Keerthy Suresh who has made debut in Telugu cinema with this year’s first blockbuster ‘Nenu Sailaja’ also scored a super hit in Tamil with Rajini Murugan that was released for Sankranthi. Keerthy is already an established actress in Malayalam cinema.

Currently Keerthy is one of the most sought after actresses in Tollywood and Kollywood. Despite the demand Keerthy says she hasn’t hiked her remuneration. She has denied the rumors about the remuneration hike after back to back hits in Telugu and Tamil cinema.

“I am not a person who puts a price tag on success. I don’t want to cash in on the craze and demand. I am here to do meaningful cinema and will try to focus on that,” she said.

Keerthy is against skin show. She is the younger daughter of Malayalam actress Menaka, who has acted in numerous Malayalam films but never did a glamorous character. Keerthy follows her mother’s footsteps in this aspect and says exposing is a strict no-no for her.

According to the survey reports, IIT Mumbai and IIT Chennai are the best among 18 IITs of India. Obviously, fans hope the movie to be shot in above IITs of India.

The makers of ‘Baahubali’ have targeted children to offer them tons of fun through ‘Baahubali’ comics, animations and games. It was a magical experience, especially, for the children watching the high end VFX in ‘Baahubali’ on silver screen.

Senior producer Suresh Babu rarely speaks about the negative side of actors. But the star producer came down heavily on few stars about their ‘Tantrums and unprofessional’ behavior. The star producer reportedly revealed why Suresh productions stopped signing few leading actors in their movies.

TV Anchor turned actress Anasuya Bharadwaj would usually come much advance before a press conference as she’d host the event. However, she was late for the first look launch of her film Kshanam in which she essays a significant role.

While gossip mongers are trying to cook up rumours that Anasuya is throwing starry tantrums after her maiden movie Soggade Chinni Nayana turned out to be big hit, the former Jabardasth anchor was quick to rebuff them. “Please don’t think I’m throwing starry tantrums.

I’m still same old one. I’m coming here from Chennai and my flight got delayed and that’s why I couldn’t make,” reasons Anasuya who’s late for the press conference.

She also quips, “Initially when I was offered the role in the film, I thought I’d get Adah Sharma’s role, but I was cast for a role which I haven never thought of. After being glam doll on TV, it’s good that I got a role to prove my acting prowess.”

Producer PVP too said, “Anasuya was seen in Soggade for small-time. If her small-presence could make film that big hit, she’d be seen in Kshanam for close to 30 minutes.

Hope this would be big hit as well.” PVP added that Kshanam was supposed to be Anasuya’s debut but since SCN released first, it turned out to be her maiden movie. Directed by newcomer Ravikanth Perepu, Kshanam is slated for March 4 release.

It is already known that Chiru’s younger daughter Sreeja’s love marriage did not workout after having a child with Sirish Bharadwaj and they are separated with divorce long back.

But the latest rumors is about Sreeja getting married again! As the mega daughter’s marriage ended long back, family members are heard to be asking her to settle down with a new marriage.

Nandamuri hero Kalyanram has been going through lean phase. His last movie Sher was a dud and his production venture Kick 2 starring Raviteja was one of biggest disasters of 2015. Now, the actor has given nod to work under Puri Jagannadh’s direction.

When Puri approached Kalyanram with an entertaining script recently, the Pataas star has readily agreed to do the project. What more, Kalyanram will also produce the flick under NTR Arts Banner. The film said to be a mass action entertainer will start rolling from April.

More details about the project will be unveiled soon. This is the first time; Kalyanram and Puri are working together for a project. However, Puri previously made couple of films with Kalyanram’s younger brother NTR such as Andhrawala and Temper.

While Andhrawala was a disaster, Temper was an above average grosser. Interim, Puri is making ‘Rogue’ with newcomers. Let’s wait and see whether Kalyanram and Puri combination film will provide break for the two or not!

Bellamkonda Sreenivas made his acting debut with Alludu Seenu. The film was a cost failure, although it made strong business like of a star hero’s. The VV Vinayak directorial minted around Rs 23 crore shares for full run worldwide, which is a great achievement for a debutante.

Apparently distributors are not bothered about Alludu Seenu debacle result, as Sreenu’s new film Speedunnodu is doing strong pre release business. As per trade reports, Speedunnodu Krishna area rights have been sold to Devi Films for whopping Rs 1.20 crores NRA (non-refundable-advance basis).

The amount is much bigger than business of other young (hit) heroes for the territory. The total pre-release business of Speedunnodu is said to be about Rs 25 crores. In fact, the grand promotions are tempting buyers to invest good price on the film.

Big league celebrities such as VV Vinayak, Tamanna Bhatia, Regina Cassandra, Catherine Tresa etc had attended Speedunnodu audio launch and Venkatesh, Nagarjuna lent their support by gracing platinum disc function.

The promos of the film are incessantly being telecasted in TVs and ads are published every day on all Telugu dailies. Tamanna who just did an item number in Speedunnodu is also taking part in movie promotions. In fact, Tamanna’s song is expected to be one of the major assets of the film.

Since original version Sundarapandiyan was a blockbuster, expectations on Speedunnodu are quite decent. The film directed by ‘remake specialist’ Bheemaneni Sreenivasa Rao is hitting screens on February 5th.

A couple of days ago, Rahman took to Twitter to release a single from his upcoming musical romantic entertainer, Sahasam Swasaga Saagipo, starring Naga Chaitanya and Manjima Mohan.

The film is being directed by Gautam Menon and fans are expecting the Ye Maaya Chesave magic to repeat once again. While the single ‘Vellipomaakey’ has already become a chartbuster, there are also several discussions that Rahman has cleverly lifted the ‘Powerful’ song by Ellie Goulding and Tarrus Riley.

Critics are opining that Rahman tweaked and rearranged the original song’s tune and orchestration for his version. Well, here are the two songs and you can decide it for yourself.

There have been reports that, Mahesh Babu will produce a film with his brother-in-law Sudheer Babu that will be directed by Srinu Vaitla. Condemning the reports as false, Sudheer Babu stated that, he is yet to sign his next project after Bhale Manchi Roju.

“News about Mahesh producing a film in the direction of Srinu Vytla with me is false. I haven’t signed any project in telugu after BMR. Sorry guys, even though I wish it was true no such discussions happened at all with Srinu garu.

Despite the fact that, actress Kriti Sanon’s maiden picture 1 Nenokkadine starred Mahesh Babu turned out to a disaster, the slender beauty is getting some plum offers.

Fortunately for her, several Bollywood filmmakers and stars are considering Kriti’s name for their films. Since most of Bollywood top heroines are busy with other commitments and also for the reason that Kriti has all features of a star heroine, she is in frontline for few much awaited flicks in Hindi. Bellamkonda Suresh is an intelligent producer. When Ye Maya Chesave received positive talk, he immediately signed Samantha for couple of films. In no time, the Chennai Ponnu had become top actress in Telugu. The same producer signed two films deal with another Tollywood star heroine Tamanna Bhatia.

While Samantha played lead roles in Rabhasa and Alludu Seenu, Tamanna was seen sizzling opposite Bellamkonda Sreenivas in the VV Vinayak directorial. Now, the actress has again danced for a special song in Sreenu’s new film Speedunnodu. Guess what, the producers have spent absolutely Rs 2 crores on the bachelor party song, which includes Tamanna’s remuneration.

This has been informed by none other than the film’s director Bheemaneni Srinivasa Rao who is also producing the flick. Off late, producers are spending fancy sum on film sets, but that amount of Rs 2 crores sounds high for Srinivas who is still fresh in the field and is yet to prove his mettle.

Tamanna might have paid lesser amount than her regular pay, as Bellamkonda signed her long ago. Teaser of the song where Tamanna was seen oozing some oomph is appearing visually imposing.

Sonarika Bhadoria is leading lady opposite Sreenivas and this dazzling beauty is also seen glamorous in the promos. Meanwhile, the film which is an official remake of Tamil super hit Sundarapandian is due for release on this coming Friday (February 5th).

When star heroes were struggling to deliver hits, young hero Raj Tarun shocked even industry bigwigs and trade pundits by scoring hat trick hits. Usually, successful hero films will have minimum of openings, but only thing makers should do is right publicity.

Coming back to Raj Tarun his latest release Seethamma Andalu Ramayya Sitralu (SARS) is losing most of its theatres to next releases in the week, owing to weak performance. The film botched to collect decent shares in first weekend and is further weakening in week days, only because of poor promotions.

Only positive thing for the producers is they have bagged double profits, even before the release. Cashing in on Raj Tarun’s current craze in youth, the producers who spent on Rs 4 crores on the project have sold it for Rs 8 crores to various distributors.

So, 4 cr table profits for them, much before to the film’s outing. However, the distributors are crying for their wrongdoing of investing such big amount on the project. In fact, producers are also worried about the result, as it will damage their banner’s name.

Sailendra Babu is a well known producer in Kannada and is willing to make his mark in Telugu industry. Unfortunately, the flop talk is bothering him.

As a matter of fact, SARS should have made good business at least in first week, if PR works were strong. Now, the film is providing huge losses to all the distributors. Moreover, Raj Tarun lost his charisma with the dud result.
