Big Success Celebration for Srimanthudu in Guntur!

Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Srimanthudu is doing exceptionally well at the box office. The makers are gearing up to increase promotional activity of the film. They are planning a huge success meet in Guntur on 16th of this month.

Since the audio function was arranged in Telangana (Hyderabad), they have chosen Andhra Pradesh for the success meet. Superstar Krishna and Mahesh fans across both the Telugu states will be attending the event.

The movie had already crossed the 50 Crore share Worldwide and is the second fastest film to reach the 50 Crore mark after Baahubali. With big Holiday weekend ahead, Srimanthudu will beat Gabbar Singh(61Cr) and enter All Time Top4 in Just 10 days after its release.

Extra Scenes Added In Srimanthudu

There are certain scenes in the trailer of “Srimanthudu” that went missing in the main film. Especially the ones where Rajendra Prasad, Shruti Haasan and their whole village walks out of the village after Sasi grabs lands from them. But that’s not seen on silver screen. Don’t worry, you can catch it now when you go to theatres for second time.

Apparently director Koratala Siva has chopped out few scenes to make the movie’s length very crisp. Despite of all these efforts, the movie has still managed to get 2 hours 40 minutes runtime. As “Srimanthudu” scored a big hit now, it is heard that Mahesh Babu has advised Koratala Siva to add those chopped out scenes to the film again. Though the length of movie might shot up by 10 more minutes, giving this extra-kick will surely give a boost to collections.

Even during his debut film Mirchi, Koratala Siva added a rain fight sequence after the release of the movie. Looks like he’s gonna repeat same strategy now.

NTR’s busy nights in London!

Young Tiger NTR’s next is scheduled for Sankranthi 2016 release and the team is trying its level best to complete the film by the time. The team is currently shooting for a song there in night effect. So the actor is toiling all nights shooting on London streets.

The makers are confident of completing the movie in December and release it for Sankranthi 2016 as planned earlier. The editing of the film is already going on at real time basis so as to avoid post production delays.

The makers have announced that they will be releasing a still of the movie on August 15th as Independence day. Nandamuri fans are very excited and are eagerly waiting for it. The makers have recently registered ‘Nannaku Prematho’ at the film chamber indicating it may be the title of the film

The team of Dictator is currently shooting a song on Balakrishna in Hyderabad. The song is said to be on Lord Vinayaka and Thaman says that it will the highlight of the entire album. The makers are planning to release the song teaser for upcoming Vinayaka Chaviti.

Jaani Master is composing moves for this song. The makers have charted non-stop schedules for the film and are planning to release the film for Sankranthi 2016. Balayya has the history of delivering blockbusters for Sankranthi and fans hope that he will repeat the feat once again.

Our readers are aware that Ram Gopal Varma is directing a film titled ‘Mogalipuvvu’ starring Sachin Joshi and Meera Chopra. The trailer of the film with the concept ‘Every married man have several hidden secrets in his mobile phone’ invoked some curiosity in audience.

The movie is being also made in Hindi with the title ‘Secret’. For some reason, Ram Gopal Varma had a change of mind and now is also contemplating to rename the Telugu version as ‘Secret’. The post production works of the movie are going on.

Centre gives clarity on Special Status

In the midst of bulging support for Special Status in Andhra Pradesh, the Centre seems to have finally given a clarity about the Special Status. Representing the Centre, Union Ministers Rajnath Singh and Arun Jaitley have said that Centre cannot grant Special Status instead a huge package.

The Ministers confirmed that the Centre is ready to grant a package more than that is included in Special Status. However, reacting to this, Special Status Sadanakartha Sivaji slammed this decision and said that the package will not benefit the needy and only fill the pockets of Sujana Chowdary and other AP Ministers.

Sivaji fired the thought of package and gave call to people to fight for Special Status which will be beneficial for the future generations. He fired at Venkaiah Naidu for playing mind games during the elections and using their charisma.

Chandrababu expressed his anguish over the MPs who represent Andhra Pradesh and failed to convince the Union Minister Arun Jaitley. Chandrababu said that Special packages will not be useful to the newly formed state instead Special Status will be beneficial. It is said that Chandrababu regretted for the kind of Ministers he had.

However, he hoped getting positive response from the President at least to accord Special Status. So, let’s see what the MPs have got to tell about it!

Srimanthudu fifth day Collections

Superstar Mahesh Babu had completed the Tuesday test as well with flying colours. The movie had amassed 3.62 Crore share only in the Telugu states on its fifth day. The movie had got some good figures despite most of the Noon shows in Andhra Pradesh washed out due to the bandh for Special Status.

But the Bandh had got the film an added advantage from Matinees where audience went to the theaters in big numbers due to the holiday.
