Chandrababu gets Centre support on RTC Division
The UPA government seems to have used high-school drop outs while framing the ‘AP Reorganization Act’ because many sections of the act clearly make no sense at all. Now one by one as such glaring mistakes comes to the fore, the worries of AP only seems to be growing.
For example, the Act had stated that while the assets of Telangana and AP would be divided on a geographical basis, the liabilities would actually be divided based on population ratio of AP and Telangana. This is nothing but gross injustice best illustrated by a clear example.
In case the assets of RTC are Rs 2000 crore and 80% of them are based in Telangana, then AP would be getting only remaining 20% of the assets. But if RTC has losses of more than Rs 1000 crore, then on population basis, Telangana will have bear the burden of only 48% where as AP would be bearing the burden for 52%.
Sources say that in this regard, Chandrababu Naidu has reportedly written a letter to the Union Home Ministry over this issue and the Home Ministry seems to have supported AP’s stand and assured to redress the issue. This is being seen as a first such victory for AP when it comes to amending the gross errors in the act.
Naidu Provokes KCR Again!
For the second consecutive day on Thursday, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu sought to provoke his Telangana counterpart, saying his party would fight tooth and nail against the anti-people policies of the TRS government.
Though Naidu appeared to have extended an olive branch to KCR asking him to come forward for talks on the post-bifurcation disputes in order to maintain cordial relations between the people of both the States, he said that his party would wage a battle against the anti-people policies of the TRS Government.
He strongly opposed KCR’s decision to take over part of Osmania University lands for housing purposes. “We shall not allow the TRS to go ahead with the move,” he said.
Naidu also warned of an agitation against injustice meted out to artistes who participated in the Telangana movement.
“We will fight till justice is done to eligible artistes who are now on the agitational path,” he said.
Naidu expressed confidence that the TDP would come to power in 2019 elections in Telangana and asked the party workers in Telangana to fight for the people’s cause and assured them the support of the local leaders and the party.
Gaana.com Hacked: Hacker meets CEO on FB
Gaana, the most popular Indian mobile app and portal for online music streaming owned by the country’s one of the biggest internet companies, Times Internet, has been hacked by a Pakistani hacker named Mak Man from Lahore. The CEO of Times Internet, Satyan Gajwani, confirmed the hack but claimed that the data of most of the website’s users had not been compromised.
Interestingly, the CEO and the hacker even communicated through their Facebook profiles regarding the hack. Apparently, the hacker has been warning the website’s technical head of the impending security threats on the site but his warnings were never taken seriously, leading him to finally hack the website’s database to highlight the vulnerability. He even published a photograph explaining the details of his ‘experiment’ with the service’s admin panel on his Facebook profile.
Upon the interaction with Satyan, the Mak Man deleted the details of the hacking, which was believed to be a SQL injection based hack. Gaana has more than 12.5 million users subscribed and the admin is currently resettling all the user details before the site goes online again after clearing all the security glitches.
The incident once again raises concern over online security that has become a biggest threat in the times with majority of a person’s personal and important details enlisted on various apps and websites.

Telugu Fans Love Suriya More Than Tamilians?

Masss’ Tamil version will also have a grand release overseas with a 670 screen count until now. On the whole, close to 1900 theaters have been confirmed for the film, a record for Suriya.
However, it is the number of theaters for the Telugu version that has become the talk of the town. Until afternoon, as many as 570 theaters have been confirmed for Masss’ Telugu version, a number far higher compared to the Tamil version in entire Tamil Nadu. Ever since his Ghajini became a blockbuster, Suriya has been a favorite Tail star for Telugu fans.
Suriya has been going through a rough patch both in Tamil and Telugu with two back to back flops with Brothers and Sikinder. But this has not deterred the distributors’ trust in Suriya’s star power and even the summer season has helped him get so many theaters, despite the huge competition posed by Ram’s Pandaga Chesko. Will Suriya bounce back strongly?
