The makers of Pawan Kalyan’s next have announced that Tamil Star director SJ Suryah will be replaced by Gopala Gopala fame Dolly as the director of the film. The pre-production of the film is going on at brisk pace and the movie will start rolling from July end. Pawan Kalyan fans are very much relieved with this announcement.

SJ Suryah do not have significant success except for Kushi. His earlier film with Pawan Kalyan, Puli was a big disaster. So they are worried about the film for a very long time and are finally relieved with this replacement. The makers confirmed that it is a love story of a factionist.

Kadapa King is the title in rumours for this new project. And then there are rumours that the movie is also loosely based on Ajith’s Tamil blockbuster film, Veeram. Powerstar was seen in a white Lungi and with grey hair at the launch event. It was very similar to Ajith’s getup in Veeram. The rest of the crew of the film remains same.

Samantha is the most happening heroine in Tollywood. The actress recently bagged a blockbuster with A..Aa in which the actress walked with major credit of the film dominating the hero of the film, Nithin. Now it is the turn of the actress to get dominated. This is in her next film, Janatha Garage.

Nithya Menen who plays the second heroine in the film got a much impactful role in the film than the actress. Nithya Menen reportedly will dominate Samantha as well in the film. The movie shooting is going on at brisk pace. The movie is currently being shot in the Special Garage set erected in Saradhi Studios.

After the Hyderabad schedule, the team will head to Bangkok for a brief schedule there. A fight and a song is being planned to be shot there. The makers are planning to complete the entire shoot by August 1st. Post Production works are also being completed simultaneously to ensure August 12th release.

Supreme Hero Sai Dharam Tej recently made a hattrick of success with his Summer release, Supreme being the biggest hit of his career. He now lined up one more film for July release and is raring to make it four. Thikka, the film is all done except for three songs. The makers are busy completing the songs shoot.

The first look poster and Motion Poster of the film will be releasing on 25th of this month (coming Saturday). The audio launch event will happen in the first week of July and the movie will see the light in the third week. Thikka is being directed by Om 3D fame Sunil Reddy and it also comes with a caption ‘Handle with Care’.

It is interesting to note that Sai Dharam Tej has given a chance to Sunil Reddy despite a disastrous debut directorial, Om 3D. Mumaith Khan will be seen in an important role in the movie. Foreign Model, Larissa Bonesi is playing the female lead in this film. Mannara Chopra is the other heroine. Thaman is composing music for the film.

Kamal Hassan had completed the shooting of his Vishwaroopam-2 a long ago. His other films, Uttama Villain, Papanashanam and Cheekati Rajyam which were made after that, already released and Kamal recently began the shooting of his other film, Sabash Naidu. Kamal Hassan faced huge issues before the release of Vishwaroopam and so he sold of Vishwaroopam-2 distribution rights to Aascar Ravichandran.

However the senior producer is in deep financial crisis after the failure of Shankar’s I and is now unable to release Vishwaroopam-2. Aascar Ravichandran is planning to revive the film. The balance work of the film will be completed once Kamal returns from USA after completing the first schedule of Sabash Naidu.

If every thing goes well, Aascar Ravichandran is planning to release the film for Diwali. The film has an ensemble cast consisting veteran actors like Rahul Bose and Shekhar Kapoor. Pooja Kumar, who was also seen in Kamal’s Uttama Villain, will be seen romancing Kamal in the film. The music trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy has composed music for the film.

Nandamuri Balakrishna attended Kannada superstar Shivarajkumar’s super hit film Shiva Linga 100 days function as chief guest, with request from its director P Vasu. It is heard that, the director shared the proposal of remaking the movie in Telugu with Balakrishna and the actor who is looking for different subject is keen on working on remake of this movie.

Director P Vasu is well known to Telugu spectators with the superstar Rajinikanth starred film Chandramukhi which was a blockbuster in Telugu as well. The director made an disaster movie Maharadhi with Balakrishna. If things go well, he will associate with Balakrishna for the second time for Shiva Linga Telugu remake.

Shiva Linga is a horror film and its climax was reported to be taken straight out of an Agatha Christie novel. The movie which ran over 100 days is a blockbuster in Kannada. P Vasu announced his plans to remake the film in Tamil as Chandamukhi 2. Raghava Lawrence has expressed concern to star in the Tamil version.Meanwhile, Balakrishna is working for his 100th film Gautamiputra Satakarni being directed by Krish. The periodic drama film is slated for release in January, 2017.

Superstar Mahesh Babu whose last outing Brahmotsavam was a debacle is in family vacation. The actor is expected to come back to city in next week. He is not wasting much time and will start working for his next film to be directed by AR Murugadoss from 28th of this month.It is learnt that, Mahesh Babu is going for complete makeover for this movie. He will be seen with slightly grown beard and moustaches in the movie, as per the buzz. Mahesh generally won’t show much interest in beard look. But, he has accepted for the makeover, as per the character’s demand.

Since the yet to be titled movie is said to be a serious action drama, Murugadoss wants his protagonist to grow some beard. Mahesh Babu is a director’s hero and this was disclosed by many filmmakers. Hence, for his next film too, Mahesh is doing what his director is asking for, keeping his personal interests aside.

Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra is confirmed to play lead actress opposite Mahesh Babu in the high budget Telugu-Tamil bilingual. Makers have plans to release the movie during summer, next year, as it will take time for them to wrap up production and post production works.

Three consecutive successes has created a huge demand for Nani’s movies among overseas distributors.With last year’s “Bhale Bhale Magadivoy”, Nani cracked the USA market. The film grossed nearly 1.40 million dollars at USA box-office and brought in three times profit on investment for the distributors. He had a million dollar movie “Eega” before the release of “Bhale Bhale Magadivoy” but the credit completely went to S S Rajamouli.

Nani got name as a bankable star from BBM and his following movie “Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaadha” also grossed about 750k which was also profitable project for its USA distributors.The latest release “Gentleman” in its first weekend grossed more than half million dollars. The movie is expected to gross another $300k by in its entire run. So the new distributors will also be in profits. The average collections of his three movies will be around $750k. So, he has created a good market for his movies at USA box-office in short span of time.

If he plans his career well and does movies that appeal to the audiences of USA Telugus, his market will further expand and may become one of the top stars in Tollywood for that market. Mahesh Babu grabbed the USA market in similar fashion.

Actor Venkatesh’s cameo in upcoming Telugu romantic-drama “Premam”, an eponymous remake of Malayalam blockbuster, is not part of the original and was specially added in the remake.

“Venkatesh plays an interesting cameo in ‘Premam’. His role is not part of the original. However, the makers of the Telugu version introduced a new character which they feel will work well with the audiences,” a source from the film’s unit told IANS.

Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, the film also stars Shruti Haasan, Anupama Parameswaran and Madonna Sebastian.The film, which has music by Rajesh Murugesan and Gopi Sunder, tracks three stages of romance in the life of its protagonist.

Naga Shourya and Niharika Konidela are getting great response for their chemistry even before the release of “Oka Manasu”. They are looking perfect for each other on screen and this has prompted many to conclude that they are dating each other.Many in the industry also spotted them together. So speculations have begun that they are dating each other and media reported them. But both Naga Shourya and Niharika have tried putting an end to these rumors at the earliest.
