Finally there is a bit of relief for fans who are waiting eagerly for Balakrishna’s “Dictator” to be launched. Quashing all those confusions in discussion, which were anyway raked up by Balayya by saying that he hasn’t listened to full-version of the movie’s script yet, his 99th flick found its way to be launched.

On May 29th, Balakrishna will be launching his 99th movie which will be produced by Eros Entertainment and directed by Sriwaas. Story of the flick is written by Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan while, dialoguer writers Ratnam and Sreedhar Seepana are penning punch lines.

Working title of this movie is “Dictator”, which may be declared as main title too. “My 99th film will be launched on 29th of this month. I felt complete freshness in the story narrated by Sriwaas and gave nod immediately”, said Balayya, confirming the movie.

This is a full time production Eros in Telugu for the first time. All these days they have been busy buying out movies once they are wrapped up by Telugu producers. Also Thaman is scoring music for Balayya for the first time.

It is already confirmed that Sriwass will direct this powerful film, besides producing it in joint collaboration with Eros. Nayanthara and Anjali were rumoured to have been approached by the makers to play the lead role.

As per the latest reports, Anjali has been confirmed as Balayya’s heroine for the 99th. After her last hit film, Geethanjali, surprisingly, Anjali did not sign any films in Telugu except a film in Pilla Jamindar Ashok’s direction. However, the homely beauty is busy shooting for a handful of high profile films in Tamil and Kannada.

This will be Anjali’s second film opposite a star actor. Earlier, her innocent act as Seetha opposite Venkatesh in the successful family drama, Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, got her numerous fans. Star writers Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan are providing story and screenplay for the film. Titled Dictator, the film will be launched officially on 29th May.

One of the major reasons for the skyrocketing cost of film production is the remuneration of the heroes.

Very few of them rarely compromise on this aspect and Ram Charan is now proving to be one of them.

Charan is reportedly extending his complete cooperation to the producer and director of his films to ensure that the project gets completed on time and within budget.

Bollywood Mega Star Amitabh Bachchan and his son-actor Abhishek Bachchan have invested in a cloud based content distribution platform Ziddu.com. Amitabh and Abhishek pumped in over $ 2,52,000 to buy the shares in this Singapore-based website. This is first-ever overseas investment made by the Bachchans. Kick started in 2007 by Venkata Srinivas Meenavalli and Palacharla Srinivasu, Ziddu.com is owned by Meridian Tech Pte Ltd.

The shares of Meridian were bought for $ 2,52,000 apparently using funds in two accounts – a single account of Amitabh Bachchan and a joint account he shares with son Abhishek. The transaction was made through the Reserve Bank of India’s Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS). Bachchans had to use funds in overseas accounts as the government of India not yet approved higher forex remittance for high net worth individuals who want to acquire shares, properties overseas through RBI’s LRS.

Ziddu.com provides free cloud storage, e-distribution and micro payment platform. It claims to generate 1.2 billion page views with visitors from more than 225 countries. The company clocked revenues of $20 million in calendar year 2014. It has a development centre in Hyderabad.
