The drama behind Akhil Akkineni’s Second Project is expected to go on for some more time. Until now, it is said that Vamshi Paidipalli who recently bagged a big hit with Oopiri will be directing the film. But now it is said that Vamshi walked out of the project.

Akhil and his team wants him to do the remake of Bollywood Super hit, ‘Yeh Jawani Hey Deewani’. Vamshi is not keen on doing the remake because Oopiri is also a remake. Doing one more remake will get him a tag of ‘Remake Director’.

So, he walked out of the project in amicable terms with Nagarjuna and Akhil. Vamshi flew to USA for a short vacation, once he is back in Hyderabad, he will start working on his next project with a Top Star.

There are rumours that Boyapati Srinu is ready with a script to direct Akhil Akkineni but Nagarjuna has some inhibitions about Akhil working with a Mass director especially after the failure of the debut film. So we may have to wait some more time to find out who will get to direct Akhil for his next project!

Trivikram’s much awaited project ‘A Aa’ is yet to confirm the release date though the first copy is ready. After a grand audio launch at the beginning of May, there is no news about the film. Insiders say that Trivikram & Co are waiting for the result of ‘Brahmotsavam’.

‘A Aa’ was earlier planned to release on May 20th. But they postponed it to avoid the clash with Mahesh’s ‘Brahmotsavam’. The film may get released on June 3rdsays the insiders. If ‘Brahmotsavam’ gains positive talk then team ‘A Aa’ will maintain a gap of two weeks. As both films are family dramas, releasing within a short gap may affect the collections of the second release.

If ‘Brahmotsavam’ gets mediocre reviews and response, then ‘A Aa’ may hit the marquee on 27th explains the source.This means, we need to wait till 20th to know the release date of Trivikram’s celluloid.

Young mega hero Sai Dharam Tej’s recently released movie Supreme is performing well at box office even in week days, although the movie got mixed response. The mass action entertainer film directed by Anil Ravipudi is picking up slowly and it is turning out to be a sleeper hit.

As per trade analysts, Supreme has recovered most of the budget and since no big film will be releasing until the arrival of Mahesh Babu’s Brahmotsavam on May 20th, the Dil Raju production venture is expected to rake fancy figures in next few days. According to Supreme team, the movie has collected around Rs 12 crore shares worldwide for 6 days and running towards easy break-even. This indeed is highest opener for Sai Dharam Tej.

After delivering blockbuster with Pataas, director Anil Ravipudi made Supreme as a family entertainer. But, the second film is rather tedious in places. Although the movie has sufficient entertainment, regular and routine story has played the spoilsport.If Anil had taken more care on script, Supreme would have become a massive hit. Nonetheless, the makers are pleased with the film’s performance at box office.

Kajal Aggarwal is in much news these days for her Hindi film Do Lafzon Ki Kahaani. The star actress faced an unusual situation when her co-star Randeep Hooda got carried away and smooched her during an emotional scene in Kajal upcoming Hindi film Do Lafzon Ki Kahaani.

Interesting aspect is that Kajal was not briefed about the kiss earlier and when the camera rolled, she was shocked when Randeep in fact landed a deep lip kiss on her. Stunned with this Kajal immediately cut the scene and confronted her director and asked him to delete the scene right away.

An upset Kajal, told the director Deepak Tijori that the kiss was not there in the contract and she has a healthy following in the south which will be maligned after watching this intimate scene. Left with no choice, Deepak Tijori deleted the scene and re shot it in a simple manner. Even though Kajal hails from Mumbai and has kissed stars like Mahesh, Bunny in the past, we wonder why she opted out on this one.
