Bad News For AP MLA
Looks like it’s bad news for the Andhra Pradesh legislatives who have been expecting a hike in their pay checks. The state’s Minister of Finance Yanamala Ramakrishnudu yesterday stated that the government is not considering the proposal to increase the monthly salaries of the MLAs.
The YSRCP MLA D Raja said during the zero hour that the government has not been considering to increase the salaries of the MLAs and is also not coming forward to allot additional constituency development funds even after a lapse of two years.
In his response to the YSRCP MLA, Yanamala said that the proposals for salary hike and additional funds have to first approach the amenities committee and that the government will take its decision only after the proposal is introduced in the house following the committee’s report.

Gemini Music Channel Anchor Nirosha ended her life in the early hours of today by committing suicide. Nirosha is just 23 years old and hails from Malleswarapuram Village in Chittoor District of Andhra Pradesh.

Prabhas’ Brother gets one year imprisonment
Prabhas’ family are super happy with the recent super success of the actor with Baahubali – The Beginning. However a big shock awaits them after Prabhas’ elder brother, Prabodh got convicted in a Cheque Bounce case and got one year imprisonment.
This is a case registered couple of years ago in Hyderabad. Prabodh reportedly gave a cheque of 43 Lakhs to a Secunderabad based Businessman for a transaction. However the cheque bounced due to lack of funds.
Prabodh did not even come up with a proper explanation and even started avoiding him. Subsequently a case was filed and the judgement is filed after several hearings. The court asked Prabodh to pay 80 Lakh Rupees to the businessman within two months of the judgement and also given one year imprisonment.
Prabodh may be approaching a higher court for a re-appeal. Prabhas’ family should have urged for an out of court settlement long ago with out complicating the issue. They are unnecessarily in trouble now.
