Manchu’s Wedding: Mohan Babu fumes on Prabhas
The most happening event in the State is the big fat star studded wedding of the Manchu family’s notorious hero Manchu Manoj where an interesting incident happened between the Collection King Mohan Babu, the host, and Rebel Star Prabhas. It seems when Prabhas came down for the wedding Mohan Babu fumed at him.
Many say that the reason behind this was Prabhas’s attendance to the wedding. Not only this annoyed Mohan Babu but also Prabhas did not bring his family members along with him to the auspicious occasion. Kwowing this Prabhas went ahead to please Mohan Babu and hugged him tight and finally reached the lovely couple to bless them.
It is also said that Mohan Babu insisted Prabhas to bless the couple but Prabhas rejected it casually and said that its better to pose for a photograph. However, Mohan Babu sticking his words made the couple to touch Prabhas feet for his blessings.
Finally A Clarity On Jr NTR’s Movie
Seems like this much hyped flick will take some more time to start. All these days as fans are waiting for Jr NTR to kick start his action under creative director Sukumar’s direction, it is widely spread that the shoot will be rolled out in London from May 1st week. Though this was postponed to May 15th later, Junior is very much in Hyderabad and not taking part in the shoot.
Producer BVSN Prasad stated today on the eve of NTR’s Birthday that the regular shoot of NTR-Sukku film will be started from June 1st week. “We’ll roll the film in London from June 1st week. Surely NTR-Sukku combination is going to be a never seen before treat. Already Devi Sri Prasad has given five stunning tunes for the movie after the director, hero and him wrapped recent music sittings in Spain”, said Prasad.
For the third time after Sahasam and Attarintiki Daredi, BVSN will be partnering with Reliance for this flick. As Rakul Preet Singh plays the role of NTR’s heroine, senior hero Jagapathi Babu will be seen as his villain. Stay connected for updates.
Star Directors Upset With Chiru-Jagan
Star directors of Telugu industry are stunned by the revelations made by speed filmmaker Puri Jagan who is excited these days after Megastar Chiranjeevi signed him as the director for his iconic 150th film. Probably Puri should have restrained himself from talking about the back-room discussions and happenings regarding this film. They are surely a stark punch on present generation of star directors.
Sharing his excitement on how this 150th opportunity has fallen in his lap, Puri revealed, “Megastar has a long list of probable directors prepared and he rounded off my name in that list. As he confirmed that I’m the eligible person for the flick, I’ve hugged him”, said Puri, a day earlier. One wonders what made Megastar round off Puri’s name when there are big names like Vinayak, Rajamouli and Trivikram are also present.
Being a mega-follower and trusted lieutenant from a time, Vinayak would have done the job pretty well if proper masala story is given to him. Leave Rajamouli, because he will not be free for one more year due to his present commitment. Trivikram is the one who has given industry hit recently for Chiru’s brother and definitely he is also an option. Except the fact that Puri will wrap movies in record time and elevates heroism like no one else, he is travelling with a horde of flops these days. Then what prompted Megastar to round his name?
If Puri hasn’t revealed what happened in the backroom regarding his selection, it would have been fine. Even those other star directors would have thought that Puri’s story might have impressed Chiranjeevi. But with him revealing the facts, that’s gonna taste bitter for others. Because there are no big points for Megastar for the now to justify selection of Puri Jagan.
Behind The Scene: TRS or TDP?
While the BJP is already in a relationship with the TDP, it is now being wooed by the TRS in order to fulfill the ambitions of Kavitha to become a Union Minister.
As part of being in the good books of the Sangh Parivar, Kavitha has invited Union Minister Uma Bharati to launch the Godavari Pushkaram in Kandakurthi of Nizamabad district. She also emphasized the point that Kandakurthi was the ancestral village of RSS founder Hedgewar.
The TDP is not amused at these overtures of the TRS and T-TDP leader, Errabelli Dayakar Rao has said that his Party will cease to be a part of the NDA if the TRS is admitted into the NDA. So how will this triangular love story ultimately play out?
As of now, the BJP is not in need of support from either Party as it has a comprehensive majority at the Center on its own. But in politics it would be unwise to reject offers of friendship as situations never remain the same.
Also, TDP and TRS are at loggerheads as the people of both regions do not see eye-to –eye since the bifurcation. Any advantage to either Party is seen as a disadvantage to the other Party and region. It will be interesting to see how events unfold from here.
Bunny in Bangalore for a Holiday
Stylish Star Allu Arjun is on a holiday with his family enjoying his recent success, S/O Satyamurthy. He recently flew to United Kingdom along with his family and now he is back. He is now in Bangalore for one more holiday.
The actor will return to Hyderabad very soon for the launch of his next in the direction of Boyapati Srinu. The makers are planning to complete the film in non stop schedules and plan its release for Sankranthi 2016.
SS Thaman will be scoring the music and Geetha Arts will be producing this flick which is touted to be an action oriented Love Story. Currently the hunt is on to finalize the two heroines of the film. It would be interesting to see how Boyapati presents the stylish star Allu Arjun in an action avatar.
NTR’s next finally to Start Rolling!
Young Tiger NTR’s next under the direction of Sukumar is finally going on floors. The regular shooting of the film was to begin earlier this month but was moved to June first week now. The first schedule of the film will take place in London.
It will be a long schedule of some 60 days. The proceedings there will begin with a fight. Sukumar is licking his wounds after that painful failure of 1-Nenokkadine. On the other side, NTR is enthusiastic with the result of Temper.
Even though the hit magnitude is not that big, he is a very confident man post Temper success. Rakul Preet Singh will be romancing NTR for the first time in her career. The makers are targeting Sankranthi 2016 release for this movie. Jagapathi Babu will be seen in a crucial role in this film.
Attarintiki Daredi fame BVSN Prasad is producing the film on his Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra Banner. Eros International is the co-producer. Sukumar’s usual music composer, Devi Sri Prasad will be scoring the music.
Maggi to be Banned in India?
If reports are to be believed, popular ready-made snack Maggi might face ban in India. According to media reports, Maggi may soon lose its license in India as allegedly the snack is made with “overuse” of “Mono Sodium Glutamate” (MSG) and lead.
Lucknow Food Safety and Drug Administration apparently found that Maggi has high-levels of MSG beyond normal permissable limits. This is not all. Taking a big step, Lucknow Food Safety and Drug Administration has sent an application to the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) to cancel the licence for Maggi.
On testing few samples of Maggi in UP, Lucknow Food Safety and Drug Administration apparently found that Maggi noodles carry a high-level of MSG and lead in its noodles. While the permissible limit is a mere 0.01 parts per million (ppm) lead, startling revelations revealed that Maggi has 17 ppm of lead.
Meanwhile, Nestle, the manufacturer of Maggi, begged a different story altogether. Strongly denying the reports of Lucknow Food Safety and Drug Administration, Nestle claimed that Maggi has no added MSGs. Nestle is Swiss multinational food and beverage company with its headquarters located in Switzerland.
Nestle’s other products in India include KitKat, Munch, Milkybar, BarOne, Nescafe Sunrise, Nescafe Gold, Maggi Tomato sauce and several others.
Raviteja joins 10 Crore Remuneration Club!
Mass Maharaja Raviteja is currently on a high after two back to back successes – Balupu and Power. The upcoming two projects of him – Kick-2 and Bengal Tiger are also promising projects. In the wake of this high, the actor also hiked his remuneration.
Raviteja is quoting 10 Crore for his next film. He recently agreed for a script directed by Rabhasa fame Santosh Srinivas. And the actor is demanding 10 Crore for it. We have learnt that the makers are also in favour of giving the amount.
Kick-2 is gearing up for release in June first week. On the other side, Bengal Tiger in the direction of Racha fame Sampath Nandi is being shot in Ramoji film city. The film is being planned for Vinayaka Chaviti release.
