Telangana CM KCR has been announcing many popular programs to please the people of the new state. While TRS and his government is claiming that people are happy under their rule, opposition parties are blasting KCR and his government policies saying CM is not grounded and all his government programs announced for the poor are only flying in the sky. 

They are reminding that till now KCR only has been traveling in helicopter flying high wherever he goes and mocked him saying though he said he knew every nook and corner of Hyderabad is visiting them only in helicopter. 

Opposition lashed out at KCR always talking about sky scrapers, multi storeyed buildings and reminded him that there is not a single road in Hyderabad which is not free from pits. They asked him to concentrate on city’s poor roads and drainage system.

Telangana crusader and the first Chief Minister of the new state K. Chandrasekhar Rao and Telangana slang are synonymous with each other. KCR’s slang, dialect, his jargon have all become a superhit and rage with the youth of the state. His common phrases like “Arey…Endi Ra Bhai?”, “Pareshan lo kanipistunnav?”, “Emanna Bagunnava?” have become mantra as many started using them in their daily communication. 

Not just good words, even strong words from his hard-hitting political speeches like “Bondha Pedatamu” too struck a chord. Thanks to KCR as no one could mock such lingo anymore. The words which were once kept away and considered as demeaning, have suddenly became fashionable in 2014. In fact, even few local newspapers and news channels resorted to use the Telangana slang as part of their communication which is considered as a significant step in the culture and language of Telangana. 

The words primarily have a mix of Telangana Telugu words and Hyderabadi Urdu words have been categorized under this special dialect. Especially one can’t forget KCR’s counter-attack against actor-Janasena president Pawan Kalyan during the 2014 political campaigning. “Enta dhairyam undi…Vadu oka cinema actor. 

Naku artham kadu…Vadu emi Cinema actor oh…. naku artham kadu…vani cinema nenu chuda ledu…vadu ninna Warangal lo…Telangana gadda meedha nilchoni …arey KCR ne tatha teesta antada….oka chitikeste…veyyi tunkala eithadu,” KCR had said. All his stentorian dialogues and dialect still ring in the ears of Telanganites. He is the Superstar behind the superhit Telangana slang.

The bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh has taken its toll on many issues but the significant change is being noticed in the real estate segment. There has been an erratic movement in the pricing especially in Hyderabad and surrounding areas. The latest reports reveal the lands near Ramoji Film City are catching fire. 

The reason for that is the decision of Telangana CM KCR to come up with another film city. This is at a place called Rachakonda and this area is near behind the Gold Coast venture by Suchir India developers. It is heard that KCR is working on coming up with plots for Tollywood film personalities and other infrastructure related to entertainment industry. 

Talk is that his recent visit to the media baron Ramoji Rao and the prolonged discussions were actually revolving around this new film city. As a result, the prices for lands in these areas have begun picking up and the realtors are coming up with new strategies to woo the buyers. All that is left now is just an official announcement from the Telangana government and that would set the ball rolling.
