Vijay Deverakonda who played hero Nani’s best friend in Yevade Subramanyam that was produced by Ashwini Dutt’s daughter is on a roll. The young hero who is enjoying the success of Pelli Choopulu is flooded with offers. He is already doing a film Arjun Reddy being directed by debutant Sandeep Vanga.

Vijay also has a film titled Dwaraka which will be made under Super Good Movies Banner. The 27 years old actor has now signed two more films. What’s more, these two films will be produced individually by star producers Ashwini Dutt under Vyjayanthi Movies Banner and Dil Raju on Sri Venkateswara Creations.

A buzz is that, Vijay Deverakonda has been approached to play an important role in Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s new film in Dolly’s direction. However, details about Vijay’s role in the film are yet not known. If the news is true, Vijay is lucky enough to associate with star hero like Pawan Kalyan, in very early stage of career.Vijay won accolades for his performance in the role of happy go lucky guy in Pelli Choopulu which is making strong business at box office. Actress Amala Paul and her husband-director AL Vijay appeared before principal family court judge Maria Clete in Chennai yesterday and filed a petition for divorce by mutual consent under Section 13(b) of the Hindu Marriage Act.

They came to court in separate cars. Amala’s family as well as Vijay’s parents was also present at the court. Saturday marks the beginning of the mandatory six-month statutory judicial separation period for the couple, at the end of which a divorce by mutual consent will be given. The case was adjourned to February 11, 2017 for further proceedings.

The couple has made it clear that there is no demand for maintenance or permanent alimony from either side. Usually, wives or husbands of celebrities seek alimony when accept for divorce. Interestingly, Amala Paul isn’t demanding anything from Vijay.It may be mentioned here that, Vijay and Amala Paul got married on June 12, 2014, and according to them, they are living separately since March 3, 2015. While Vijay had said that breach of trust is the reason for the couple to part ways, Amala Paul has maintained mum over the matter.

Young Hero Navdeep spoiled his career on own by accepting some meaningless films. Since he is not getting much film offers as lead actor, Navdeep is doing reality shows in TVs and is also giving nod for supporting roles in star hero films.Navdeep is presently working for Ram Charan starrer Dhruva which is currently being shot in Hyderabad. The ‘Chandamama’ star is playing a cop in the film has all praises for Ram Charan for his hard work and dedication.

“Like I said people, a true Rock star… shoot till midnight and then back on set by morning, on a Sunday! Ramcharan!” posted Navdeep on his Twitter handle. This is not the first time Navdeep lauded Charan on social platform. Seems like, this ‘Bajana’ is to gratify the star.

Bham Bolenath was the last film of Navdeep that hit the screens. Although he worked for four films in the meantime, none of these of chances to see the light of the day in near future. Perhaps, most of these films may not release until Navdeep gains some popularity, since there are no takers for them for now.

Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s Sardaar Gabbar Singh release with humongous pre-release pompous and quickly bit the dust due to its ridiculous script and incoherent filmmaking.Pawan’s next film in Dolly’s direction has begun a couple of days ago and the Power Star already seems to be risking with a few Sardaar sentiments. Call it a mere coincidence, but the uncanny ironies between Sardaar and Dolly’s film do worry Pawan’s fans a lot.

The first similarity is that of the director’s replacement. Just like it happened for Sardaar where the baton was given to Bobby from Sampath Nandi, Pawan’s next film’s director SJ Suryah too was replaced with Dolly after months long pre-production work.Secondly, while Sardaar’s units began the shooting in Pune with other important cast, Pawan joined the team much later. And the same is repeating even now as Dolly has begun shooting already with Pawan slated to join the shoot from the third week of August.

Finally, the latest news is that the first look of Pawan-Dolly’s film will be released on Pawan’s birthday on September 2nd. Incidentally, Sardaar’s first teaser was released on Pawan’s birthday last year. Aren’t the caution vells ringing after reading these similarities?

“My life is not perfect as many think and many outside perceive. I’ve my own issues, inhibitions. I’m very insecure fellow. Always worried about my films now. Worrying about what do next,” said Akhil Akkineni in a candid interview when he was asked about whether he is having a perfect, balanced life.

Talking about looks, Akhil admitted that he hasn’t changed his looks in recent times and looked in same style for the past five years. However, Akhil has a surprise to offer. He’s growing his beard for his next film. “I’m trying to grow my beard for my next film. This is am trying for the first time. I’m not going to reveal the director’s name but he has asked me to grow me beard. So, I’ll be growing the beard for the next 1-2 months,” said Akhil. However, Akhil hinted that he found a young director who has done only couple of films and who is as old as him in the film industry.

Giving a peep into his role, Akhil said, “My second film will be more of a love story. I’ll be playing a college girl. I’m very choosy about this particular film as I don’t want to do second mistake. Even I’m not regretting my first film. It was a wonderful experience.”

Comparing with his brother Chaitanya, Akhil admitted that he is complete opposite to him. “Chai is Mr Perfect whereas am devil at home. He is very silent, obeying parents. I was mischievous, causing troubles to dad. I did all the things which Chai didn’t do,” shared Akhil. Akhil said he will announce the name of the director as soon after the completion of movie muhurat.

She admits it and speaks on why she has been cheating on her on screen kisses, except the latest smooch with Randeep Hooda in Do Lafzon ki Kahaani.

Kajal never wanted to get into intimate scenes unless it is highly demanded by script and her role gets elevated with high importance with those scenes. She never wants to blame anyone who wish to show their hot bodies on screens, but its is her own rule to avoid intimate moves, even her refusal has to embarrass her director, or she has to give up the offer too at times.

Calling it an artistic expression, Kajal recalls her role in Do Lafzon.. a blind girl, who can express the emotion and sensitivity in a honest kiss. Quite an explanation, but her kiss in Bollywood must have irked many star heroes down south and let us see if she finds any ‘can’t-but’ and emotionally-necessary reason to give away her lips to another Bollywood hero next time.

Venkatesh and Nayanathara starrer Babu Bangaram has completed its censor formalities and the film is gearing up for release on August 12th. The Maruthi directed movie is making excellent pre release business. The movie made Rs 27.5 crores business in terms of worldwide theatrical rights.

Nizam and Ceded rights were sold for Rs 6 crores and 4.05 crores respectively. Entire Andhra rights fetched 12.8 crores for the producers. Leading players BlueSky has bought overseas rights by shelling out 2.25 crores. Pre release business of Karnataka and rest of India has been closed at 2.5 crores, taking total business to 27.5 Cr.

The makers are planning to promote the film vigorously, but Nayanathara’s unprofessional behavior is troubling them. The actress hadn’t shot a song had skipped audio launch event too. She may not attend any of other promotional events too. Providentially, Venkatesh stood by his producers has promised them to handle promotions single handedly. Babu Bangaram marks 70th film for Venkatesh who did two films in Hindi. The film is also releasing in Tamil as Selvi.

Superstar Mahesh Babu has turned nostalgic as his blockbuster Srimanthudu turned 1 year. Released on Aug 7, 2015, Srimanthudu went onto become the second-highest grossing film after Baahubali and set industry record. Recalling the old memories, Mahesh described the team as ‘amazing’ team and recalled how he enjoyed working with the team with lots of happiness.

Mahesh took to his social networking page and wrote, “Thanks for all your love, today we celebrate 1 year since #Srimanthudu release. I look back at the whole experience of working with an amazing team with lots of happiness and fond memories..Cheers to Team Srimanthudu”.

The family drama with social message of adopting villages has many firsts. Srimanthudu saw Shruti Haasan pairing up with Mahesh Babu for first time and the chemistry between the duo was refreshing. The film also cemented Jagapathi Babu’s second innings that took off with Legend. Above all, director Koratala Siva’s major contribution – both writing, direction – for the film is one of the major factors that led the film to blockbuster.

When Chandrasekhar Yeleti pitched Manamantha’s script to Venkatesh, the Daggubati star, even though was impressed with it, took forever to decide whether to act in the film or not. Years passed by and Yeleti started looking for other options.However, Yeleti couldn’t find a competent senior actor who could play the middle-class man’s role which has been played impressively by Malayali star Mohanlal. The fact that no Tollywood star was ready to don Mohanlal’s role drew severe criticism.

This made everyone to look towards Megastar’s Chiranjeevi and wonder if Chiru would ever act in such movies. Megastar, even though has a huge mass image, already acted in artistic films such as Aapadbhandavudu, Rudraveena and Swayamkrushi etc and showcased his acting prowess.
