We all know the differences between Srinu Vaitla and Kona Venkat. They parted ways before Aagadu but were brought again together by Ram Charan for Bruce Lee. But the movie failure reopened the old wounds yet again.

Kona Venkat made several defaming comments on Srinu Vaitla in various promotional interviews of Shankarabharanam which prompted Srinu Vaitla to lodge a complaint on Kona in Film Chamber and Directors Association.

The other day there was a news that Vaitla threw a big party to celebrate Kona’s Shankarabharanam failure. In the wake of all this, Kona decided to give the controversy a break. “This is turning out to be a daily serial of sort.

There is nothing between us now. We may work together for a film tomorrow and may also give a interview together,” Kona said in a media interview.

With the grand success of her debut American TV series Quantico, Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra is now a global celebrity. In her latest interview, the Bajirao Mastani actress spoke at length about her Hollywood aspirations. Priyanka said that she does not want to do anything (acting in Hollywood) for the heck of it and that she is not desperate to prove a point to someone.

Priyanka also revealed that she has a Hollywood agent since five years but that she accepts her projects on her own terms. ‘I am a star here in Hindi Cinema so I don’t want to do anything for the heck of it. I would do films there (Hollywood) if it excites me,’ said the 34-year-old former Miss World.

Priyanka further said that she works 16 hours per day and that she doesn’t sleep much at night or enjoy her weekends or birthday or festival for the love of her profession. Priyanka’s next film, Bajirao Mastani, in which she played Kashibai, is slated for a December 18 release.

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s prestigious 99th film ‘Dictator’ is currently progressing at lightening speed to match with the announced release date of coming Pongal season. Director Srivass is making the things to happen so fast as per the planned schedule. With most powerful corporate EROS on to his side, there is no dearth for funding and the film is reported to have come out with exquisite grandeur. However, EROS is also having different plans with ‘Dictator’ script and they are contemplating on the move to remake the same in Bollywood with none other than Sanjay Dutt.

While the Bollywood Khal Nayak is soon to come out of prison completing the punishment, there are high probable chances on ‘Dictator’ to become his first project. Of course, everything is in initial stages of discussion and a proper official statement can only solve the mystery. After several heartwarming stories about how thousands of people and even celebs turned volunteers to help fellow Chennaites, here are a couple of touching gestures by Hindus and Muslims towards each others during the Chennai floods.

As per the reports, around 50 members of a Muslim NGO named Jammat E Islami Hindi in Chennai took part in the cleaning of Hindu temples to start the daily puja and other rituals. The NGO volunteers cleaned the temples in Saidapet and Kotturpuram with the participation of several local Hindus, who were more than happy to help them.

The mutual display of communal harmony doesn’t end here as a fully pregnant Hindu lady named Chitra went into labor pains with no one to help her and her husband Mohan during the floods.

However, a Muslim man named Yunus came to their rescue and in the last minute and shifted her to a hospital where she delivered a baby girl. In a touching thanksgiving gesture, Chitra and her husband named their baby girl Yunus, after the man who helped them in such challenging conditions.
