Mahesh to concentrate on his native’s development!
It is known that Superstar Mahesh Babu had announced the adoption of his native village, Burripalem and develop it as smart village. The actor now wants to concentrate on it and will want to show the result in the next 2-3 weeks. Mahesh Babu’s Brother-in-law, Jay Galla came up with this idea.
Mahesh got connected to it as he is impressed with the village adoption concept in Srimanthudu. However he did not take it up immediately as people are likely to feel he is doing that to promote his Srimanthudu.
Jay Galla is helping Mahesh to identify the necessities of Burripalem and detailed project report is being prepared. Mahesh Babu will be taking up this work and as well as shoot for his next, Brahmotsavam in the coming days.

“When everyone knows that no South hero has made it big in Bollywood, why should I even try there?” asks Mass Raja Raviteja, while promoting his latest movie Kick 2.
However he hasn’t ruled out the idea of starring in a Bollywood movie completely. Because the mass superstar feels that he’s like an Akshay Kumar. Have a look at what he says.
Ravi is quite excited about the August 21st release Kick 2, which is coming as a sequel to his super hit 2009 film Kick. He reveals that the action is quite bigger and better this time. Okay, what about his Bollywood plans anyway.
“I’m interested in multi-starrer films if anyone offers. Such that the film will be worth a watch and audiences will get a taste my talents too. I’m like an Akshay Kumar of Bollywood to Telugu audiences. So, my stunts in multi-starrers do work”, he avers.
Kick 2, directed by Surender Reddy, features Raviteja as son of Kick hero Kalyan and he’s said to be on a mission. Moreover the stunts in this film are going to be brand new and never seen. After lot of postponements, Kick 2 is hitting cinemas on August 21st. Hope it works big time.

Chandrababu started five days a week work in AP
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu taking his promise of five days a week work from AP seriously. The Chief Minister was in AP for the last one week after returning from his Turkey trip and returned to Hyderabad on Saturday night.
He was in Krishna, West Godavari and Vishakapatnam tours in that one week trip. He will stay here today and will fly to Kurnool tour on 17th. From there he will be flying to his own constituency, Kuppam for a two days tour on 18th and 19th.
On the other side, Naidu is also taking the administration shift very seriously. Talks are on between the government and the employees association to make sure they shift to Amaravati as soon as possible.
Gaddar, All-Party Candidate For Warangal LS?
If the reports from political circles are to be believed, revolutionary singer and Telangana protagonist Gaddar is likely to be the common candidate of all the opposition parties for Warangal Lok Sabha seat, byelections for which are going to be held in October.
According to these reports, the Congress has mooted the proposal for fielding Gaddar, as former Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar has not evinced much interest from contesting the Warangal LS bypolls.
The proposal was also supported by the Left parties and though the Bharatiya Janata Party might not agree for Gaddar’s candidature, the TDP might discreetly support him since he is the best bet to defeat the Telangana Rashtra Samithi candidate.
If TDP supports Gaddar, the BJP, too, might have to succumb to the pressure, say sources.
Interestingly, the TRS has not been able to find a suitable candidate for the by-elections. And if Gaddar contests, it will be in deep trouble as the balladeer has strong popular support.
However, it is not yet known whether Gaddar will agree to this proposal as he does not believe in elections.
