The wait is over. Here is the first look of NTR as Big Boss host for its regional show on Star Maa. Dressed in a black suit with a white shirt neatly tied, NTR looked dashing and dapper.
None other than NTR himself revealed the look by taking it to Twitter. Posting the picture, he wrote, “I can see you #BiggBossTelugu.”
Of late, NTR is doing quite well in films. His last films Janatha Garage, Nannaku Prematho have been rated well by critics and even audiences received them well. At this juncture, his foray into small screen has received mixed reaction and several apprehensions were raised. Since Chiru too failed on TV, many called it as a daring choice by Tarak.
However, his look from the show has quashed all those apprehensions. With this pic, NTR has certainly raised the curiosity levels and the show has now turned into anticipating.

The album composed by Anup Rubens for Balakrishna Nandamuri’s upcoming film ‘Paisa Vasool’ will have a treat for Nandamuri fans.
Balayya himself revealed that ‘Kanti Choopu Chebuthund,Konte Navvu Chebuthundi’ song from his father Sr NTR’s “Jeevitha Chakram” (1971) had been remixed in ‘Paisa Vasool’. The original song was composed by noted Bollywood music director duo, Shankar Jaikishan.
Anup Rubens has already completed the remix of this classic hit song. To be filmed on Balayya and film’s leading lady Shriya Saran, the song is expected to be one of the highlights of the film.
Nandamuri fans were hugely worried regarding the film’s music as Anup Rubens has yet to prove his mettle in composing for mass movies. With the incorporation of this hit remix song, their concern may diminish to some extent.
Paisa Vasool is slated to hit screens on September 29.

While the Telugu film industry and literary fraternity is still to come out of the grief of the demise of legendary poet and writer Dr. C Narayana Reddy, here is a little information on possibly his last song.
Rana Daggubati took to twitter to share with the world that he had penned a song titled ‘Nelavanka Thongi Choosindi’ for his upcoming film, ‘Nene Raju Nene Mantri’. The team of NRNM has paid rich tributes to the legend who passed away within a month of penning a song for their film.
Meanwhile, an emotional Kajal Aggarwal revealed that she had completed her part for NRNM. “The end of an extremely memorable journey which will always be cherished.. The final wrap schedule of #RadhaJogendra #NeneRajuNeneMantri #NRNM,” she shared on her social media page.

If Rajnikanth is Superstar, then we have Simbu calling himself as Little Superstar. One wonders what made Simbu call himself that way but he always tried to mimic Rajni in many ways and succeeded to an extent. But after the advent of many other stars who happen to be hardcore fans of Superstar, Simbu’s hawa got reduced to a considerable position.
Cut to the point, we have Powerstar here in Telugu and one hero is trying hard to become Little Powerstar. Look at the recent posters of “LIE” movie where Nitin is looking like a Pawan Kalan from his Tammudu movie as he flaunts his lungi look. That mass look of Pawan from Tammudu where he fancies with heroine Aditi in a foreign locale and dressed like a mass Telugu guy, is now imitated by Nitin for LIE movie.
That brings us to the discussion if Nitin is trying hard to become Little Powerstar of Telugu states. Or else, his love for Pawan Kalyan too is getting more and more with each film we have to say. Anyway, Nitin needs to score a big hit with LIE provided that he hasn’t had a stunning commercial hit after Ishq, while A.Aa credit is taken by Trivikram for sure.
On the other hand, we have LIE posters creating huge interest among youths as director Hanu Raghavapudi is known for churning out beautiful love stories.

If grapevine in film circuits is to be believed, Gopichand and Nayanthara’s Aradugula Bullet needs around Rs 6 Crore to see the light of the day. Apparently, the Chennai-based financiers who initially funded the film, is expecting Rs 6 Crore (including interests) to settle the issue and thus give clearance to the film’s release.
As the film’s producers have already invested a lot than the regular and budget has shot up beyond the hero’s market, the makers have given up and wanted to just release it. Although producers requested the financiers to release the film and take the share in its collections, the financiers are not willing to do so, since they too have little hope of recovering their monies and hence demanding the total amount in advance for the film to be released.
Producers are now in no mood to put in another Rs 6 Crore and this is where the film is said to have stuck. Many in film circles are not hopeful that the issue would be resolved soon.
Already, hero Gopi and heroine Nayanthara have cooperated a lot by cutting down their fee. Yet nothing seems to be working. Looks like, the producers may finally settle with selling Satellite, digital rights if not a theatrical release. Even this would be a highly loss venture. So, producers are now weighing various options to get this issue resolved.
Even the big names behind the project couldn’t do much but hoping to see it solved.

Former Minister and one of the senior leaders in Kurnool district Shilpa Mohan Reddy has ditched Chandrababu Naidu to join YSR Congress. Despite several attempts by Chandrababu and other leaders, Shilpa has announced his resignation to party. He said the decision was taken after consultation with his followers in the constituency who Shilpa said majority have voted for YSR Congress. In a meeting with his followers and associates, Shilpa stated that Chandrababu and TDP have not recognised his services to the party despite being in the ruling for three long years.
Announcing his joining in YSR Congress in the presence of Jagan Mohan Reddy on June 14th at around 10 AM, Shilpa said that TDP would see a deafening defeat in the upcoming Nandyala by-election that was facilitated after the demise of its sitting MLA Bhuma Nagi Reddy who won on YSRCP and later joined TDP. Shilpa further stated that the Nandyala victory of YSRCP will be an indication for the party’s victory in the next general elections. In nut shell, Shilpa said that TDP would lose badly in AP in the next elections.
As Naidu and his team decided to give ticket to Bhuma’s family, Shilpa who had contested on TDP ticket in 2014 is now moving into YSRCP under special circumstances.
The rivalry between Shilpa brothers and Bhuma family is quite well-known in the region. Even though Bhuma’s arrival into the party wasn’t liked by them, they had stayed mum upon Naidu’s orders. While Naidu appears to have taken clear stand in favour of Bhuma family, Shilpa brothers have been expressing their dissent and finally as expected, Shilpa Mohan Reddy is all set to join Jagan’s army. However, the twist in tale is Shilpa Chakrapani, brother of Shilpa Mohan Reddy, may continue in the TDP.
Now, the upcoming Nandyala by-election between TDP and YSRCP turned more interesting.

His son is now going through a lean phase. His film has been delayed for long. Yet nothing has deterred his father to throw a lavish party to the whole unit of the film.
While inside buzz is that the film’s content is good, but the film is affected by ego clashes between hero, director and other crucial unit people. Initially started as creative differences, these said to have led to personal rivalry.
The father-producer said to have given party in order to make them unite, but it needs to be seen how far this party would help. The hero is non-controversial and committed person, but he is also said to be upset with the director.
One is wondering whether producer-father would able to make this film a successful and bail out his son as well as himself. The once-so-famous producer is in dire need of success as well as money as he had lost a chunk of money earlier.

Microsoft on Sunday unveiled Xbox One X, billing it as the most powerful video console ever made, and escalating a battle with market king PlayStation.
The $499 product was built with the muscle for seamless play on ultra-high definition 4K televisions and will be available worldwide on November 7, according to Xbox team leader Phil Spencer.
He introduced the much anticipated Xbox One X, called Scorpio during development, at a Microsoft event ahead of the official opening of the major Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles.
Aiming at the hearts of gamers, Microsoft also showed off 42 coming games, with 22 titles being tailored for exclusive play on Xbox One consoles.
Independent publishers tend to make blockbuster titles available for play on Xbox, PlayStation and personal computer hardware in an effort to sell creations to as broad an audience as possible.
Keenly-anticipated new games shown off here include a new installment of “Assassin’s Creed” from France-based Ubisoft, intended to reboot the long-running franchise by taking players back to the “origins” of the storyline in ancient Egypt.
Game play on 4K screens, whether they be televisions or personal computer monitors, is expected to be among themes at E3 this week. Enabling ultra-rich visuals also tunes into the budding trend toward virtual reality games.
Switch supplies tight
Sony PlayStation 4 has dominated the latest generation of consoles, outselling Xbox One by 2-to-1, according to industry trackers.
PS4 consoles from the outset could power virtual reality, and Sony sells head gear for those experiences.
PlayStation has also become the prime driver of revenue and profit at Japan-based entertainment giant Sony, according to executives.
“We are selling every single one we can make,” Sony Interactive Entertainment worldwide studios chairman Shawn Layden said of PS4.
Nintendo’s recently-launched Switch has been a winner, with fans snapping up the console and a “Legend of Zelda” game that has become a must-play title for fans.
Demand for Switch consoles has been so intense since its launch early this year that the consoles are tough to find in stores and Nintendo has reportedly doubled production.
Switch launched at the start of March and some 2.74 million were sold by the end of that month, according to Nintendo.
Hot Switch sales also boosted shares of the Japanese company, which ran into a tough patch after it failed to build on the popularity of the first generation of Wii consoles.
PS4 and Xbox One are both performing better in the market that their respective predecessors, and Nintendo “is back in a big way” with Switch, according to NPD analyst Mat Piscatella.
Sony has sold close to 60 million PS4 consoles and will reveal its latest innovations and offerings at a press event on Monday, according to executives.
“We are in the 4K world already,” Layden told AFP. “That is what the future of gaming is going to look like.”
Old games made new
Microsoft is also courting players by working to make more popular games from earlier Xbox console versions playable on its latest hardware.
Microsoft also just launched a subscription service for Xbox, letting players pay a monthly fee for access to a videogames library for its console.
Sony makes a library of videogames available as part of a subscription service for PlayStation consoles.
The maiden meeting between U.S. President Donald Trump and Prime Minister Narendra Modi would “set forth a vision” to expand the U.S.-India partnership in an ambitious way, the White House has said.
The leaders of the world’s two largest countries, home to 1.6 billion people, will meet on June 26 to discuss a gamut of bilateral issues including terrorism and India’s concerns over possible changes in H-1B visa rules.
“I think you can expect the two of them to set forth a vision that will expand the U.S.-India partnership in an ambitious and worthy way of both countries’ people,” White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer told reporters at his daily news conference.
Mr. Spicer said the two leaders were expected to set forth a “common vision” on expanding the U.S.-India partnership. He cited fighting terrorism, promoting economic growth and reforms and expanding security cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region as shared priorities.
“President Trump and Prime Minister Modi will look to outline a common vision for the United States-India partnership that is worthy of their 1.6 billion citizens,” Mr. Spicer said.
Mr. Trump invited Mr. Modi to Washington after the Indian leader rang him in January to congratulate the new President on his inauguration.
“The President and the Prime Minister have had a number of positive phone conversations, and expect to further that discussion … whether it’s economic growth and reforms, fighting terrorism, expanding our cooperation as major defence partners,” Mr. Spicer said in response to a question.
Senior members of British Prime Minister Theresa May’s government rallied to her defence on Monday amid doubts over her ability to remain in power following a disastrous election result.
As the Conservative Party digested the loss of its majority in last week’s election, government officials suggested both the announcement of the Prime Minister’s agenda, known as the Queen’s Speech, and talks over Britain’s divorce from the European Union could be postponed.
Sky News reported the speech would be delayed a few days a highly unusual circumstance in a country where the monarch’s schedule is determined months in advance.
The possible delays come as critics urge cross-party discussions to reach a consensus on Britain’s exit from the EU. Ms. May’s failure to get a majority has undercut her tough Brexit strategy, which had raised fears that Britain was heading for a so-called “hard Brexit”, which could potentially see tariffs slapped on British exports to the bloc.
Expected to stay on
Ms. May moved to demonstrate that she understands the frustration of voters by moving up a meeting with the powerful 1922 Committee of the party’s backbench MPs, some of whom have called for her to step aside sooner rather than later. The meeting will now be held Monday afternoon instead of Tuesday. While some members of her party have said she will have to eventually go, Ms. May is expected to stay on as Prime Minister at least for the coming weeks.
“I don’t detect any great appetite amongst my colleagues for presenting the public with a massive additional dose of uncertainty by getting involved in a self-indulgent Conservative Party internal election campaign,” Graham Brady, the 1922 committee chairman, told BBC.
The Prime Minister’s most prominent potential rival, Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson, sought to quash any suggestion that she would be ousted imminently. Writing in the Sun newspaper, Mr. Johnson stressed that the Conservatives won more votes than at any time since Margaret Thatcher and are still the largest party in Parliament. “The people of Britain have had a bellyful of promises and politicking,” he wrote. “Now is the time for delivery and Theresa May is the right person to continue that vital work.”
Gove is back
Ms. May has restored former Justice Secretary Michael Gove to the Cabinet in another move designed to show she was willing to listen to critics. Mr. Gove, a long-time opponent who was dismissed when Ms. May became prime minister last year, will now serve as Environment Secretary.
Conservative leaders on Monday sought to shift the debate towards the complex Brexit talks, which are formally set to begin next week. David Davis, the Cabinet member in charge of Brexit, said talks with the EU will begin next week.
Mr. Davis suggested the government would focus on the divorce proceedings before moving on to trade. The divorce issues include the rights of EU citizens in Britain as well as U.K. citizens in the EU, how much Britain will have to pay to cover previous spending commitments and the border between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Russian opposition politician Alexei Navalny was detained in Moscow on Monday as he headed to a protest in Moscow, as thousands of his supporters rallied across the country.
The demonstration is the second mass action since March 26 called by Mr. Navalny, who has announced his intention to run for President next year and has drawn a new generation to the streets through a relentless online campaign.
“Alexei has been detained in the stairwell,” his wife Yulia wrote on his Twitter account about 40 minutes before the anti-corruption rally called by the Kremlin critic was set to start in the city centre.
She posted a photo of him getting into a police car in the street outside their home.
Mr. Navalny supporters were demonstrating across Russia, with several arrested as police warned organisers against holding an unauthorised rally in Moscow.
The 41-year-old’s anti-corruption videos have needled the country’s most powerful and drawn to the streets crowds unseen since a wave of protests against President Vladimir Putin’s re-election to a third term in 2012.
Local media said roughly 3,000 people protested in the Siberian city of Novosibirsk. Smaller rallies also gathered in Krasnoyarsk, Kazan, Tomsk, Vladivostok and many other cities.
Mr. Navalny’s team have been broadcasting about the various actions from a studio set up in Moscow, but it went off air just as Mr. Navalny was being picked up by police.
“They turned off the electricity in the studio,” said presenter Leonid Volkov in complete darkness shortly before the channel went off air, to come back online after a few minutes.
Russian website OVD Info, which operates a hotline and tracks detentions at protest events, said 27 people were detained in other cities before the Moscow protest was set to begin at 2 p.m. (1100GMT).
The wave of protests called by Mr. Navalny coincides with public holiday, Russia day, with Mr. Putin handing out awards and holding a reception in the Kremlin.
On the eve of the event, which authorities had authorised in central Moscow, Mr. Navalny announced the protest was changing location after authorities blocked his efforts set up a stage and sound equipment.
Authorities “are forbidding any contractors from getting us a stage and sound,” he wrote on his blog on Sunday.
“We are cancelling the rally on Sakharov Avenue and moving it to Tverskaya Street,” a main thoroughfare to the Kremlin, he said.
Moscow City Hall labelled the decision a “provocation” while the police warned that a different event was being held at Tverskaya and that the protest would clash with festivities.
“Any provocative actions by the protesters will be viewed as threat to public order and immediately thwarted,” the police said.
To mark Russia Day, the City Hall closed off Tverskaya Street to road traffic and set up a chain of events like re-enactment of various eras in Russian history, from World War I trenches to a Rennaissance fair and sword-fighting.
In surreal scenes, dozens of civilian buses filled by policemen were parked nearby ahead of the unsanctioned rally while ordinary people gawked at actors in period costumes.
The mood was tense as some groups of protesters vowed to go to the authorised location and worried doing otherwise could get them arrested.
Some protesters however heeded his call to change locations. “We support Navalny,” said 16-year-old Yegor with a poster saying “Corruption steals the future.”
“We want the turnover of power, like in ordinary countries,” he said.
The protest on March 26 was the biggest anti-Kremlin event in years and saw hundreds of people detained in the capital, including Mr. Navalny himself who subsequently spent 15 days in jail.
Mr. Navalny called the anti-corruption protests after releasing a film alleging that Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev controls a vast fortune through a network of foundations.
The video has been viewed on YouTube over 22 million times.

Despite her questionable acting skills, if model-turned-actress Nargis Fakhri is still being offered work, it is primarily because she is a gun loaded with sexiness all over and from within.
The hot lady, who has been missing from action for quite some time, has made a comeback to social media and how!! She has shared this simple-looking black & white image in which she is oozing hotness despite not revealing much. The photo features Fakhri in plain denims and a top but the sensual cleavage show, sexy belly button, those alluring eyes and her shapely figure is enough to raise temperatures.
On work front, Nargis, who made her silver screen debut with Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Rockstar’, will be next seen in the crossover film “5 Weddings”.

In a major embarrassment, a porn video was played at a meeting conducted by BSF (Border Security Force) at its 77th battalion headquarters in Ferozpur in Punjab.
The BSF officials conducted the meeting to discuss matters related to security and personnel. In the presentation, an official switched on the projector and played porn video through his lap tap. All the officials including a dozen women officials were in for a rude shock once the clipping started playing for nearly 50 seconds. The alerted official immediately shut the play when the others red faced.
Angered top BSF officials immediately ordered probe into the incident. While the officials maintained that the video was played accidentally. However, the real facts would come out in the enquiry report.

Reports have emerged recently that Kajal Aggarwal has been approached for the remake of hit Bollywood film ‘Queen’ after Tamannah was sidelined for quoting exorbitant remuneration. Now, it is heard that Anushka aka Devasena of Baahubali could have become the Queen since she was approached for this remake before Tamannah’s name cropped up makers’ mind.
Anushka reportedly turned down the remake of ‘Queen’ citing that she wouldn’t want to indulge in unnecessary comparisons with Kangana Ranaut, who played the lead role in Hindi version. Only after Anushka had turned down the remake, makers started looking for alternatives, and Tamanna, the Avanthika of Baahubali franchise was approached.
On the other hand, Anushka will be next seen in ‘Bhagmathi’ and Prabhas’ ‘Saaho’. After playing performance oriented, heroine-centric and larger than life characters in a series of promising films, Anushka is speculated to be back to her sexy avatar in ‘Saaho’.
Fans have been dying to see Anushka in a sexy character on par with the one she had essayed in ‘Billa’, and their dream may come true with Saaho.

Tollywood box office flourished this summer thanks to ‘Baahubali 2’, which itself raked in Rs 200 crore share in the Telugu states. However, if calculate the number of hits, only 2 films (except Baahubali 2) managed to satisfy both the producer and distributors.
2017 summer started with a flop, Pawan Kalyan’s Katamarayudu. No other biggie released this summer in order to maintain safe distance from Baahubali 2. Hence, we have seen a slew of small and medium budget films hitting screens. Unfortunately, most of them failed to score brownies at box office.
Before the release of Baahubali 2, Venkatesh’s ‘Guru’ managed to make everyone happy primarily because of the tight budget the film was made on. After ‘Baahubali 2’, we have seen two average films – Sharwanand’s ‘Radha’ and Nikhil’s ‘Keshava’. Both these films took a flying start at box office but couldn’t turn profit for distributors. The second hit of this summer came in the form of ‘Ra Randoi Veduka Chooddam’ starring Naga Chaitanya and Rakul Preet Singh.
With both Ra Randoi and Baahubali 2 slowing down at box office, exhibitors have pinned high hopes on the upcoming biggie, Allu Arjun’s DJ. They expect the stylish action entertainer to set box office on fire and start the monsoon season with a bang.
