Allu Sirish’s romance with three girls
Allu Sirish is committed to do a film in the direction of a new comer, MVN Reddy for his next project. The movie will have a tinge of period film still being a love story. The movie will have three heroines romancing the actor. Nani’s Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gadha fame Mehreen and Mosagallaku Mosagadu fame Nandini Rai are confirmed as two heroines.
They are yet to pick up another heroine. The movie got launched last month and the regular shooting will begin next month. DS Rao on his Shailendra Productions will be bankrolling the project. The makers will shoot non-stop till completion and will be looking at year-end release.
On the other side, Allu Sirish’s other project, Srirasthu Subhamasthu is also gearing up for release. The movie shooting is complete recently and the post production works are going on at brisk pace. Allu Aravind is looking at right time for the movie release as they do not want a solo release with out any competition. The actor had high hopes on both these projects to get him the much needed stardom!
Rajinikanth’s health update from reliable source
There were lot of rumours surrounding Superstar Rajinikanth’s health. The reports said that he is down with some serious ailment. He also bunked for the promotions of his Kabali until now, giving rise to more rumours. Finally here is some clarity which we managed to obtain from a reliable source in Chennai.
Rajinikanth is perfectly alright and the Superstar will be back to Chennai tomorrow. Thalaivar went to the USA on a family holiday and then he came to know about some new developments about his health. Just to be on the safe side, Doctors suggested him to undergo Blood Transfusion.
After this procedure was completed, the doctors have asked for observation and he was kept in ICU there for two weeks. But now every thing is fine and the Superstar will be participating from Kabali promotions from now. The movie will release some time later this month. After the film release, he will resume the shoot of his other project, 2.0 with Sensational director Shankar.
24 Final Total Collections
Suriya’s 24 had finished its full run at the box office and amassed about 54.5 Crore Share in its full run when both the Telugu and Tamil versions put together. The movie’s Worldwide theatrical valued at 75 Crore and so can be considered as a flop. The Telugu Version is a success for buyers here.
In fact, the Telugu version had better run than the Tamil version. If not, the film would have been a ‘Double Disaster’ considering the pathetic run in Tamil. The makers back then announced a prequel for the film but given the result, the project is in doubt now. However the film has got so much of good name for Suriya. Reason behind delay of ‘Kabali’ trailer
There are a lot of speculations on the release date of ‘Kabali’. Though, it was planned to release on July 1st, it got postponed to 15th July. Now, there are other rumours that it is delayed further. But, Rajni fans are waiting for the theatrical trailer to get released.
Usually, film makers follow a pattern in promoting their films. First they release the first look followed by a teaser. Then, they release the trailer followed by audio launch. But, ‘Kabali’ audio came out in the market but the trailer is not getting released. Insiders explain that Rajni is the reason behind this. As he is in America from the past two months, dubbing work is getting delayed.
Till date, a teaser and a song teaser were released and they received thumping reponse from audience shattering all records. It is sure that ‘Kabali’ trailer too breaks several records if released. So, we need to wait and see whether trailer will be unveiled or not.

‘Star Trek Beyond’ soundtrack
After being seen as a bike-riding assassin in the music videos for “Needed Me” and as a dancing vixen in “Work,” RnB singer Rihanna has now donned the avatar of a beautiful alien in the music video for “Sledgehammer.” It is a piano-based ballad-like song from the soundtrack of the upcoming film “Star Trek Beyond” and it has been written by Australian singer Sia.
Directed by well-known music video director Floria Sigismondi, the video sees Rihanna with a tattooed face and shaved eyebrows as she sports an alien-like outfit while standing on a desert of a distant planet and singing the song. As the clip progresses, Rihanna slowly starts moving towards the sky and into space before multiplying herself and eventually becoming one with the universe.
The singer recently said in a video on Facebook that she has been a “Star Trek” fan since childhood and that she is emotionally connected to epic characters from the movie like Captain Kirk and Commander Spock. “My dad really is the one who introduced me to Star Trek, it just took me one episode to fall in love with this other world I couldn’t understand but I felt I could relate to,” she said.
The video, with its trippy visual effects, looks like a space adventure of sorts. It is quite a befitting preview to the epic space adventure of the latest film of the “Star Trek” franchise. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Sigismondi explained that he wanted to create unique visuals for the video while incorporating elements from the actually movie. “We wanted to use some of the elements from the film. I watched the film and gravitated towards some, like the floating rocks. I thought that could help elevate my world and make it otherworldly. We used the broken moon, we used the swarm ships, and we used [Starbase] Yorktown—that’s the big floating thing that looks like a planet but is actually a base where people live,” he explained.
