Superstar Rajinikanth’s next film is fast completing its pre-production and getting ready for the shooting on September. In the film, Rajini plays the role of an underworld don based on a real life don in Mylapore in Chennai. Recently, the film’s official title has been revealed as Kabali. Kabali is another name for Lord Shiva, and it is derived from Kapaleeswara.

Here’s an interesting titbit. The titles of Rajini’s last two films, Kochadaiiyaan and Lingaa, are also the other names for Lord Shiva. In Kabali, the Superstar will be playing the titular role with a Lord Shiva name for the third time in a row. However, what’s troubling the fans is the box-office performance of both the films.

With both Kochadaiiyaan and Lingaa biting the dust badly, Rajini fans are hoping that the fortunes will be turned this time around. Let’s hope that Lord Shiva will bless Rajini and his fans with a blockbuster in this third attempt. In the past too, Rajini’s films like Arunachalam, Annamalai, Shiva and Netrikan had their titles, also the other names for Lord Shiva. Mass Maharaja Raviteja’s Kick-2 is all set for a grand release this Friday. The movie is all set for a grand release across the globe and the advance bookings are very good indicating an excellent opening. It is emerging that the movie is 161 minutes long.

By normal standards, the movie’s run time is long and should be very gripping to keep the audience engaged. The onus is on Surender Reddy to make the film a success. Rakul Preet Singh plays the female lead while Thaman composes the music.

This is the first production venture of Kalyan Ram with another hero than himself. Vakkantham Vamsi who penned Kick is also the writer of this film.

Here is a disappointing news for all those who are waiting for Baahubali-2. The movie release may take more than an year now. The shooting of the movie is already 40% complete along with the first part. The rest of the shooting will resume from October.

It is said that they are planning to release the movie for Dussehra 2016. Rajamouli is reportedly planning to invest more on the visual effects to give a better experience to audience. Rajamouli is currently tailoring the movie’s script.

The ace director already said that he will make little changes to the movie script according to the feedback from the audience and he is working accordingly.

Naga Chaitanya is licking his wounds after that failure of Dochey and is keenly working of his next with Gautam Menon to back on success route. It is said that Naga Chaitanya will take up the Telugu remake of Malayalam super hit, Premam after this project.

Karthikeya fame Chandoo Mondeti will be wielding megaphone for this project. The movie will go on floors once Naga Chaitanya completes the shooting of his untitled movie with Gautam Menon. Premam is a blockbuster hit in Malayalam.

The movie with subtitles did extremely well across the country. The remake rights of the movie are with Sravanthi Ravi Kishore. Earlier it is said that Ram may remake the film but now it is in Naga Chaitanya’s court.

Here is the big news. Bollywood Mega Star Big B Amitabh Bachchan is going to share screen space with his wife-actor Jaya Bachchan in Hindi cinema after 14 years. The duo is seen in a special appearance in Balki’s upcoming romantic comedy ‘Ki and Ka’. Balki has shot with Mr Amitabh and Mrs Amitabh on Sunday for 10-long-hours.

Amitabh and Jaya going to play themselves in the film. The suite room of a star hotel was shown as Amitabh and  Jaya’s living room in Jalsa (Amitabh’s bungalow in Juhu, Mumbai). What’s more? The pictures of Abhishek, Sweta Bachchan could also be shown whereas Amitabh’s dad Harivanshrai Bachchan’s photograph in gold frame could be seen hanging to the wall.

It’s heard that the couple would be seen during a comedy sequence with Arjun Kapoor. The Bachchan couple were allowed to pick their own costumes. Apparently, doctors told the boy’s parents that the boy has only a few months left in his life.

This young boy in the wheel chair is a huge fan of Mahesh Babu. He has been wishing to meet Mahesh since many days. Some one put up his photographs and his wish on social media and when Mahesh got to know about his little fan’s wish, he arranged for the boy and his family to come to Hyderabad and spent some quality time with the boy today.

Even more touching fact is that when the media wanted to cover the whole interaction to air it on TV, Mahesh politely refused and preferred to have a low profile chitchat with the boy.
