The movie already went on floors and even completed a schedule. However there is an interesting fact about the film which we got from our sources within the movie unit. Srinu Vaitla is a dummy director for the film.

Raghava Lawerence is super excited with the Super Success of his recent release, Ganga. The movie is shattering the box office left right and center. All the three films in Muni series – Muni, Kanchana and Ganga were big hits and all of them have Lawerence playing the lead role.

But in one of his interviews, Lawerence revealed that the lead role of Kanchana was offered to King Nagarjuna but the latter suggested him to do that. “I can not wear saree or having turmeric on face stuff. You are the right person for the role” Nagarjuna said then as revealed by Lawerence.

Nagarjuna may be right. Fans or normal audience may find it tough to digest Nagarjuna in such character. Lawerence already directed Nagarjuna twice in Mass and Don. Both of them are big hits for Nagarjuna, there are rumours that they are readying for a third combination film too.
