BJP is acting very strange when it comes to the South India, this is what everyone are feeling. Somehow the party seems to be totally disconnected with ground realities in South and particularly the Telugu States. BJP’s recent campaigns in both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana is an indicator to this effect!

Amit Shah had announced that Modi-led NDA has helped AP to the tune of 1.6 Lakh Crore and Telangana to the extent of 90000 Crore. Probably Amit Shah is looking at Telugu People from the same prism following their fight in New Delhi’s power corridors during the bifurcation.

But many feel that the BJP President should realize the fact that even though Telugu people fight amongst themselves, they are known for their good knowledge in Maths and politics and are seeing very openly what the center is doing to them. This is a big blunder by BJP.

They know well that the BJP cannot peddle its series of lies easily because the people here will easily figure out. Instead the saffron party should show its commitment to help Telugu states and then win people’s mandate here. Winning the people of Telugu States with half baked truths will only backfire!

Even as several Kapu leaders and some politicians in Andhra Pradesh are demanding Pawan Kalyan to respond on the Mudragada issue, Pawan Kalyan is keeping mum. Many thought that he would tweet on this issue.We spoke to the persons close to Jana Sena party president and got information that Pawan Kalyan would not respond on this issue at this moment. Not that he doesn’t want to talk on the issue of Kapu’s reservation, but he believes this is not the right time to respond.

The sources say if he opens up on the issue at this moment, the pent up agitation may flare up and lead to unnecessary problems. Rather he would prefer to put pressure on the government on appropriate time and this is his plan, they say.

But you can fool people only once and if any leader tells lies, or raises false hopes or fails to keep his promises he should be taught a fitting lesson whoever it is, he said.It is five years since our party was formed and we began with two members and raised to 18 and then to 67 MLAs and 9 MPs and the difference of votes between TDP and our Party has been just five lakhs. While TDP polled 1.35 crore votes we secured 1.30 crores and that made the difference.

People believed his false promises and are now repenting. If any leader resorts to such false promises he should be shown slippers and even I should not be spared, he said.Chandrababu Naidu has been resorting to large scale corruption and has been buying opposition legislators by huge amounts and by luring them with contracts and other such sops which is unethical and undemocratic.He has deceived farmers, DWACRA women groups, students and youth and money power cannot win votes all the time. He has spent more money in 2004 elections as well but could not win enough seats to form the government.

Telangana TDP working President Revanth Reddy will be promoted as party’s President in the place of the incumbent L Ramana soon.Party sources said that taking into consideration of the leader’s view in the recent meetings, party Chief N Chandrababu Naidu has reportedly decided to change the leadership in the party shortly. Naidu wanted to strengthen the party under able leadership.

Ramana’s soft spoken attitude and the latter’s failure in exposing the TRS government’s misdeeds and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s dictatorial rule was the major concern for Naidu to continue Ramana in the post.

As the TRS government completed two years rule and the next elections are slated to be held in three years, the party high command is serious to strengthen the party before 2019 and wanted to promote Revanth as the face of the party in Telangana.
