Couple of months ago, photographs of a gorgeous NRI beauty named Latha Hegde made a splash on the internet. Latha will debut in Tollywood in Tuntari, starring Nara Rohith as the main lead. Latha hails from Kannada family settled in New Zealand.

While one wonders about Latha’s journey from the Kiwi land to Tollywood, here’s the revelation. Latha Hegde got the opportunity to act in Tuntari when the film’s director Kumar Nagendra spotted some of her photographs on her Facebook profile way back in 2013.

Soon, Kumar Nagendra offered her Tuntari and Latha flew down to Hyderabad to shoot for the film. Latha was 7 when her family migrated to New Zealand.

This marketing grad is also the winner of Miss India New Zealand crown and a successful model in New Zealand. Latha Hegde is excited about her Tollywood debut, in which she plays an innocent village girl who falls for the charms of an athlete, played by Nara Rohith.

Young Rebel Star Prabhas is the proud hero to have been starred in Tollywood’s latest industry hit ‘Baahubali’. The movie proved the stamina of a Telugu movie at all India level. As it being a New year’s Day today, Prabhas Prabhas thanked all of his fans for making 2015 a memorable year.

“Thank you darlings for making 2015 a very memorable year for me… Love you all and a very Happy Happy 2016,” posted Prabhas in his face book page. Prabhas is busy shooting for ‘Baahubali 2’ at the moment.

Touted to be a complete folklore entertainer, ‘Baahubali 2’ has ensemble star cast who include Prabhas, Rana, Anushka, Tamannah, Ramya Krishna, Prabhakar, Satyaraj and others. Keeravani scores the music of the movie. The movie is being directed by SS Rajamouli on Arka Media Works.

Mumbai: Unlike most of the B-town fraternity which prefers going abroad to bring the New Year, Rohit Shetty celebrated New Year at Aamby Valley. According to reports, the director visited the beautiful place with his wife, kids, mother, sisters and his crew members along with their families.

It is a know fact that Rohit considers his team as his extended family. He is close to his unit and takes care of them, which is why he decided to spend the new year with them and his family members. In fact, in the end credits of his movies it is always mentioned ‘by Rohit Shetty and team’.

Rohit’s film ‘Dilwale’, which released on December 18, 2015, has entered the list of top 10 foreign grossers by collecting $18.5 million in the first 10 days of release. The movie was released in 1,210 screens abroad. This puts Dilwale at the number seven spot in the top 10 Bollywood movies overseas. The film is all set to release in Germany, Iraq, Palestine, Peru, Switzerland, Morocco, Austria and Egypt in the coming weeks.

Mumbai: As we bid adieu to 2015 yesterday, several B-town celebrities headed out to party. Celebs like Malaika Arora Khan, Shweta Bachchan Nanda, Sonali Bendre along with husband Goldie Behl and Rahul Khanna were spotted at socialite Natasha Poonawala’s year end bash.

Mumbai: After few behind the scenes pictures and many suspense, the first look of director R Balki’s upcoming film ‘Ki and Ka’ is here and the chemistry between Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor looks extremely sizzling in the picture.

Kareena and Arjun, who have been paired together for the very first time on-screen, will be seen playing a contemporary couple. While Kareena will play a corporate wife, her leading man will be seen playing a house husband.

The film will also have Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan making cameo appearances.
