled.
“Though every effort has to be made to save a marriage, if there are no chances of reunion and there are chances of fresh rehabilitation, the court should not be powerless in enabling the parties to have a better option,” it said.
The bench was dealing with a plea filed by an estranged couple which had sought waiver of the six month period on the ground that they have been living separately for the past eight years and there was no possibility of their re-union.

Sudden Illness To Arjun Reddy Heroine. Hospitalised!
In a shocking development, Arjun Reddy heroine Shalini Pandey has been hospitalized on Wednesday. Shalini was in Nellore to launch a mobile store that is when she said to have fallen sick and allegedly fainted. She was immediately rushed to Bollineni Super Speciality hospital in Nellore where a team of doctors have treated her.
She was later discharged. The reasons for her illness have not been disclosed. The sudden illness of Shalini has come as a huge shocker to many including film fraternity. Meanwhile, Shalini has signed Savitri biopic Mahanati and is in talks for a couple of other films.
At this time, Shalini being hospitalized has come as a big shock. Let’s hope it is a minor health issue and she would bounce back.
‘Don’t bullshit people on ‘Dynasty’
Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi mentioning film actors while talking about dynasty politics during his speech at University of California, Berkeley on Tuesday, hasn’t gone well with Bollywood. The very outspoken senior actor Rishi Kapoor has blasted the Gandhi scion for his comments.
Earlier on Tuesday, responding to a question that there was a perception that the Congress was patronizing dynastic politics, Rahul Gandhi amused the audience saying Akhilesh Yadav, Stalin, Abhishek Bachchan, the children of Ambani etc. are all dynasts. “Its just the way India functions. The real question is if that person is a capable or not,” he added.
Reacting to the statement, in a series of tweets, Rishi Kapoor gave the example of his Kapoor family, and said that they had survived in film industry for 4 generations only by earning people’s respect and trust generation after generation and not because they are a dynastic clan.
“Don’t bullshit people on “Dynasty”. You have to earn people’s respect and love through hard work not zabardasti (force) and gundagardi (rowdyism),” he tweeted.
A person of Rahul Gandhi’s stature shouldn’t have used actors’ names in defending his existence only because of dynasty politics. He hasn’t achieved anything creditworthy so far but he still is being projected as the PM candidate of the oldest and the biggest political party of this nation. In films on the other hand, dynasts may get an easy debut but they don’t survive for long without individual talent.
Bigg Boss: Why Sunil to Focus On Hari Teja?
Actor Sunil is going to entertain in Bigg Boss Telugu. Sunil will be stepping into the Bigg Boss show as a guest and would soon be flying off to Pune for to participate in the show.

Say Hello To Two New Heroines
Akhil took a while to finalize his second project and Akkineni Nagarjuna feels that the film has been happening as per the plan.
Directed by Vikram Kumar, this romantic entertainer has been announced for Christmas release and it completed half of the shoot. The film will have a huge dose of action episodes which have been wrapped up.
It was after that the makers locked the female lead Kalyani Priyadarshan and she joined the sets last month. The latest update is that the film has a second female lead and she has been locked recently.
Vikram Kumar has been extremely impressed with the performance of Nivedhithaa Sathish in Magalir Mattum. The actress joined the sets recently and Akhil will be romancing two young hotties in his second film which has been titled Hello. Anup Rubens is composing the music and Hello is said to an emotional romantic entertainer.
Agri Gold Scam: Zee Man Comes To Rescue?
Zee TV and Subhash Chandra Foundation of Essel group is reportedly keen to buy out the scam-hit Agri Gold firm. As per reports, Zee has agreed to take over the reigns of the 175-odd units of Agri Gold. And the same was informed to the High Court by the Deloitte company on Monday.
Regarding the same, senior counsel Sri Raghuram, appearing for Deloitte filed an additional affidavit before division bench of justices V Ramasubramanian and SV Bhatt, that is dealing with a batch of petitions filed by the Telangana Agri Gold Customers and Agents Welfare Association and others for a CBI probe into the scam and return of the depositors’ monies.
What is the Agri Gold scam?
Agri Gold scam is a multi-crore inter-state scam involving over six thousand crore rupees and has affected over 40 Lakh families. At least 112 deaths – of victims – were registered as suicides, heart attacks and owing to depression in the multi-crore scam.
It all began in 1995. Agri Gold had just started its roots in Vijayawada as a Collective Investment Scheme (CIS), with its chairman Avva Venkata Rama Rao and a few others. In the next 20 years, the company attracted several lakh customers on the promise that their investment would come back to them with higher returns. It also hired several ‘agents’ to convince people to invest in its group of companies.
Agri Gold allegedly received money from people and invested largely in the real estate market, besides a few other areas as well, all the while promising their customers that their money would only increase.
In the year 2014, things started fading. In November 2014, the company’s office in Vijayawada witnessed a tense scene as several customers landed there, reportedly saying that the cheques were bouncing and interest was not being paid.
By January 2015, thousands had turned up, saying that they were not getting their money back. Some of them had invested several lakh, while some had even invested a few crore rupees in the company.
The Andhra Pradesh police that month, registered several cases of cheating, fraud and irregularities against Rao, and raided his properties.
It was then revealed that the company was carrying out its operations without permission from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Several thousand agents also said that they were cheated by the company.
Within a few days, due to the high-magnitude of the scam, the case was transferred to the CID.
Addressing the media a week later, Andhra Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu stated that the company had amassed 16,000 acres of land in seven states, from the 30 lakh people besides deposits of more than Rs 500 crore in commercial banks.
The state government (being ruled by TDP) soon stepped in and issued a GO, attaching the properties of the Agri Gold. Following this, it set up a committee to decide on disposing the tainted company’s assets, and assured the victims that they would get their money back.
Meanwhile, following a Public Interest Litigation (PIL), the Hyderabad High Court soon took notice of the case and ordered the CID to give it updates on the case.
In October 2015, the High Court directed the state to speed up the auction of the company’s properties. In February 2016, the CID officially arrested Chairman A Venkata Rama Rao, and Managing Director A Venkata Seshu Narayana Rao from Hyderabad. However, they were released on conditional bail later.
Political Side
The issue has been politicized by Opposition YSRCP in the AP Legislative Assembly that led to the war of words between ruling TDP and Opposition YSRCP. But the issue has not earned any solution so far and thus no relief to the lakhs of its victims till date.
Dil Raju’s Gambling With NTR, Pawan, Mahesh
Dil Raju is undoubtedly the most happening producer-distributor in the Telugu film industry right now. This statement is well true, but it doesn’t mean that he didn’t have his share of setbacks. Raju has scored big hits and amassed huge profits with small films but when it comes to biggies, his luck has been pretty mixed. Is he playing another risky game with the biggies now?
Starting from the beginning of this year, it has been only smiles for him on professional front. His small and medium budget productions – Shatamanam Bhavathi, Nenu Local and Fidaa have become blockbusters, and he reportedly earned decent profits with biggie DJ too. Trade analysts say that he has earned around 50-60 Cr profit so far this year. Now, he has reportedly put all that money at stake on the upcoming biggies.
Dil Raju is releasing SPYder and PK25 in Nizam, and Jai Lava Kusa in Nizam and Uttarandhra. For the Nizam rights of SPYder, he reportedly signed a whopping Rs 25 Cr deal on ‘advance basis’. Hence, he won’t have to worry if the film fails, but he may not get any profit even if the film succeeds as the deal amount is too huge.
For Jai Lava Kusa, Dil Raju coughed huge amounts to grab the rights. For Uttarandhra region, no distributor was willing to pay the approx. 8 Cr amount that the producer was quoting. Dil Raju then stepped in and snapped the rights for the quoted price. NTR’s highest earner in Nizam area is ‘Janatha Garage’ which collected around 17 Cr share. Dil Raju however reportedly paid 20 Cr approx. for the rights as the producer was adamant on slashing the price.
And, he reportedly acquired the Nizam rights of PK25 for a staggering 30 Cr approx. The craze of Pawan Kalyan in this territory, Trivikram’s brand value and the genre, Family Entertainer may have given him the confidence to bet such huge sum. But, what if the film bombs like Trivikram’s Khaleja or Pawan’s Sardaar?
Looking at the amounts Dil Raju has splurged for the rights of these upcoming biggies, which are releasing during festival holidays but amidst huge competition (SPYder vs JLK vs Mahanubhavudu for Dasara and PK25 vs 1 or 2 other biggies for Sankranthi 2018), trade analysts say that he may earn either peanuts as profits or lose large part of his investments.
