Akkineni scion Akhil gave a sweet shock to his fans by revealing details about his longtime girlfriend. As per grapevine, Akhil is getting hitched to Hyderabad based designer Shriya Bhupal, daughter of entrepreneur Shalini Bhupal.
The news about Akhil’s romance has surprised one and all as this came out at the time when media is going berserk about Naga Chaitanya’s rumored live-in relationship with Samantha. Now media is starting to dig into further details and has found out some interesting details about Akhil and Shriya.
If hushed whispers in city party circle are to be believed, Shriya Bhupal is a few months older than Akhil Akkineni. Azhar will be next Telangana Congress Chief ?
If all goes well, former Indian Cricket captain and congress leader Mohd Azharuddin will be the next Telangana Congress President. Strong speculations during round in the party high command in New Delhi that AICC President Sonia Gandhi is very much disappointed over the Telangana Congress President N Uttam Kumar Reddy and CLP leader K Jana Reddy who failed to stop the Congress leaders, MPs, MLAs and MLCs from shifting their loyalties to ruling TRS.
Out of 19 congress MLAs , only 12 have been left in the Congress. One among the two MPs elected from Telangana, Gutha Sukhender Reddy already joined TRS.Sources said that since all the existing leaders failed to strengthen the party after its debacle in 2014 election, Congress high command is seriously planning to rope in a charismatic figure who could counter KCR’s popularity. The party high command also considered veteran film star Vijayashanthi and fire brand DK Aruna for the TPCC Chief post. However, the party preferred to give the post to Azhar.
Azhar elected MP from Uttar Pradesh in 2009 election and in 2014 election he lost the election from Rajasthan. He was close confident of Rahul Gandhi. A decision on the replaces of the present TPCC leadership would be taken only after Rahul Gandhi returned India from his foreign tour.
Rajasekhar finds Some Solace
Hero Rajasekhar lost out on many things with the failure of his production venture Gaddam Gang. Things became even more uglier for him when he was ousted from Teja’s project for reasons unknown.
Looks like destiny has other plans as he has now been approached by national award wining director Praveen Sattaru. If the latest gossip in T-town is to be believed, Rajasekhar has agreed to do a film in the direction of Praveen who made the controversial Guntur Talkies.

Rajasekhar seemed to have loved the script and okayed it right away.With his career going in no direction, industry insiders feel that Rajsekhar has done the right thing by agreeing to do the film. Modi’s ‘Make In India’ – Naidu’s ‘Take in India’
YSR Congress leader and Nagari MLA Roja launched yet another verbal attack on AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. This time, Roja targeted the Swiss challenge model adopted by Naidu for the execution of projects in Andhra Pradesh. Roja said she would take the fight against the TDP policy of opting for Swiss challenge to Delhi as this model will only help the Singapore company and not the people of the capital region.
“While Modi has been propagating ‘Make in India’, Chandrababu Naidu is propagating ‘Take in India’ as he has been ignoring domestic talent and going after foreign companies that too in unfair methods,” said Roja.
“The YSR Congress will fight against Babu’s Swiss Challenge model and press for global tenders for transparency, and take up the issue with the Prime Minister as BJP too would be sharing the blame of Babu’s wrong policy”, she added.
