Vijay’s recent comments on thigh-slapping have been quoted out of context and pointed as his attack on Balakrishna by some. Responding to it, Vijay made it clear, “Balakrishna is a great actor. He has more than thigh-slapping. He dances, he performs, he mouths dialogues. I’ve a great respect for him.”
Vijay added that thigh-slapping cannot be attributed to any particular actor any kinda films, but it has been there in Telugu films from the time immemorial and said mostly seen in Rayalaseema films. Vijay gave the above clarification in a TV interview and he gave it in his own way.
In fact, Vijay taken on the TV channel and its anchor very smartly. Support poured in on for Vijay online for his plain attitude where as the channel and its anchor are trolled.

Now that the concept poster of PK 25 is out, all eyes of fans, media are on the film’s title. Many have expected that the film’s title would be announced on Pawan’s birthday. However, the makers have remained tight lipped and they are still maintaining the same.
This led to wide range of speculations. Several media firms already started circulating Agnatavasi as the film’s title and proclaiming as ‘exclusive’.
When contacted highly-reliable sources, they have quashed them as rumours. The discussion on film’s title is apparently no where in the scene. At the moment, the makers are focusing entirely on shaping up the film well.
It is learnt that, 10 to 15 titles are in consideration for PSPK 25 and nothing is finalised so far. The film’s concept poster has struck a chord with the fans and got huge applause from critics, fans alike.
So, chill guys, Agnatavasi is not finalized as PSPK 25 title!
Indian Student Killed in US by American Student
In a shocking incident, an Indian student was killed in the United States by an American student. 22-year-old Gagandeep Singh, a final year student of software engineering, works as a taxi driver. Gagan was killed in his taxi by a 19-yr-old Jacob Coleman, whom he picked up from Spokane International Airport.
Jacob later surrendered to police and claimed that he was ‘upset’over not getting admission into Gonzaga University but was denied entry. Coleman claimed that he had flew from Seattle to Spokane to study at Gonzaga University and was upset that he was denied admission. He admitted killing Gagandeep Singh with a knife he purchased on the way during the drive.
The police, however, found no record of his application at the university. Coleman was charged with first-degree murder.
Gagandeep Singh hailed from Preet Nagar in Jalandhar. He settle in Spokane, 100 km from Bonner County, in Washington state in 2003 with his family. Gagandeep was also nephew of Jalandhar-based Congress leader Manmohan Singh Raju. Manmohan has condemned Gagandeep’s killing and stated that it is motivated by ‘racial hatred’.

On the occasion of Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s birthday today, a different debate got sparked off on social media in connection with Pawan Kalyan’s age. With Wikipedia mentioning that Pawan was born on 1967 at one place and 1971 in another paragraph, fans are also wondering what is his true age.

Balakrishna and Puri Jagannadh’s Paisa Vasool has got a good start at the Box Office. Call it the effect of Gautamiputra Satakarni or the good promos of Paisa Vasool with clap-worthy dialogues, the film raked in good Vasool at the ticket windows. The movie is estimated to have earned 14 crore gross, close to 9 crore shar worldwide in its opening day. This is the second highest opening for Balayya after Gautami Putra Satakarni.
Despite mixed reviews, the second day too opened on bright note. Noon shows have been packed, thanks to Bakrid holiday. Producers and distributors are hoping on Balayya’s mass following and Puri’s trademark style to bail out the film. Let’s wait and see, what is in store for the film.
Pawan Away From Secret B’Day Celebrations
Pawan Kalyan has a habit of not celebrating his birthday. For every September 2nd, the actor makes sure that he is not present in Hyderabad and he goes to a secret place – mostly abroad- where no one knows. He leaves everything, everyone here and goes somewhere in order to avoid birthday greetings, celebrations, obligatory birthday pictures etc. In fact, even his own family members and his very close friends (such as Sharrath Marar) don’t have any information about his whereabouts during his birthday week. This he has been practicing from several years.

Under Kavitha’s Pressure, KCR Suddenly Goes To Delhi
Under pressure from daughter and Nizamabad MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha, Telangana Chief Minister KCR has rushed to New Delhi to lobby for Cabinet berth in Modi’s team for his daughter. KCR is reportedly holding talks with the top brass of BJP and is trying his best to woo BJP’s national president Amit Shah.
KCR reportedly expressed his wish to join NDA and is expecting cabinet berth for Kavitha amidst Modi’s cabinet reshuffle. Since Kavitha is young and a woman, KCR and TRS believe, chances are high for Kavitha if Amith Shah & Modi give nod for TRS to join NDA.
However, KCR’s disrespectful comments on Modi during 2014 polls and later may go against him. Apparently, speculations have it that KCR is not in good books of Modi.
At the same time, BJP and NDA is in a comfortable position right now. BJP itself has a complete majority to rule the government. On other hand, there is immense pressure on BJP from NDA parties such as TDP for more cabinet berths. Amidst this, KCR’s dream of making Kavitha as Union Minister looks difficult. But KCR is leaving no leaf unturned to make Kavitha as Minister.
It needs to be seen whether KCR could win Amit Shah & Modi.
Kakinada – Nandyal: Kapus Behind TDP’s Win
TDP’s victory in both Nandyal and Kakinada has more than what it seem to be. This is a clear mandate for the ruling party in many ways. Of all of them, what is striking is Kapus support to TDP. Kapus, who played crucial role in the polls, have backed TDP unanimously. It is evident with Kakinada Municipal results where Kapus are the dominant players in the region. And they have voted for TDP despite Mudragada’s Kapu agitation.
Almost on a daily basis, Kapu crusader Mudragada slung mud on TDP and CM Chandrababu Naidu over ‘Kapu reservations’. Yet it has least impact on Kapu voters.
In fact, many local TDP leaders had feared that the Kapu sentiment would effect their prospects. But clearing the air, Kapus sailed with TDP. Even in Nandyal, the population of Kapu’s (balija) voters can’t be ruled out. It is estimated that over 40,000 voters belong to the community. And most of them have voted for TDP.
TDP’s senior leaders opine that Naidu’s 1000 Crore yearly allocation to Kapu community and appointment of a new committee for the community seems to have worked in TDP’s favour. Political analysts are looking it other way. They feel that Kapu voters have instilled great confidence on Naidu’s leadership and hope that he would resolve the issue of reservations amicably.
On other hand, Naidu’s significant step to provide scholarships to poor students among OCs for higher-studies have left an indelible mark on youth voters as well as their parents. All these seem to have brought victory for TDP in Nandyal, Kakinada. Of course, people are vexed with Jagan’s hatred politics.
Pawan Kalyan waiting for new Family Member!
Powerstar Pawan Kalyan is quite occupied with his film shoots and political engagements. The actor is celebrating his 45th birthday today and the actor is currently waiting for the arrival of new family member eagerly.
His wife Anna Lezhnava is said to be the eighth month pregnant and the duo is expecting their baby this October, says a report. Pawan Kalyan who is currently busy with the shoot of Trivikram’s film will fly abroad for the next schedule. He will wrap up the shoot at the earliest and is in plans to spend time with his wife Anna Lezhnava to welcome their new baby. The expected due is in October and the couple already has a girl named Polena.
After Pawan parted ways with Renu Desai, he fell in love with Anna Lezhnava during the shoot of Teen Maar. Anna Lezhnava has been making her presence during the family events of Mega family. From his previous marriage, Pawan has two kids Akira and Aadya.
Heroine Threatens To File Case on Her Dad
Arjun Reddy continues to dominate headlines and has been staying in news for its controversies. A la in the film where she fought with her ‘reel’ parents for her love, the film’s lead lady Shalini Pandey had fought with her ‘real’ parents for her career, passion – films.
According to Shalini, her father had objected when she expressed her interest to join films and strongly protested. Shalini had decided to take on her own parents to follow her heart. In fact, she had then threatened to file case against her father after which her parents stopped talking to her. With the help of her friends, Shalini managed to got a break through Arjun Reddy and needless to say that there is no looking back now.
