If the buzz from film sources is to be believed, Superstar Mahesh Babu and his dear wife Namrata are going to launch a new production house very soon. This production house will be named after their son Gautham, says the buzz.

Apart from Padmalaya Studios banner there is Indira Productions headed by Manjula and Krishna Productions launched by Ramesh Babu from the Ghattamaneni family. Now Mahesh is all set to launch a new one on his son’s name as per speculations.

It would be interesting to see if Mahesh produces movies with other heroes on his banner or not. Most of the Bollywood superstars have launched own production houses and have been producing films with newcomers. Mahesh is always game for experimental flicks, but being a superstar he couldn’t attempt few novel ideas.

We can expect a new wave of movies from Mahesh Babu’s own banner going by the liking he has in contemporary cinema. As per the grapevine we can expect the official announcement from Mahesh on either his dad Krishna’s birthday or his son Gautham’s birthday.

Sources say that this proposal is being opposed very much. It is nothing related to any natural calamity or even say, for farmer suicides in the region for which they may play cricket or what ever toraise funds. If such a thing is encouraged, then whenever there is a new government, for their new policies film industry guys may have to do batting and bowling.

Is Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Lion facing one more postponement? The makers are tight lipped but sources hint towards one more postponement. The movie was announced to release on May 8th but they say it will be pushed to May 15th due to slow business. The movie had completed its censor formalities.

But there is no happenings like release date advertisements or theater lists indicating a possible postponement. This will be the second postponment for the film if it happened. Earlier the movie was planned for May 1st release but was pushed to May 8th for similar reasons. Lion comes after the super success of Legend and Balakrishna making political entry.

But still Lion do not have proper buzz due to a new director at the helm. The theatrical trailer and music album of the film are also not able to make an impact on trade and the audience. Trisha is romancing Balayya for the first time in this movie. Radhika Apte is playing the second heroine.

A new comer Satyadeva is wielding megaphone for this project. Rudrapati Ramana Rao is producing the film under his SLV Cinema banner. Mani Sharma who gave several chart buster audios to Balayya in the past is composing the music for this film.

Junior NTR is always known to be taking good care of his fans. Recently in Gadwal, a guy named Rajasekhar met with an accident and died on the spot. He is a diehard fan of Junior NTR and he is even called as NTR by his friends. Rajasekhar is unmarried and his family is in a deep financial crisis.

One TV channel reported this news and hoped that his family will be helped by the actor or the fans. The news immediately went viral on a all social networking sites and some how reached Junior NTR. He immediately alerted fans in the region and made sure the cremation of Rajasekhar is completed with respect.

He asked the fans to bring Rajasekhar’s family to him after the 11th day. He promised to help them in all possible ways. Even in the past, Junior NTR has the history of always coming forward to help his fans in need. He even used to fund the education expenses of poor students.

Mahesh Babu’s Srimanthudu just wrapped up a major schedule in Malaysia and is back in Hyderabad. The movie unit is planning a Europe schedule from 15th of this month where they will shoot three songs of the film. These songs will be canned in Italy, Rome and Spain. The entire movie shooting will be wrapped up by June end.

Earlier the makers have announced July 17th as the movie release date but they are not sure now as Baahubali is releasing a week ahead. The makers are planning to begin the dubbing works of the film from May 5th. First the character artists will dub for their roles in the film.

According to the latest update, the makers are working on the first look teaser on May 31st on the eve of Superstar Krishna’s birthday. Koratala Siva had to struggle a lot to take his second film on to sets even after delivering a blockbuster like Mirchi with his first.

Mahesh Babu is also raring to go at the box office especially after those back to back failures with 1-Nenokkadine and Aagadu in 2014. Srimanthudu is being planned for July 17th release on the occasion of Ramzan. Shruti Hassan is romancing Mahesh Babu in this film, she was last seen shaking her booty for an item song in Aagadu.

Allu Arjun is often called ‘Mallu Arjun’ for his extreme popularity in Kerala. His movies after being dubbed in to Malayalam often do well there. His recent film, S/O Satyamurthy also released there few days ago. The movie opened well there despite mixed talk in Telugu.

In the first week of its release, the movie amassed 2.05 Crore gross which can be termed as an average opening. But the movie failed to continue the pace after the first week and finally ended up as a big flop.

It is said this is the biggest failure of any Allu Arjun films released in Malayalam. Back in Telugu, the movie is also expected to incure 7-9 Crore losses due to the high rates the movie is sold for. The Summer holidays and no competition period helped the movie immensely at the box office.
