BVS Ravi, who is at the center of controversy on the allegations of stealing the script for Chiranjeevi’s 150th film from an NRI Vasudev Varma finally responded on the issue. He took to Twitter and clarified, “#150 is neither periodical nor any social problem related one nor did @Gopimohan share wid me any idea.any doubt can b cleared thru unions.

It’s a new age stylish storyline designed by @Purijagan Garu keeping in mind all the megafans and expectations of all the audience. All kinds of publicity stunts shud be put to rest and dealt with respected Unions (sic).” It is alleged that Vasudev had given this script to Krishnam Raju for Okka Adugu starring Prabhas.

Krishnam Raju’s associate and Gopi Mohan are working on it to add more entertainment in it for about 6 months. Gopi Mohan and BVS Ravi are good friends and Gopi Mohan seem to have passed the story line to BVS Ravi. The wanted director made few changes to the story and managed to get it selected by Chiranjeevi.

Vasudev Varma tried to contact Puri and BVS Ravi but they did not respond. He is now planning to take this issue to Telugu Writers’ Association and All India Writers’ Association where Okka Adugu script is already registered.

Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s Bengal Tiger is progressing at brisk pace even in hot summer. The third schedule of the movie began today in Ramoji film city. Some talkie and two songs will be canned in this schedule which will go on till June 15th. Brahmanandham will also be entering in this schedule.

Sampath Nandi who was supposed to direct Pawan Kalyan’s Gabbar Singh-2, came back to Ravi Teja with Bengal Tiger after Pawan’s refusal. It is said that Ravi Teja will be playing a police officer in this film too. Tamannah and Raashi Khanna are the female leads in this project.

The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on 18 September 2015 coinciding with Vinayaka Chaviti. KK Radha Mohan will be producing the film under his Sri Satya Sai Arts banner. He earlier produced Sampath Nandi’s debut movie, Emaindhi Eevela which was a big hit back then.

With the Super success of Kick, there is so much of curiosity and expectations on Mass Maharaja’s Kick-2. The movie is gearing for Late Summer release. The satellite rights of the film were picked for a massive 7.5 Crore which is highest in Ravi Teja’s career so far.

Leading Entertainment Channel, Gemini picked the satellite rights paying this record amount. Kick-2 is not exactly a sequel to Kick but Ravi Teja will carry some continuity from that film to this one. The director promises that Kick-2 will be more entertaining than Kick.

Rakul Preet Singh plays the female lead while Thaman composes the music. This is the first production venture of Kalyan Ram with another hero than himself. It is interesting to note that it is Kalyan Ram who introduced Surrender Reddy with his blockbuster movie, Athanokkade. Vakkantham Vamsi who penned Kick is also the writer of this film.

Our readers are aware that Anushka is acting in a female centric film, Size Zero in which she will be seen as an obese women. In order to make the film more commercially viable, the makers have already roped in Shruti Hassan to play a cameo and now they have brought in Nagarjuna for a guest role in the film.

Sources say even though it is a cameo role, Nagarjuna’s character will be a game changer in the film and his presence will be felt through out the story. Nagarjuna agreed for this role on Anushka’s insistence despite being very busy acting in two films simultaneously.

Size Zero is a bilingual movie made simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil. Aarya is playing the lead role. Earlier Aarya and Anushka together acted in Varna for PVP which was a huge flop. They are doing Size Zero at reduced remuneration to bring some respite to the producer.

Mega Prince Varun Tej’s second film, Kanche directed by Krish is nearing completion. The movie unit left to Georgia for the last schedule of the film there. Few important scenes and couple of songs will be canned there and with it, the entire shooting part will be complete.

There are reports that the film with director Krish is that a period drama set in the pre-independence era dealing with the social, economic and personal differences between people belonging to the era. They say that Varun Tej is playing the role of an Indian soldier in German Dictator Hitler’s Army during the Post 2nd World War period.

Director Krish who had delivered several sensible films like Vedam, Gamyam etc is wielding megaphone for this project. Varun Tej’s debut movie, Mukunda was a big failure and had harboured all his hopes on Kanche to make an impression on audience as well as the trade. Pragya Jaiswal is romancing the actor in this film.
