In terms of casting, Prabhas’ ‘Saaho’ is likely to give a rough competition to Megastar Chiranjeevi’s ‘Sye Raa’ as more and more pan-India actors are being included in the film.

As per latest reports, actress Mandira Bedi is the latest to join the team of Saaho. Over a career spanning more than two decades, Mandira has donned several hats namely actress, fashion designer, model, television presenter etc. The 45-year-old actress occasionally makes it to headlines these days thanks to the hawt and vibrant private pics she shares on Instagram.

Mandira will reportedly be playing a negative character in Saaho. Her character name is Kalki, and she will be performing some daredevil stunts in the action adventure. She will share screen space with the likes of Jackie Shroff, Chunky Pandey, Mahesh Manjrekar and Tinnu Anand. Neil Nithin Mukesh is playing the lead antagonist. Young Tamil actor Arun Vijay is also on board.

Shraddha Kapoor is playing the female lead in the film that is being produced on 150 Cr budget. The film will be shot across exotic locales in Romania, Abu Dhabi, Mumbai and Hyderabad. International stunt choreographers have been roped in to compose the adrenaline pumping action sequences.

Saaho will release in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi in 2018.

The audio release function, which was supposed to happen on 3rd September, has been replaced with a pre-release event on 10th September where theatrical trailer will be launched. On 3rd September, the audio tunes composed by Devi Sri Prasad will be directly released into the market.

The decision to cancel the audio event was taken in the interest of fans’ safety. In one of the tweets, they said ‘A grand audio launch was planned. Due to heavy rains & ganesh nimajjanam, we are avoiding audio event in the interest of public safety.’

The film that is being produced by Kalyan Ram and directed by Bobby is expected to release on 21st September.

Taking many by surprise, Television anchor and actress Udaya Bhanu has met Telangana Chief Minister KCR at his official residence, Pragathi Bhavan. Accompanying Udaya Bhanu was her husband Vijay. What surprised everyone is the short notice at which she got an appointment to meet the CM.

Apparently, Udaya Bhanu has requested CM to attend the first birthday ceremony of her twin daughters Bhumi Aradhya and Yuvi Aradhya that is going to be held in a grand way at Park Hyatt on September 3. KCR said to have responded positively and conveyed his blessings, best wishes to her kids.

Also, Udaya Bhanu reportedly expressed her willingness to campaign for the government’s developmental and welfare programmes through TV and documentaries. KCR apparently welcomed her initiation towards serving the society.

Bringing his heroines and director to the 2-hour show will bring more hype for the film for sure. Later when Jr NTR himself speaks about the movie for at least one week on the show, it will also give a roaring promotional edge. As the budgets of the film are said to have touched around 80 crores, there is a need for fantastic promotions that could easily bail out distributors to shores of profit. For that reason, even some big distributors involved with the movie’s release are said to be requesting Jr NTR to use Big Boss platform effectively. We have to see what he will do.
