Thaman Replaces Harshavardhan in Trivikram’s Adarsha Kutumbam

Ace composer S. Thaman and filmmaker Trivikram Srinivas share a long-standing and successful collaboration, having delivered chart-topping music and impactful background scores in films like Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo and Guntur Kaaram. Their combination is often seen as a safe and proven formula when it comes to blending mass appeal with emotional depth.

However, for Venkatesh’s upcoming film Adarsha Kutumbam, Trivikram initially opted for a different route by bringing in Harshavardhan Rameshwar. Known for his breakout work in Arjun Reddy, Harshavardhan earned praise for his raw and edgy sound. But over time, maintaining that same level of impact has been a challenge, with only partial success in projects like Animal.

Now, due to creative differences and ongoing challenges in music sittings, Harshavardhan Rameshwar has reportedly exited the project. In response, Trivikram has brought back Thaman to take charge of the film’s music. Fresh composing sessions have already begun, signaling a major shift in the film’s musical direction.

A mid-production composer change is never a minor development and could potentially lead to delays. Given how crucial music is in a Trivikram film—driving emotion, comedy timing, and overall narrative flow—this change is expected to have a significant impact on Adarsha Kutumbam.
