Telugu producer C Kalyan has announced some sort of variety challenge the other day. If anyone could watch the latest horror movie “Mayuri” without getting scared, then they are going to award 5 lakhs cash prize. This sounds rather silly, right?

The very first doubt that comes to our mind is, how would C Kalyan identify which movie goer is getting scared and who’s not. It makes clear that he’s giving such statements only to bring people to theatres. However, cine observers have a different idea for him. Rather promising some 5 lakh reward and all, why can’t he get Nayantara to promote the movie? Among all the present generation heroines, Nayantara is one beauty who never promotes her films.

Even some super starlets like Sridevi and Aishwarya Rai don’t do that, but Nayan says promoting is not her job. As no producer could sign a clause with her to promote their movies, she’s showing stars to all. Rather this 5 lakhs promise, get Nayan such that people will rush to theatres.

The Telugu hero in question who said to have changed a lot after marriage is none other than Manchu Manoj, younger son of actor Mohan Babu. Manchu Manoj, who recently tied the knot with Pranathi Reddy, was spotted while shooting for his next film. The yet-to-be titled film is being helmed by director Dasaradh who made films like Santosham, Mr Perfect.

Manoj was seen well-dressed in a blue suit and a tie. He also wore right pair of glasses and holding a brief case in one hand which indicates that Manoj was working in a top MNC in his upcoming film. The film’s shoot is currently going on at brisk pace in an engineering college in the outskirts of Hyderabad.

Given that Dasaradh is well-known for showcasing his heroes in soft manner and most of his heroes are gentlemen, businessmen, there’s a curiosity on Manoj’s character after the stills got leaked. Even looks wise, Manoj is looking more mean, lean post marriage. Let’s wait and watch till the film’s release to see how he evolved on acting front.

According to reliable sources, we get to see Energetic Star Ram delivering his most energetic performance ever in his forthcoming film Shivam. Ram said to have unleashed his best in Shivam directed by newcomer Srinivas Reddy. For the first time, buxom beauty Rashi Khanna is pairing up with the Kandireega star.  It’s heard that film’s talkie part has come out well. The songs of Shivam are tipped to be one of the highlights which see Ram shaking legs with great energy, zeal.

Out of six songs, three have been shot in the overseas against the picturesque locales. Rockstar music composer Devi Sri Prasad has rendered tunes while well-known cinematographer Rasool Ellore cranked his camera. Bhaskarabhatla’s lyrics are going to be another highlight for the album, add sources in the know.

Meanwhile, the makers have made all arrangements to launch the audio of Shivam on grand note. Ace producer Allu Aravind is expected to be one of the chief guests for the grand gala do which will be held on Saturday (Sep 12) at Shilpakalavedika. Since this year marks 30th anniversary for Sravanthi Movies, makers are leaving no stone unturned.

Power Star Pawan Kalyan will not dedicate his time fully for films, since he has other commitments too. He is allocating most of time to strengthen Jana Sena Party. In between, he is spending good time in farming. Pawan Kalyan may quit or lessen his time on films, after his direct political entry expected for 2019 elections. So, producers are in hurry to make films with him, before the cut-off date.

Pawan Kalyan is presently shooting for Sardaar Gabbar Singh being helmed by Bobby. Though he has given nod for Dasari Narayana Rao and Dil Raju to work under their production, scripts are not ready for any of these films. In fact, Pawan Kalyan will commit for one whichever comes up with convincing script. So, both Dasari and Dil Raju are in hurry to prepare intriguing subjects.

As per reports, while Dasari approached Trivikram Srinivas to work, Dil Raju is looking for proficient writer and skilled or experienced director for a patriotic film. He already registered a title ‘Jana Gana Mana’.

However, nothing is going their way for both Dasari and Dil Raju since most of the top technicians in the industry are committed for other projects.

Interim, Sardaar shooting will be wrapped up by early in 2016 and the mass action entertainer is expected to grace theaters in summer. So, Dasari and Dil Raju have half a year time to prepare a plausible script for Pawan Kalyan. Who will do it?
