When Babu Offered Bundle Of Cash To A Beggar
AP Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has been a favorite politician for many of his followers over the past few decades, not just for his able administration but also for his kind heart towards those in need. In one such public demonstration of generosity, Chandrababu surprised a poor lady who was begging for alms on the streets of Vizag.
Yesterday, the CM, who is known for his surprise official visits, was touring Vizag and the old lady, who was begging on the roads, approached him just before Chandrababu was boarding his convoy. The poor lady told the CM that she has no family to look after her and sought his help. Moved by the old lady’s plight. Babu immediately offered her all the cash he was carrying.
Needless to say, the old lady was quite happy with CM’s gesture. Not stopping with this, Chandrababu even ordered the GVMC Commissioner to admit the lady in one of the night shelters being run by the municipality.
However, much to the surprise of the municipal staff, the old lady left the premises even as the staff was finishing her admission formalities.
Balayya Fans Kept Jr NTR Away?
Despite not being a Film Star, nor any Political campaigns to his name, Nandamuri Balakrishna’s son Mokshagna has enjoyed an unparalleled treat from fans yesterday on the eve of his birthday. All the ads given by prominent hardcore Nandamuri fans have saw Sr NTR and Balayya’s images on the top and Mokshagna’s image. Neither a small banner erected by Nandamuri fans in Kurnool district nor the other paper, web and media ads have saw Jr NTR’s image on them. If we have to talk about Nandamuri 3rd generation, its Jr NTR who is enjoying that stunning stardom and is a big star now. How come his name or image went missed?
Probably his distancing from Telugudesam Party in the recent election has hurt these hardcore fans a lot. After he’s not seen at few weddings and other functions inside Nandamuri family, it’s confirmed that he’s being kept out of scene. Now that Mokshagna’s entry is on the cards soon, are these fans thinking about the youngster as a best alternative to Junior? It seems so!!
Manchu Vishnu Attends CBI Special Court
Actor and producer Manchu Vishnu presented himself before the CBI Special Court this morning to give his witness in the corrupt censor board officer Srinivasa Rao case. It was reported earlier that the CBI arrested the censor officer for demanding 5 lakhs from producer Prasad Reddy to clear his film Andala Chandamama.
Recently, the CBI police arrested Srinivasa Rao redhanded while accepting bribe from producer Prasad Reddy. The producer claimed that the censor officer demanded 5 lakhs to issue a clean U certificate for his film Andala Chandamama.
Manchu family’s fight with Censor Board dates back to Denikaina Ready days, when Mohan Babu complained against the then censor chief Dhanalakshmi. The tussle continued as Vishnu filed a complaint against the censor board members for demanding bribe to issue censor certificate during his Doosukeltha release.
Jr NTR Changed Title To ‘Abhiram’
From a time, it is widely believed that “Nannaku Prematho” is the title of Jr NTR’s latest movie that is being shot in London under Sukumar’s direction. Also it is believed that NTR has adde “maa” to the title owing to sentiments as films starting with “N” have flopped for him miserably. But on a serious note, he asked for another title change it looks.
Producer BVSN Prasad has registered the title of “Abhiram” at Film Chamber the other day. If not for NTR, for whom this title is for? Insiders suggested that for a film that is getting completely shot in abroad, this sentimental title won’t give that perfect outlook, is what NTR believes in. Almost 80% of Jr NTR’s film will be shot in abroad and the unit will return to India this month end. Maybe then title will be announced officially. So which one among these two will be finalised?
Also, it is heard that Sukumar is on the look out for another star heroine to do a special song in Jr NTR’s movie. Earlier Rashi Khanna was supposed to do that song, but she has opted out now it seems.
Raviteja to give a chance to a flop director!
Mass Maharaja Raviteja’s recent outing, Kick-2 is a miserable flop. Raviteja after the failure come out in open and said that he trusted the senior director against his instincts and finally bagged a failure as a result. May be for that reason, he is now giving a chance to a flop director.
The actor reportedly okayed a script narrated by Oh My Friend fame Venu Sriram. It is said that he is super impressed with the script and is confident that it will present him in a never seen before role.
Raviteja is currently in Europe shooting for his next, Bengal Tiger. By the end of this schedule, the movie shooting will be complete. This project may be launched after the release of Bengal Tiger.
Talk: Young Hero’s Shanti Puja for Marriage
According to grapevine, one of the Telugu cinema’s youthful hero has performed a special Shanti Puja and yagam recently in city. Apparently the hero is going through rough phase in his career and is on a downward spiral. Even on personal front, all is not well. Fazed with this, the hero along with his family members offered special prayers. Buzz has it that they have roped in a group of priests from Kakinada to do this Shanti Puja.
The hero is in his early 30s was once popular as lover boy and known for youthful romances. He is son of yesteryear heroine and yet he is struggling to get big offers now. Naturally this said to have affected his personal career as well. While his peers and are tying the knot and becoming family persons, the young hero is waiting for his time to get settled.

Singham Hari to direct NTR?
The speculations over NTR’s 26th project are increasing day by day. We have heard names like Gopichand Malineni, Koratala Siva and Trivikram for the project. And now the rumour mills say Singham Hari may be the one.
They say NTR is committed to do a project for PVP Cinema banner and they have materialized the combination of NTR and Hari. Clarity over this will emerge only after NTR returns to Hyderabad after completing abroad schedules of his next.
Nannaku Prematho (Tentative title) will complete its shooting part by November end. NTR is likely to begin the shooting of his next in December itself. He will take a break later for the promotions of the film.
AP’s Target: $1.3 Billion Investments From Telugu NRIs
CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu led AP government has initiated an ambitious new entity, Non Resident Telugu Inc (NRT), with an aim to collect $1.3 billion investments within a year from the Telugu speaking NRI diaspora. Through this initiative, the government also plans to make the Telugu NRIs part of AP’s development through investments.
The NRT is an independent corporation which aims to group the Telugu diaspora on a single platform. The state government will be tapping nearly 1 million Telugu families living across the world, and encourage them to donate $1,300 more to the already existing amount of $5,000 each year, making it 10,000 crore.
The NRT will provide these Telugu families an investment platform and supports those who look for assistance from the government. NRT authorities reveal that majority of the families are willing to offer money, but they are asking for transparency in the system.
CM Chandrababu believes that “NRTs are natural extension and integral part of the Teluguites and the government is responsible for their empowerment, welfare and growth.
