‘I Am Adopting Andhra Pradesh’
Indian agriculturist Subhash Palekar attended inauguration of eight day training classes’ camp of ‘Zero Budget Natural Farming’ at Sarpavaram of Kakinada as chief guest. ‘I am adopting Andhra Pradesh from today to make it as a state of natural farming,’ said Palekar who practiced and wrote many books about Zero Budget Spiritual Farming.
This is for the first time in India, six thousand people, including 5 thousand farmers and 1 thousand agriculture department staff, are being trained for 8 days on natural farming.
Agriculture Department Principal Secretary Vijay Kumar requested Palekar to adopt AP to make it as a natural farming state. Palekar contentedly accepted the proposal. Palekar said arbitrary usage of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, forgetting about the traditional farming system brought despair to millions of farmers with its ruinous effects on soil fertility and also on the rural economy.
“Natural farming is the only solution to the evils faced by the farming community and the nation. It requires little use of water, electricity almost ten percent of present usage of these resources. Yet it is scientific and modern that achieves higher yields,” concluded Palekar.

Hrithik recently fell down and suffered a severe injury during the shooting of an action scene on the sets of his period epic Mohenjo Daro. The macho star sustained a sprained leg and two torn ligaments, making him out of action for nearly a month.

Worst KFC experience…
A woman’s KFC dining experience turned horrifying when she learned about what she was about to consume. The chicken meal in appearance was actually filled with raw giblets. Cassandra Perkins, 22, thought that it was a brain or lung as it did not look like chicken.
But on observing clearly and pulling the flecks, Perkins realized that it was raw giblets. The KFC outlet of Wellingborough, UK, apologized to the woman. The woman, who even took pictures of the disgusting meal, was just offered to swap her dinner.
Perkins stated that she will never return back to KFC. Meanwhile, KFC has admitted that the team forgot to take out the giblets from chicken and apologized for the mistake.
Vangaveeti Radha Warns RGV
Following the positive response for Killing Veerappan, Ram Gopal Varma announced that his next and the last Tollywood film will be Vangaveeti, a biopic on the sensational Vijayawada political leader, Vangaveeti Ranga.
Varma said that this biopic will show the rise of Ranga and the tense consequences that took place in the city after his assassination. Today, Ranga’s son Vangaveeti Radha gave a strict warning to Ram Gopal Varma against showing his father’s life in bad light.
Radha said that he has no objection to RGV showing facts in his film, but he and all his father’s fans will not tolerate RGV if he takes sides of a particular community.
Radha further said that everyone knows how biased and prejudiced RGV is and even dared him against talking nonsense about their family name. Radha further said that he will not be responsible for any reaction against RGV by his father’s followers if facts are distorted in his film. Finally, Radha concluded saying that RGV has not approached him or his family members till date.
Rohit’s Mother Admitted to ICU
A week after the death of his son Rohit Vemula, mother Vemula Radhika was admitted to hospital Sunday night. She was admitted to Intensive Care Unit of a private hospital. Radhika was hospitalised following her complaint of ‘chest pain’.
Radhika was shifted from the protest camp on the university campus and taken to a private hospital after she complained of ‘chest pain…heart pain’; she is now in ICU, Rohith’s brother Raja told media. Rohit, allegedly a ‘dalit’ research scholar, had reportedly committed suicide on the Hyderabad Central University (HCU) campus on January 17th evening.
Rohit was suspended from the hostel as he was involved in an attack on ABVP leader Susheel Kumar. He was one of the five research scholars suspended last year in connection with an attack on the ABVP leader. Meanwhile, a detailed probe is going on in Rohit’s suicide.
