Senior Tamil hero Sharatkumar, who is making his comeback to Telugu cinema with Sairam Shankar’s ‘Nenorakam’, revealed that Megastar Chiranjeevi refused to give him a chance in Khaidi No.150.

Before making big in Tamil cinema, Sharatkumar started his career with a Telugu film in 1986. He played villain roles and supporting characters in many direct Telugu films including playing the elder brother of Chiru in ‘Gang Leader’.

‘Due to my good acquaintance with Chiranjeevi, I asked him to give me a role, even if it is small in his 150th film. He however rejected my proposal saying that my image is too big to play small roles. In fact, when I was dong villain roles at the start of my career, he was the very first one to tell me that I would become a star hero,’ divulged Sharatkumar.

He was last seen in a direct Telugu film in Allu Arjun’s ‘Bunny’. His new Telugu film ‘Nenorakam’ starring Sairam Shankar will hit screens on March 17.

During the ‘Baahubali 2’ press meet on Thursday, ace director Rajamouli has revealed several interesting details. He also responded on filming four different climaxes for his epic film.

‘We had to move heaven and earth to film just one climax,’ said Rajamouli when asked about the rumors about filming four climaxes for Baahubali 2.

Responding to the modifications that have been done to meet the expectations after the gigantic success of the first part, Rajamouli said, ‘Baahubali story for both parts was penned very long back and we didn’t make any changes. We however took extra care in conceiving the action scenes keeping in mind the expectations of audiences’.

He added that the first part only introduced the characters and the real drama, the emotional side of the story will unfold in the second part. Rajamouli reiterated that the intense action sequences between Prabhas and Rana in second part will be remembered in the history for a long time.

The ‘Eega’ filmmaker also said that he was not bothered about people guessing the story and also the answer to ‘Why Kattappa Killed Baahubali’ after watching the trailer. ‘Audiences will anyway find out the story after 20 minutes into Baahubali 2. My team concentrated mainly on how well we can narrate the story keeping the audiences engaged in ‘Mahishmathi’ world,’ Rajamouli concluded.

Out of the blue, speculations have started making rounds saying that Trivikram will once again cast Samantha in his new project. It may be noted that Sam was the leading lady of Trivikram’s last three films – Attarintiki Daredi, S/o Satyamurthy and A..Aa.

Rumor is that Trivkram will direct soon-to-be couple Naga Chaitanya and Samantha in a new romantic entertainer to be produced by Akkineni Nagarjuna under Annapurna Productions. It is also said that the project will be launched on the eve of Dasara festival this year and that the regular shoot will commence immediately.

Well, some time ago, an official conformation has come from Haarika & Hassine creations that the combo project of Trivikram and NTR jr was materialized. PR of NTR has also confirmed that Trivi and NTR would join hands after finishing their scheduled projects with Pawan and Bobby respectively.

So, even if Trivikram agrees to direct Chaitu and Sam, the project will materialize only after the star director is done with NTR’s film. As of now, there is no firm clarity when Trivikram’s film with Pawan would finish and when he would start NTR’s film. Hence, a film with Chaitu-Sam is too early to talk about.

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s car has accidentally run over photo journalist’s feet when the actor attended Alia Bhatt’s birthday bash last night. When a group of photographers went gaga to click SRK entering Alia’s birthday party and jumped in front of his car to capture SRK, the actor’s car unfortunately ran over a photographer. SRK immediately got him rushed to Nanavati hospital in his own car and sent his personal bodyguard. SRK apparently bore the total medical expenses and got him treated by his personal doctor in the hospital.

According to eye-witnesses, the injured photographer is a new guy and he extremely got excited seeing SRK. He tried his level best to capture Shah Rukh but didn’t realise that he would hurt himself as SRK’s car was moving in full speed.

SRK acted with Alia in Dear Zindagi. And he made sure he attended at her b’day bash. During this the unexpected incident took place. Yet SRK made sure it all went smooth. SRK was extremely polite and asked the fellow photographers not be scared as he will take care of the entire incident.

This once again shown that Baadshah has his heart in right place.

After a long wait – nearly two years after Baahubali : The Beginning was released (July 10, 2015), the makers have unveiled the trailer of the second part – Baahubali: The Conclusion.

What is it About?

It starts with Amarendra Baahubali (Prabhas) taking oath as the saviour of the people of Mahishmati and vows to guard people’s wealth, health, self-respect and says he is ready to even sacrifice his life in this duty. Amarendra Baahubali swears in the name of Queen Sivagami (Ramya Krishna) and places his hand on her feet. This sets the emotion, mood of Baahubali: The Conclusion.

Sivagami describes Baahubali : The Conclusioin in single word – Antharyuddham (Internal War or War Within). This is what Baahubali : The Conclusion is all about. (a sibling rivalry).

Analysis

The two-minute twenty four-second trailer is visually mind-blowing, emotionally tugging at heartstrings and  gives goosebumps. The action episodes are going to be bigger than the first part. Especially, the face-offs between Prabhas and Rana Daggubati are among the most-demanded and watch out for in the film.

Anushka Shetty looks easy on eyes as well as Veera Vanitha. When it’s needed, she single-handedly takes on rivals with sword. Love scenes between Devasena (Anushka) and Amarendra Baahubali (Prabhas) are eye-candy. Anushka looks glamourous. The second part of the epic tracks their love story.

Bhallaladeva (Rana Daggubati) is at it again. He looks like a beast. The war scenes of Amarendra Baahubali and Bhallaladeva take center stage.

Amarendra Baahubali dialogue  to Kattappa : “‘Nuvvu Naa Pakkana Unantha Varaku Nannu Champe Magaadu Puttaledhu Mama’. This stands out in the film. And most importantly, the second part is going to answer the most-popular and most-pertinent question ‘Why Did Kattappa Kill Baahubali?’.

Final Verdict: Rajamouli’s Package

Actor Raj Tarun’s cameo in upcoming Tamil-Telugu horror-thriller “Balloon” will be very significant from the story’s perspective and won’t be a blink-and-you-miss kind of role, says director Sinish.

“The film will have a simultaneous release in Telugu. For the Tamil version, we have enough familiar faces in the cast. However, we needed someone for Telugu audiences to root for. Hence, we went with Raj Tarun,” Sinish told IANS.

The film will mark Raj Tarun’s Tamil film debut.

Talking about his character, Sinish said: “It’s a very significant role. Even though it’s a cameo, he will appear in a very important sequence. He plays a role on par with the film’s lead cast. Tarun will be part of the film’s Tamil as well Telugu version.”

On working with the “Uyyala Jampala” actor, Sinish said that he was very “sweet” and “cooperative”.

The film, which has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, also stars Jai, Anjali and Janani Iyer.
