Telangana leaders perform better than AP leaders!
Well, it looks like the Centre is being more loyal to the Telangana State rather than the bifurcated Andhra Pradesh. Coming to the story, the Telangana state has been demanding for the separation of High Court and has also created ruckus in the Parliament regarding the same. Getting a positive response from the Union Law Minister Sadananda Gowda has filled the dreams of Telangana politicos.
On the other hand even the Andhra Pradesh MPs have tried hard to get Special status but failed to do so. This also angered Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.
Law Minister promised that the Centre is keen to grant the separation of High Courts. However, the minister said that no statement should be made regarding this as the issue is pending in the Court.

Demand for Section 8 in Andhra Pradesh?
Discussion on section 8 in AP state reorganisation committee always increases tensions between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. While AP CM Chandrababu demanded implementation of section 8 in Hyderabad, common capital of two states, Telangana CM KCR and others opposed vehemently.
Now in a surprising manner demand for section 8 implementation in Andhra Pradesh came. This shocked many and those who made the demand are opposition party leaders YSRCP headed by Jagan Mohan reddy.
YSCRP leader Bhumana Karunakar Reddy alleged that police atrocities in CM Chandrababu’s own district Chittoor are increasing and demanded action against them. He said there is plot to eliminate MLA Roja in Nagari.
He said police are slapping false cases and harassing Roja and her supporters only due to pressure applied by TDP leader Gali Muddu Krishnama Naidu. Roja demanded implementation of section 8 as law and order is detoriariting in AP.
Birthday wishes to the ‘Big Budget’ director
Shankar Shanmugham celebrates his 52nd birthday today. The predominant director who shook entire Indian Film Industry turns 53 today. He made his directorial debut with the movie ‘Gentle Man’ in the year 1993.
He also bagged Filmfare Award for Best Director for that movie. ‘Indian’ in 1996 and ‘Jeans’ in 1998 were submitted by India for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film.
Most of his movies were hard hitting and convey a social message. He remaked ‘Mudhalvan’ as ‘Nayak’ in Hindi and made his debut in Bollywood. He joined hands with Super Star Rajinikanth in 2007 for the blockbuster ‘Sivaji’ and the movie made huge profits at the Box-office.
His last release ‘I’ also hit the Bull’s eye and became a feather in Shankar’s crown. Right now there is a buzz prevailing that he is going to direct ‘Endhiran 2’ with Rajinikanth in lead once again. We take privilege in wishing Shankar who is Tamil Cinema’s pride, a very Happy Birthday.
Srimanthudu 10 days Collections
Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Srimanthudu had a super second weekend at the box office. The Independence day holiday on Sunday helped the movie immensely and Saturday+Sunday total is a too good 6+ Crore share only in AP and Nizam.
The total Worldwide share in this 10 days will amount to over 67 Crore while AP+Nizam share is around 46 Crore. The real test for the movie will begin from today. It has to get around 8 Crore share more to beat Attarintiki Daredi and reach all time second position.

Mahesh Gives Hand To Puri Jagan?
Spinning something purely unknown is what Puri Jagan is, if we have to comment about his style of picking movies. Out of the blue, suddenly he has decided to work with Charmi for “Jyothi Lakshmi”. Later Nitin’s movie is said to be his game changing project, but he started that with Varun Tej as “Loafer”. And now, it is going to be another twist from him.
Ever since Ram Charan himself confirmed that Puri Jagan is likely to be the director of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 150th film as he impressed them with a stupendous story line, all eyes are on Jagan’s Auto Jaani only. But the director confirmed that he has a film with Mahesh Babu in the pipeline.
Much to anyone’s surprise the Superstar confirmed the other day that he will be working with Trivikram after wrapping up Srikanth Addala’s Brahmotsavam. In that case, what will Puri do after he wraps up Loafer by October? Many felt that Mahesh-Puri are going to come up with either Businessman-2 or Pokiri-2, but now it is understood that nothing such is finalised.
“If he finishes writing the script of 150th film, then Megastar’s film will be on the cards. Otherwise, he has to search for another new hero as usual“, says a source in the know. Let us wait and see.
