Jr.NTR’s ‘Janatha Garage’ is gearing up for its release on September 1st. The film was censored recently and was given U/A certificate and the runtime was locked to 2 hours and 40 minutes. Now, the actresses in the film are creating confusion for NTR fans.

We all know that gorgeous beauties Samantha and Nithya Menen are acting opposite NTR in this film. While this is the first time for Nithya to act with Tarak, this is the 4th time for Samantha. Sam proved to be lucky for most of the heroes in Tollywood except for Tarak. Excluding ‘Brindavanam’, both ‘Ramayya Vastavayya’ and ‘Rabhasa’ ended up as disasters in their combination. So, NTR fans are a bit worried over this factor.

On the flip side, Kajal Agarrwal who is scored flops like ‘Sardaar’ and ‘Brahmotsavam’ recently did an item song in ‘Janatha Garage’. Fans of NTR are very happy over this as Kajal-Tarak duo gave super hits like ‘Brindavanam’, ‘Baadshah ‘ and  ‘Temper’. So, they are hoping that Kajal brings another super hit for their hero.

We need to wait till September 1st to know the fate of ‘Janatha Garage ‘ and which heroine brings success.

Director Gopichand Mallineni who earlier directed Don Seenu, Body Guard and Pandaga Chesko is ready to team up with Mega Hero Sai Dharam Tej for a new project. The movie is labelled as Sports Drama genre. Even though the duo wanted to join several times, it didn’t materialize.

But now it is confirmed that the movie will go on floors soon. The pre-production work already started 3 months back and Rakul Preet was roped in as female lead. Popular producers Nallamalapu Bujji and Tagore Madhu will shepherd this project.

Talented composed S.S.Thaman will compose tunes. The movie started today in Medchel. As per reports, some fun scenes are being canned and Rakul Preet is quite excited to share the screen space with Tej. The film is touted to be an out and out action entertainer.

Samantha created a ruckus when she ignored the Audio launch of ‘Janatha Garage’. She cited health conditions as the reason for avoiding the Audio launch. But even then she stayed away from the team. However Junior NTR started promotions in full swing.

After a long break, Samantha tweeted that it is time to break some records with ‘Janatha Garage’. She also spoke about Junior NTR positively. But inside sources revealed that Samantha will not attend the promotions.

Samantha is still scared to face the media as all journalists would focus more on her love life and her marriage plans with Naga chaitanya. It should be noted that during promotions of ‘A..Aa..’ samantha revealed her love life with Nagachaitanya and it created so much ripples after that.

The movie is gearing up for a massive release on September 1st and Premiere shows will happen on 31st night in USA. Junior NTR is expected to break some records and make some new ones.

Akkineni Nagarjuna’s nephew Sumanth who took a long break from films is returning as hero. He is hoping to regain the hero image back with experimental remake of sperm donation concept based Bollywood hit movie Vicky Donor.

According to official sources from the production company, this movie is reportedly titled as Naruda Donaruda.

Principal shooting of the project is completed. Currently post production works are under progress. Naruda Donaruda is a variety title selected by them inspired from Balakrishna’s super hit song Naruda o naruda emi korika from Bhairavadweepam.

Debutant director Mallik Ram casted multiple talented Tanikella Bharani to reprise Bollywood actor Annu Kapoor’s role in the original while Pallavi Subhash is the heroine.

Nithya Menen is said to have finalised to essay the role of Mahanati Savitri in the veteran actress biopic. Although the names like Vidya Balan, Anushka Shetty did rounds earlier for veteran actress biopic, Nithya apparently beaten both Vidya, Anushka to bag the plum project. The biopic of Savitri will be helmed by Nag Ashwini who made decent debut with Yevade Subramanyam.

Nithya is well-known for her performances and got noticed despite doing only few films. This is said to have impressed the makers to zero in on Nithya. The film will be Telugu-Tamil bilingual as Savitri is equally popular in Tamil, Telugu.

Born on January 4, 1936, Savitri made her acting debut in 1950 Telugu-Tamil drama Samarasam, and went on to star in several classics such as Devadasu, Missamma, Penin Perumai, Pasa Malar, Bhale Ramudu, ‘Thodi Kodallu, Mayabazaar and Gundamma Katha. Besides donning the greasepaint, Savitri also directed a few films such as Chinnari Papalu, Chiranjeevi and Mathru Devatha. She was even a popular playback singer. Subsequently, her personal life saw lows and pushed her into depression.

It’s learnt that the movie wouldn’t touch the dark side of her life and would focus more on the happier times of her and her contribution to cinema. The yet-to-be-titled film would be a tribute to the first lady superstar of Telugu Cinema.

Thanks to the stupendous success of Vijay Devarakonda’s Pelli Choopulu, his next film Dawaraka is getting good craze in the trade circles. With Pelli Choopulu collecting 1 Million USD at US Box Office, naturally, there’s good craze for his next release Dwaraka.

Given that Pelli Choopulu brought Vijay closer to the youths, families, and connected to audiences, overseas trade is betting big on his next film too. Even the film’s recently released teaser song on the eve of Krishnanshtami has received good response. Also, Dwaraka is associated with Super Good Films and happens to be the 90th film from the production house, so trade is counting on the film would be decent enough to pull the crowds and Vijay would draw good openings.

Let’s wait and see what’s in store for Vijay. Definitely, Dwaraka is crucial film for Vijay and he has to prove with Dwaraka that he’s no one film wonder.
