Confused or startled with the heading? Well, YSRCP’s Srisailam MLA and the party’s Kurnool district president Budda Rajasekhara Reddy has done the unthinkable. The MLA has changed his party’s name to TDP on his official Facebook page even before he joined TDP today as part of Chandrababu’s Operation Akarsh.

Rajasekhara Reddy is quite active on Facebook and regularly posts about his visits to his constituency and his developmental works. However, Budda changed his Facebook profile’s homepage by replacing his photo in YSRCP background with that of one with TDP background last night, thus becoming a TDP MLA even before he joined the yellow brigade.

Budda decided to shift his loyalties in view of his constituency’s development after discussion his political plans with his close associates and people in his constituency. On Thursday, he will meet Chandrababu in Vijayawada in a huge convoy of 35 buses filled with his cadre and supporters.

In any journalism course, the first lesson a student learns is: what is news? The most common answer given by the lecturer on the day one is: “If a dog bites a man, it is no news; but if a man bites a dog, it is a big news.”These days, this definition seems to have changed a lot. Whatever a politician in power does, it is news; and if something happens in his family, it makes a front page news.

There is an interesting story in one of the blogs that makes an interesting news. The other day, Devansh, son of Telugu Desam Party general secretary Nara Lokesh Naidu and grandson of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, cried a lot at the wedding reception of TDP MP Sujana Chowdary’s son in Hyderabad.

What is so big deal in Devansh crying, you may ask. But the news is that the child cried when his grandfather tried to take him into his lap. And Lokesh explained the reason at a function to lay foundation stone for the TDP office at Visakhapatnam on Wednesday.

Lokesh said it was a long time since Chandrababu Naidu saw Devansh, because he was too busy in administration, shuttling between Hyderabad and Vijayawada; and travelling to other parts of the State. So, in his efforts to take care of the people of the State and the government, Naidu had not been able to spend time with his grandson Devansh.

“When my father came to Hyderabad to attend the wedding reception of Sujana Chowdary’s son, I too went there along with my wife Brahmani and son Devansh. And when my dad tried to take Devansh into his lap, the latter did not recognise his grandfather and started crying as if he was a stranger. Just imagine how much my father is struggling for the people, ignoring his own family,” Lokesh said.

Now it seems AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu landed in controversy as he was found wearing his shoes when he opened the interim secretariat building couple of days back in Amaravathi.

This triggered huge outrage as many started questioning Chandra Babu’s action even on social media. People are wondering how Chandra Babu can claim ignorance. Many are surprised why others didnot remind him. Now opposition parties too are tearing into Chandra Babu Naidu for insulting Hindus.

Once again a sacrilege had been repeated due to the failure of the vigilance department at the famous Tirumala temple in Tirumala which is against the established religious traditions and doctrines.The sacrilege has taken place in the form of a plane that had made its flight over the top of the main sanctum sanctorum of the residing deity lord Venkateshwara at the hilltop temple of Tirumala Tirupathi Devastanam.

As per the doctrines of Aagama Shastras (traditional holy scriptures), flights cannot fly over the top of the main sanctuary of the temple. The Spiritual experts and devotees are expressing their anger over the repeating demeaning of the temple traditions.

The temple principal priests had notified the same and has made several directions in the past and the temple governing body TTD had also petitioned central government seeking declaration of the temple area as ‘No flying zone’ but in vain.
