More of the appreciations needed for Suresh Babu and Venkatesh for making a right selection. Without letting the Fans go down, Pawan has put up a commendable show with limited spilling of energy as what was required for a man of Lord Krishna’s stature.

Pawan is an apt fit for the role and we cannot assume ‘Gopala Gopala’ without him. Irrespective of the BO range and length of character, Pawan can undoubtedly give a golden underlining for this film which will remain as a feeling of proud for Power Star Fans.

While Trisha Krishnan’s engagement with Varun Manian was topping the headlines yesterday, here comes one more name of heroine tashu kaushik is also soon to get into a wedding bond. The news is officially confirmed by tashu kaushik as she got engaged to childhood friend Devang Raj Tayal on January 4 in Kanpur. Wedding function will take place at a heritage palace in Rajasthan.

‘We were friends from class 10 days but never romantically involved. I burst out laughing when my family first spoke of the proposal and immediately said yes. We have been family friends from 15 years. When we met after our confirmation of alliance, he gifted me a watch and I gifted him his favourite perfume which I promised to gift him during school days,’ Tashu said.

Despite bagging mostly positive reviews, Pawan Kalyan-Venkatesh starrer Gopala Gopala has its share of disappointing elements. Especially the principal ‘Godman’ character essayed by Mithun Chakraborty turned out to be mere dismay for fans. Since most of the Telugu audiences hardly know Mithun and his image is not registered as it was in Bollywood, the versatile actor may not help the movie.

Had it been Prakash Raj or Posani or even Pruthvi, it’d have had a different impact and the film would have got more mileage, opined several movie-goers. However, the makers cast in Mithun as he had performed well and his role stood out in original film and they didn’t want to take any chances in Telugu and opted for Mithun.

Besides this, Gopala Gopala is almost an eye-feast watching both Venky and Pawan togther on screen as it’s very fresh and raw experience to Telugu audiences. Notwithstanding lethargic screenplay at portions, the movie is expected to set cash registers ringing at the Box Office going by the rousing mouth-talk.

Although his previous venture with Siddharth Konchem Ishtam Konchem Kashtam received good reviews, the movie didn’t turn out commercial success. That’s history. Now Dolly is the man of the moment. It’s learnt that many in industry are queuing up to Dolly for more multi-starrers. Seems, many more such films are in the pipeline.

Apart from talk about performances of actors and collections of film, Gopala Gopala has become the nucleaus of discussions since a day. The reason behind this is the power in punch dialogues of Pawan Kalyan in the film. Though he played the God in Gopala Gopala, many of his dialogues are equally justified for the present political scenario in two states, they say.

“Nenu time ki Raavadam Kaadu Tammudu.. nenu Vachake time avutondi”.. seems to be a word, God says to his believer. But the same same are corelated to the change in political situation and government after Pawan’s entry. There are few other dialogues like ‘Daari Chupinche varake Naa Pani, Gamya Cherukovadam Mee pani’ and ‘Samardhulu Intlo undipothe Asamardhulu Rajyamelutaru” too can be well adopted for his political entry.

Though Pawan Kalyan never insists on dialogues about his off screen acts, Sometimes he will not refuse to utter them too. Whatever be it, Pawan Kalyan’s power punches gained huge response allover!

Rai Lakshmi, who sizzled alongside Balayya Babu in Adhinayakudu, is busy shaking her legs for spicy item numbers of late. After doing a handful of item songs in star films like Balupu and a Tamil film directed by Raghava Lawrence, now Rai Lakshmi is all set to repeat the act in a movie with newcomers.

Although all the lead cast of the film are newcomers and even the director is first-timer, Rai Lakshmi decided to groove for a song in upcoming Kadhal Pandigai. Apparently, Rai was impressed with the song and pay cheque. Rai who usually boasts her skin without any qualms, will be seen fully clad saree in this special song.

Considering that all are newcomers, the makers have roped in Rai Lakshmi to add ‘commercial’ touch to the movie. Currently in production stage, the song is yet to be shot on Rai.

Pawan Kalyan on Sunday made a surprise visit to Nellore district. It is learnt that Kalyan visited Nellore on the request of BJP senior leader and Unioin Minister Venkaiaha Naidu in the special events organised by Naidu’s own Swarna Bharat Trust. Pawan was received well with rousing reception in Venkatachalam village of the district. Kalyan will spend quality time till evening before returining to Hyderabad.

It may be recalled that Pawan Kalyan share great bonding with Nellore and its people as his principal education was in Nellore. Kalyan studies in Nellore’s St. Joseph English Medium High School in Dargamitta. In fact, Kalyan too once admitted that he was no great student in the school and shared his experiences with the teachers of school sometime back in an interview. Now Kalyan visiting Nellore after longtime is definitely a kind of nostalgia for the star.
