KCR, Daughter Pampering Modi!
Telangana Rashtra Samithi president and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao continues to pamper Prime Minister Narendra Modi, notwithstanding the latter’s disinterest in having any sort of understanding with the TRS.
During his two-day visit to New Delhi, KCR did everything to keep Modi in good humour.
While his party MPs created nuisance in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha over division of Hyderabad High Court, KCR maintained cool as he might top Union Ministers.
He got favourable responses from Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar, Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Water Resources Minister Uma Bharati on his demands.
He also dropped hints that the TRS is prepared to work with the NDA and cooperate with Modi government in the coming days.
At the same time, his daughter and Nizamabad MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha has been making every attempt to get into good books of Modi.
On one excuse or the other, she keeps meeting the Prime Minister in the Central Hall to create an impression that she is a serious Parliamentarian. Apparently, she hopes she might get a berth in the Modi cabinet one day or the other.
BJP sources, however, said Modi is aware of the tactics of KCR and Kavitha. He does not displease them, but at the same time, he has no interest in allying with the TRS. And he wants the BJP to grow into an independent force in Telangana!
Naidu insults AP students
The Central Cabinet Minister Venkaiah Naidu revealed his original face to the Andhra Pradesh students who staged a protest in front of his residence in New Delhi. Venkaiah Naidu earlier told that Andhra Pradesh cannot be granted the Special status under the 14th Finance Commission. He fumed over the Andhra students that these protests will give only publicity.
He said ” If you go on protesting like this, you will get only publicity and nothing more than that.” It simply says that Venkaiah called the students as publicity mongers. The Andhra Pradesh JAC students were part of the dharna held today. However, Venkaiah Naidu again blamed UPA for not making a statutory protection to the Special status to AP.
He said to the students “You have all rights to do dharnas and rallies, no one will go against you’ll. You continue with your plans while I will be busy asking the Centre to grant the Special Status.” So, what do you think about this? Does he really mean it? Let’s see if Naidu works hard for it.

The TDP Coordinator has recently placed a report on the Telugu Desam workers welfare fund and the party activities he took part in the past 10 months before the Leadership. Being the convener of TDP workers welfare fund, He brought to the notice of party bigwigs that only Rs 4 crore out of donations to the tune of Rs 14 crore announced by the Leaders were received so far. It’s nothing but his style of questioning those Leaders who are yet to keep their word on offering financial assistance to party workers.
In the report, Lokesh mentioned about the promise of extending accident insurance cover to all registered members of the party. He claims to have met around 50,000 party workers in the last 10 months and personally offered financial assistance to 54 out of 534 party activists who breathed their last during this period.
He also boasts TDP reached out to 9,300 out of 14,300 Party Workers who sought assistance for Children’s Education, Marriage and Health requirements of Family Members.
Deepika’s U-turn On My Choice A Publicity Stunt?
Couple of weeks ago, Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone was in news for her controversial My Choice video. The film, in the name of women empowerment, portrayed its boisterous take on women’s freedom in sensitive matters like infidelity. Clarifying her stance for the first time since the controversy, Deepika took a total U-turn and said that she never promoted marriage infidelity through the film.
The sultry beauty said that the matter was blown out of proportion and that even she was not convinced with the infidelity part. Deepika further said that she still went ahead with the shooting since she felt that the video needed her to propagate a much larger message and also said that she is very happy with the final film.
This sudden clarification from Deepika invited a lot of flak from cynical social birds, who have been saying that Deepika chose to spoke about the controversial video now keeping her Friday release, Piku in mind. Rajamouli!! She Failed To Convince
All the first three “first look” posters of “Bahubali: The Beginning” had a stunning impact on audiences. At the very sight of them, it’s a hair raising feel. But what about the fourth poster that revealed the 3rd character of the film, Sivagami played by Ramya Krishna?
The very first poster that featured an infant getting lifted from the sea into sky with a single hand had spoke about destiny and impressed everyone. Later when Prabhas’ look is revealed as Sivudu, everyone understood the intensity in his character. It’s Anushka who gave the ultimate shock anyway.
Third Bahubali poster has her portraying the role of a chained lady who’s tortured for years. And now, Ramya Krishna comes out as a classic powerful lady from the film, but what’s confusing is her attire.
In the poster, Ramya Krishna looks like someone who belongs to the era of Zamindars in late 1800s and early 1900s but not like a royal lady who belongs to 15th century fantasy kingdom. She’s more like Neelambari revisited and that modern feel is quite visible. Somehow it’s not convincing this time. What say Rajamouli?

Education and HRD Minister of AP, Ganta Srinivasa Rao earned the wrath of parents across AP for his statements.
In view of the RTC strike, students would be badly affected as the EAMCET examination is being held today.
Ganta Srinivasa Rao then said that students and their parents should make arrangements to go the exam centers, the night before only.
So Ganta, the genius expects the parents and children to reach the exam venues early and make boarding and lodging arrangements at the venue or in the vicinity.
Instead of making arrangements to see that somehow there is an alternative arrangement made to facilitate the students, he comes out with stupid advice.
Where is the security for the girls who are unaccompanied if they were to come to the venue the previous night? No wonder the parents want Chandrababu Naidu to take Ganta to task for his stupid intelligence.

This is surely shocking news to the Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to know the news of his funeral procession that was held at Falaknuma RTC depot at Hyderabad. The RTC employees held this procession with KCR’s effigy.
The irked RTC Telangana employees have taken up the strike as the governments are not paying attention to their plea of increasing their fitment to hike by 43% and so they went ahead with an indefinite strike. The employees yelled out slogans against the government and KCR fir increasinf salaries to the state government officials and ignoring the RTC employees.
