Despite popular for her stylised acting, nuances and peppy looks, former anchor Colors Swathi is having nothing much in terms of film to boast about. Probably “Ashta Chemma” is the only flick that worked in her favour, as she took the major credits for success.

After hanging out with Tamil flicks for a while, Swathi is now getting ready to enthral Telugu folks with her horror acts. She will be see in the film “Tripura” which has “Geethanjali” fame director Raja Kiran handling the mantle. This might sound scathingly untrue and totally shocking, but you have to hear some devotees who have made rounds to famous Chilkur Balaji Temple to find out what they heard.

As per their revelations, one of the most-active priests at the temple, Mr Rangarajan claimed ownership of some dialogues from the movie ‘Gopala Gopala’. Yes, you heard it right.

When devotees are taking pradakshins around Balaji temple, Sri Rangarajan will be reading out verses of different puranams, epics and religious literature to fill that amusement and bring energy in the crowds. Sometimes he throws jokes and makes everyone split into laughs.

The other day he is heard saying that most of the dialogues uttered in ‘Gopala Gopala’ are his sayings and they didn’t even pay a penny to him. Is this for a joke or did really writer Sai Madhav Burra copied few of Rangarajan’s lines and incorporated them into the flick?

Forgetting their own desires they felt expressing before god, those who heard Rangarajan saying this are now in confusion over what happened with Gopala Gopala dialogues.

Pawan Kalyan was supposed to start shooting for Gabbar Singh 2 from the last week of May. He told the director and producer to plan the release for next Pongal. This is before the announcement of Chiranjeevi’s 150th film news hit the headlines.

Megastar’s 150 was announced few days ago and the director Puri Jagannadh made it very clear that it will release for Pongal.

With Megastar targeting Pongal release, Pawan Kalyan dropped the idea of releasing Gabbar Singh 2 at that time.

Pawan Kalyan is in no mood to clash with his brother’s landmark movie so that the shooting of Gabbar Singh 2 will be delayed further now.

Gabbar Singh 2 will now look at summer 2016 release, which means Pawan Kalyan has enough time to focus on other things before getting back to work.

Although there have been speculations about Gabbar Singh 2 being shelved, sources said that Pawan is not going to commit to any other project until or unless he completes this one.

Muslims donate lands to build world’s largest Hindu Temple

In a touching display of communal harmony, the Muslims in Bihar have donated huge area of land to build the world’s largest Hindu temple. The Patna based Mahavir Mandir Trust will oversee the constructing of this gigantic Virat Ram Mandir, which will boast a capacity of roofing as many as 22,000 people at once. The proposed temple will be of 2,500 feet long, 1,296 feet wide and 379 feet high.

Apart from donating the land, the Muslims have also sold the land at nominal costs. Not stopping with the land donation, the Muslims have also volunteered themselves to construct the temple along with the Hindus. This gesture is winning praises even from the staunch Hindu loyalists. The secretary of the Mahavir Mandir Trust, Acharya Kishore Kunal said, “Without help of Muslims, it would have been difficult realise this dream project.”

Estimated at a cost of 500 crores, the temple’s construction will commence in June at Janaki Nagar in Kesaria in East Champaran district. Taking the area’s proximity to Nepal, the engineers are ensuring that the temple is earthquake-proof. The Ram Mandir will now beat the record of world’s largest Hindu temple which is held by Cambodia’s most attractive pious and tourist spot, Angkor Wat Temple Complex which stands at a height of 215 feet.

Why 14 Acres For KCR Residence?

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao questioned the propriety of allocating hundreds of acres for universities and said it was not the Maharaja rule to grant so many acres to the university campus.

But his critics immediately shot back at KCR pointing out as to why he has been staying in a 14-acre camp office.

Leader of Opposition in Legislative Council Mohammed Ali Shabbir sought to know why KCR can’t utilise 14 acres of his official residence, instead of taking away land belonging to Osmania University, for the construction of weaker sections housing.

Shabbir Ali said KCR is presently residing in a sprawling bungalow of nearly three acres at Kundan Bagh. He is also acquiring adjacent building of IAS Officers Association of 11.5 acres for his residence.

“Why KCR need so much of space for himself and his wife? About 1,000 square yards should be sufficient for the residential purpose. The remaining land can be used to build houses for poor people,” Shabbir Ali said.

While last Nizam Mir Osman Ali Khan stayed in 6-acre King Koti palace, KCR’s want to live in 14 acres as he behaves like a ‘Double Nizam’.

Shabbir Ali said the move to convert CM’s camp office into a housing project would be the easiest decision.

“He can begin the construction in just one hour. Having served as Hyderabad District Incharge Minister for five years from 2004-2009, I can identify 10 more such places which can be used for weaker section housing. But KCR should take the initiative by giving away his official residence,” he said.
